Tried castella once in taiwan and it becomes more and more popular in hong kong lately, opening many new cake shop selling this cake

We got the original flavor and the cake didn’t disappoint us. 
The cake is so soft and having taiwanese flavor indeed, at least same as the one i tried in taiwan, we waited for like 30mins at that time. This cake has strong egg flavor, the texture is even smoother than sponge cake, smell good too haa

The price is so reasonable with good quality and local taiwanese taste, like this soft and yummy cake, good to having this as my breakfast
