First things first:* 有午市套餐,适合商务饭局* 有包厢,房间连私人厕所(餐厅经理话过时过节个景仲可以睇埋烟花)* 师傅好好倾,不停讲解,服务态度好好* 和牛好味!食铁板烧食到上晒瘾。嘉门铁板烧喺铜锣湾V city,之前有做过午市指定时间五折优惠,但而家已经冇咗lu~ 我哋三个人上咗去食叫咗三个午市铁板商务套餐,有黑豚肉、美国牛肉薄烧、日本宫琦A5和牛拣。餐厅望楼景加少少海,都几靓!茶碗蒸几滑。好大粒嘅北寄贝带子,爽。银鳕鱼配直菇洋葱汤,师傅将鱼同埋鱼皮分开黎整,鱼皮用炸嘅方式,好脆口!师傅系烧牛之前比我哋睇一睇旧牛,一旧厚和牛,两片美国薄烧牛。和牛煎完出黎系甘,好腍,入口即溶!鲈鱼用番茄汁煮,开胃!珍珠蚝配舞茸汤,我唔食蚝,同事话个好汤好鲜甜、蚝系嫩同新鲜。炒饭冇乜特别,稻庭乌冬弹牙好味,旧wasabi 系碗边~ 食野既过程,师傅不停咁同我地介绍佢间餐厅、食材,我哋问咗佢唔少问题,佢都好有耐性咁解答,服务态度唔错,抵赞! 继续阅读

这次是我首次写食评,这餐厅的服务态度实在太差我们一行七人(三大四小)到来午膳,当我们询问经理有什么套餐一通适合小朋友时,佢只是说「我们有98元的牛肉反和128元的乌冬」,也没有意欲给我们看一看单点menu ,跟住全程也是黑口黑面,我肯定茶餐室的服务更加专业这𥚃食物质素一般,但中午价钱也不算太贵(以地点景观计算)当然同样价钱其实也可以有其他选择但这样的服务态度,我绝对不会推介 继续阅读

birthday dessert is disappointing, 厨房唔记得整,临时整,价钱和质素不合理。 但menu 食物正常。may not come back for second time. The view is nice though. 继续阅读

约了友人去食lunch,12:30pm左右坐低,入到去以为很高档,问有咩饮,侍应话有水,同埋只有热水或冻水,无暖水,比同级西餐厅还要差,亦无话有绿茶,结果要到我地见到隔离枱有茶,再问先有。另外,仲要个杯有唇膏迹,要换个杯水。跟住叫咗个银鳕鱼铁板烧餐,价钱唔平,每位$320+10%,结果铁板烧师傅好似赶住收工咁,我地未食完一碟,佢已经整咗后面1、2碟出黎,同经理投诉都无用,结果d嘢全部摊冻嗮,味道亦唔好,所以唔会再帮衬囖! 继续阅读

To celebrate Fd’s birthday and found this good restaurant with a beautiful harbour view.The waiter is very professional and friendly who would recommend and introduce us the dishes. This was our first time visit, so we ordered the set dinner for one and on top ordered some from the a la carte menu. Starting from the appetiser with the small dishes, the walnuts with tiny fish, jelly and seaweed with fish. The cod fish, was cooked in a different style compare with traditional sauces. The sauce was like a creamy soup. I personally prefer the Japanese style. The oyster and beef was perfectly cooked. All the dishes from the set were so nice as a tasting menu.From the a la carte, I would recommend a smoked pork. This was really good. You can see the chef how to cook in front of you so you can smell the wood favour and the texture was soft and juicy. 继续阅读
