旺角扫街的确好多选择,今晚经过见到竟然有避风塘豆腐吃,又唔洗排队,叫返两块吃下先。阿姐拿起两块应该已经炸过嘅豆腐,切开后再放入油锅炸,仲同我们解析要等油滚起先可以落锅。外层都几酥脆,唔算辣,如果吃得辣最好再加辣椒酱会更加野味。

I came across this store while I was walking around looking for street food. There seems to be a good collection of food, but one thing that caught my attention is the deep fried large intestine. I ordered both the fried tofu and large intestine, the lady at the stall was recommending other food, but decided that was all I need. The large intestine is fried to order, while the tofu goes back for re-frying. The fried tofu was good, crunchy on the outside. However the star of the place is the intestine, crispy exterior while the inside is soft and chewy. Definitely coming back again when I go to the area.

我住到新界西也常挂念的一款小吃#避风塘炸鱿鱼须 小时候已经很爱吃这款但旺角这一家的口味实在令人一吃再吃,念念不忘!一点点的辣,加上为数不少的炸蒜蓉!鱿鱼须上没有感觉到一点点的炸粉!老板娘会首先帮你加热,在不停的杀进辣粉和炸蒜蓉,鱿鱼须有咬劲,又有脆脆炸蒜蓉,是想整包像吃薯片般全到进口里🤣$32只有这一点点,是真的很贵!但你只要试过一次就知道实在并不简单!我一边写食评一边又想再出去吃了🙈🙈#下一次一定要试 #避风塘豆腐 🥰

比人放飞机后怒食街头(其实籍口黎架姐)主要系比佢个招聘写住脆皮炸大肠好奇到就过左去睇,然后就睇到大肠只色泽又好似红得唔错咁bo ~咪买串黎食下啰!噢~即叫即炸要等一分钟。。。到左点埋黄芥末酱(天真如我以为系ikea个款甜的,好彩有用签试下先,一滴辣左30秒,不否认只味几好食,同行被放飞机2号仁兄系咁点黎食)最终要讲个主角名为$17串(5块)脆皮炸大肠啦~就皮脆是真的,原本大肠味比较重少少(个人觉得)但好食的,重点系用炸的居然食落去唔多油bo~应该系传统中的去逼油功吧!有立食区,食完请自行清垃圾。总结:特登跑去食又未必会,但偶然见到的口痕之选
