某日经过冇野做， 朋友推介一齐上去ＨＥＡ＜ 我好少饮咖啡， 只系跟风上去， 不过月意想不到既惊喜里面装修好别出心裁， 好似一个家庭式既ＣＡＦＥ 甘， 令你感觉上可以好优闲甘休息。叫左一杯LATTE拉花好靓,睇得出 整咖啡既人好有心机, 味道闻落去好香好有咖啡味, 同平时超市既咖啡粉冇得比饮落味道比较湿润, 比想像中甜, 奶味都比较浓, 系我钟意𠮶类会再黎试

When we got there, we were so sweated coz of the very hot weather and it started to rain outside and unfortunately, all the seats were occupied. The shopkeeper lady said, "Don't worry, you can take some rest before you leave, it's so hot today."Surely, we stayed to wait for like 10 mins at two bar table chairs. The lady recommended salted caramel syrup of the iced latte which turned out to be a bit sweety. The coffee was "homely" made and it was could really lead you a relaxed afternoon. It was definitely a good place to get rid of the busy city.One suggestion is that the coffee shop should play some soft music instead of Radio903. Will go again!

在这座步伐急速的城市，时间总像是抓不住。每天都总是要被迫著走、迫著跑，咖啡时光都只能是用来充充电，喝罢又回到生活的急流中。谁又有空闲细味当中的细节？Coffee Assembly对咖啡一丝不苟的态度，教你如何放松欣赏。Coffee Assembly是铜锣湾Cafe Corridor的姊妹店。与Corridor的喧闹繁忙不同，Coffee Assembly宁静缓慢的节奏更适合谈天、工作、休息(放空!)，贯彻其中文名「咖啡会馆」的意义。小店位于中环伊利近街的一个小阁楼，简约装修，沙发茶几，有像家的亲切感觉。店中唯一的店员在吧枱后忙碌著。点了两杯Latte，然后谈东论西静静等候，等了好一会店员才端上咖啡，口中连连道歉，因为今天人客较多所以冲调需时。由咖啡上美丽的拉花，你会发现虽然店务繁忙，可店员却是一丝不苟的做好每杯咖啡，慢工出细货；这令我更能细尝咖啡的奶泡、奶及咖啡的每个细节。Coffee Assembly除了咖啡好喝，也给予了一个安静舒适的空间人客重新注意及细味生活。Couple们可以来好好享受下午喔！

星期六的一个下午， 中环下著毛毛细， 阴天， 气温有点冷。 我独过儿寻找这间评价不错的咖啡店。 在苏豪区不断穿梭， 终于找到了她。一踏进咖啡会馆便感到异常温暖， 老板娘非常亲切地叫我随便坐下， 眼看位置不多， 整店约有15个座位都差不多坐得满满，那我只好坐在高林櫈近bar台位置。 不久后，我便买了一杯flat white 及一件banana muffin。 原本来到还以为有其他轻食， 后来翻看食评才知道她们已没有提供了。 由于店内只有老板娘一人， 所以食物和饮料的速度较慢，加上banana muffin 是即叫即整， 若大家赶时间便不要到这里了！ 虽然等候了多时，但当你看见那杯漂亮的拉花咖啡和那令人会心微笑的muffin， 便将所有心急的状况一概而消! Diz 并不是一个咖啡爱好者， 所以很难去品评咖啡的味道。 不过那孔雀造型的拉花真的令我很惊喜。香蕉松饼非常迎合我的口味，热哄哄，不太甜，外脆内自松软，还有哈哈笑图案，令人感到幸福温暖。最值得一赞是老板娘亲切诚恳的态度，使我日后必定再来这小店享受悠闲！

Coffee Assembly is a small, but cosy space on the first floor of a building on Elgin Street. The cafe is a one-lady operation and the barista does everything herself. The result was a very respectable latte with some of the finest artistic pour work I have seen done. The coffee was smooth and strong. The only problem was the wait. Each cup is made individually, so it takes a really long time to get it. There were two of us, so one cup came about ten minutes before the other. The wait, although long, was worth it.If you have a while to linger, this is a good place in Central to get a good and reasonably priced (30 dollars) cup of coffee. Don't visit if you are in a hurry.
