为广岛沾面本舖爆弹屋的姊妹店，主打日式炸鸡及炸鸡热狗，炸鸡即叫即炸，除了「极」原味炸鸡，另有金柚子、银盐、和风鲣鱼昆布汤等口味可供选择，薄薄的炸浆配以嫩滑鸡肉，外层甘香松脆，咬落肉汁满溢，是间品质甚高的日式小食店。

It has been ages since I have been to this street and so much has changed.There is now a relatively new noodle joint, coffee shop and the rest are mostly Korean joints.I went to this shop which sells fried chicken but as I was having dinner I couldn’t get the fried chicken because the minimum order was 3 pieces which meant I would be too full for dinner so I just got a fried oyster.The oyster takes 5 minutes as stated and it was cute that they actually used a timer to time it precisely.After it was fried, they put sauce and sprinkle herbs on it, which I wasn’t too keen on, but luckily it tasted ok.The oyster was fresh and coating was crisp and light complimented by the sauce which was not too sweet.

Came across this little shop that serves karage or Japanese fried chicken. Located in Fortress Hill behind the AIA building, it's really small and is geared for take away. There is seating but it's mostly one chair. It appeared to be from the same owner of the excellent izakaya, Bakudan-Ya Hiroshima-men. When I was there, it seemed the staff were mostly Japanese.Menu in English and Chinese had various flavors of karage along with interesting fried chicken dogs and fried oysters. Yuzu Fried Chicken ($28 for 3 pieces). Boyfriend and I shared the yuzu flavored one as we had just finished lunch next door and were too full to have anything more. Everything is made to order and you must order three pieces. Afterwards, it's $9 for each additional pieces. The chicken was piping hot. Meat was moist and not dry at all. The flavor of the yuzu was not strong but you could still taste it.Great little snack place. I will return if in the area and needed a snack.

偶尔走过, 乍见一间日式炸鸡店, 好奇心驱使下内进, 买了个便当做午餐。店子小小, 而且冷气不足, 只有两张高椅, 明显是走外卖路线。炸鸡咖哩饭$53, 三件炸鸡、少许渍物、咖哩汁和白饭。炸鸡欠肉汁, 还好够软身, 不油腻。甜而不辣的咖哩汁是没有料的, 刚够捞到吃完白饭。而白饭用上珍珠米, 圆浑有嚼劲, 尚算可取。三件小小的炸鸡实在不足以裹腹; 幸好小人另买了两只炸。炸每只$23, 倒算大只; 不过跟炸鸡一样, 肉汁欠奉, 味却颇出, 加上烧汁、沙律酱及椰菜丝, 吃完也不会太漏。没想到的是这间炸鸡店原来是一间沾面店分设的。就食物而言, 炸鸡较炸做得出色, 下次还是专攻炸鸡吧。

炸鸡食得多 炸鸡热狗你又试过未?听落好似大缆都扯唔埋 但唐扬的炸鸡的确值得一赞!炸鸡系即叫即炸 唔会太油 原味已经好入味可配热狗够哂新奇 又有3大只 啖啖肉 又出奇地夹架㖞 哈!另有饭的set 可以拣3只起计 有少量配菜中和下油腻感 卖相都好好 可惜无影到小店以外卖为主 由一男一女打理 即叫即炸 建议孩子们可以先打定电话落order再拎
