疫情底下要解决两餐伤尽好多香港市民的脑筋。不过于元朗二三缐街道上却让我遇上一家百吃不厌的食肆,其叉烧水准之高可用「令人惊喜」四个字去形容,比起同区甚至外区好些标榜「叉烧王」又或「叉烧专门店」的烧腊名店之水准实有过之而无不及。其实查看资料,这家叫「名门䜩客」的中式酒楼也有一定的规模,有数家分店分布于港九新界各区,立足香港应该也已经有一定时间。这个叉烧饭只卖廿三蚊,好多大款或者会嗤之以鼻。但我一直坚持传统又家传户晓的食物,就算平宜都有质素高低之分,都可以做得好美味好吸引。记得好多年前,我食完了一个好味的猪仔包,就感动到在此平台特意写了一篇食评去记录,有兴趣的大家不妨可以翻查一下我已往的食评去看一看。我觉得这个叉烧优秀的地方在于有猪肉味,而且肉香不会被腌料香料所掩盖。这正是很多所谓叉烧名店所做不到的两个重点。当然师傅给你不同的部位会有不同的口感,但总的来说也十分淋滑松软,水准稳定。

之前黎饮茶见到单张,$1200唔使有半席仲要包埋茶芥加一,岩哂我地一家,于是过黎试试佢。之前食过其他酒楼既一席菜,有两道平𩠌摆明系拉番个food cost,例如清汤牛三宝。今次呢半席完全冇咁情况,道道𩠌都正路,份量又够,连个炒饭都系瑶柱蛋白炒饭,仲要有寿包同糖水,真系冇得弹。最有惊喜系个拔丝黑豚肉,真系成碟都冇骨,啖啖肉又好味。除左野食好味,服务都唔差,佢个汤系二选一,因为妈咪唔食得虾,所以问问部长(咁岩系佢帮手落单)边个汤冇虾,点知佢好好人话叫厨房唔落虾,俾多少少竹笙我地,今时今日,呢个价钱,咁既服务同食物质素,绝对称得上平,靓,正!

今晚同家人出街吃晚饭,试下装修后嘅名门食中餐。装修后整体环境都很优雅,光猛洁净,地毯也换上喜庆嘅红色,灯光也超级明亮,部长待应都殷勤有礼。海皇冬瓜盅$118卖相几靓,材料有虾、带子、莲子、瘦肉、草菇、蟹柳、金华火腿,D汤超级热,啖汤又清又甜,Very good清蒸沙巴龙趸仔$68目测都有一斤,D鱼肉蒸到好嫩滑,配埋鱼豉油,系街市买一条都差唔多价钱蒜蓉炒娃娃菜油多左D,下次可以叫少油或白灼会好D仲有糖水,有红豆沙同绿豆沙,埋单$330

今日星期六,老公提议去饮早茶,都好㖞,午茶、下午茶就饮得多,早茶真系好耐未试过😪😴去咗名门䜩客,9点几直入唔驶等位👏🏻👏🏻酒楼装修前,因老爸原固,久不久都会来食晚饭,半围、一围餐颇抵食,装修后今日系第一次。环境光猛,觉得比较以前卫生得多。最明显嘅分别就系侍应的态度,E家d姐姐行动快速,面部笑容多咗,helpful咗👏🏻👏🏻👍🏻👍🏻食嘢方便就比之前贵咗少少😅,今日拣咗两个不同价钱嘅孖宝及早饭一盅。🔸咸鱼肉饼饭🔸皮蛋瘦肉粥🔸山竹牛肉~~果皮味香,大粒又爽口,腐竹也不少🔸蟹籽烧卖~~蟹籽唔少👌🏻🔸鸡饱仔~~中规中矩埋单$83👌🏻

Wealth Banquet, at first, I feel the name is too over for Cha Lui, but when I got into the room, I understand why it is called "banquet", the room is surrounded by western classic canvas, and you feel like you are really in a banquet, quite nice the decoration.The food is quite good here. Rice roll with BBQ pork flavor is quite soft. You can see how transparent the rice roll is.Fried Carrot cake is fine too, not so salty. Ham Sui Gok is a bit thick and a bit old too.I like steamed pork ribs rice most, soft rice and lovely ribs.Siu Mai is always my favorite, haaaa, taste so yummyPork Knuckle is lovely tooThough Duck leg is just so-so with taroMenu:Like the decoration here, yummy food too
