Though a bit far from the MTR station, I'm glad to have stumbled upon this cafe/restaurant hybrid. As soon as I walked in, I was instantly allured by the late 20th century decor and the many clocks, wooden cabinets, toys, store signs, and newspapers that were sprinkled around the room. Finding this vintage store felt like discovering a treasure trove, and the food that came with did not disappoint either. Compared to most other Hong Kong restaurants, the owners were completely fine with customers taking their time and peacefully enjoying the dinning experience for as long as they want. I already came here twice, and both times I stayed for around 4 hours as I worked using my I-pad and Computer. Shame they didn't have wifi though.The food was insanely good. I tried numerous drinks which all had amazing quality and richness, most notably their hojicha. There was also a "spicy chocolate" option which I might try in the future. Other than that, definitely recommend getting their wagyu lunch set meals, since I don't think I'll be tasting beef that good for a while. A few things to be aware of though, they are quite a few tourists that come and go taking pictures, so don't be surprised when you see random customers walking around the small restaurant taking pictures left and right. Other than that, I was moved by staff members three times around their tables as they needed more space for other customers, which honestly fair enough but it was a bit annoying on my end.All in all, high quality beef for reasonable prices, a very friendly and hands-on owner, and a comforting nostalgic feel to just melt into. 原本喺社交平台吸引去的,滿心期待。體驗完之後,唔會再幫襯。首先排隊,已超過一個半鐘,相信星期六排隊是常識,ok fine 冇問題。入座後,店員告知多款熱賣餐點售罄,而且上菜速度慢,order完上菜,仍要再等待一個鐘以上。甜品原先是窩夫,轉了機器亦不通知客人,窩夫變成鯛魚燒。餐品價錢偏貴,店舖位置亦不方便。唯一是優點,店內裝修出色,適合拍照留念。在離開時門外,仍然有10多人排隊。而且店內明明有空位,亦不放客人進場 。直程聽到店員嘅對話,係特登唔放人入場,簡直離譜,大家都理解小店位置有限,但如此原因難以接受。…查看更多
