去到Chandra Food Restaurant,一踏入门槛,马上被一阵扑鼻而来嘅印尼香料气息吸引。喺这里点咗道地嘅nasi goreng同soto ayam,真系一啖嗌得出嚟嘅正宗印尼味!话说𠮶碟nasi goreng,劲香嘅米饭参杂咗豉油与辣椒嘅完美比例,一啖落去,口感松软得黎炒得又够哂香,配料又足,正!个soto ayam就更加得意,汤底鲜美去到不得了,加埋几片青柠同烟韧嘅米糕,仲有啲香脆嘅葱头同那抹神秘嘅sambal辣椒酱,完全系嗌到停唔到口💥!饮品方面,那杯特色嘅es cendol真系劲抵饮,椰奶同绿豆粉条融合成一个超级清凉之选,一吸一吸咁过瘾😌🌿。呢间餐厅绝对系一颗隐藏嘅钻石,下次我实要再嚟试多次,边食边喊:多谢晒!👍🏼

Went on a late Monday evening with the gf, host was happy to receive us and very nice about us coming close to closing hours. There is a massive menu to order off, we chose the beef satay, the chicken curry and the beef rending. Each was great. The rending super soft and bursting with flavour, and the sauce on the satay was intense and authentic. Highly recommend this place if you are feeling like some local Indonesian food

今天早上去印尼美食馆,买了3盒十五夜外卖,因妈妈和姨妈都喜欢吃这里的十五夜,虽然美食馆的环境一般,店面比较小,座位坐的不是很舒服,但是这里的印尼菜做的非常正宗,而我最喜欢吃的就是这里的巴东牛肉,牛不是很硬,容易入口,而且味道正宗。而十五夜的饭团亦做得软硬适中;而且价钱不贵,3盒十五夜只收210元,是一个值得推荐的美食馆

这间印尼美食馆非新店, 已经开了很久, 印象中多年前光顾过零食, 但坐下吃一餐则从未试过. 最近在脸书看到友人上载黄姜饭的相片, 令爱吃东南亚菜的我, 念念不忘. 这晚经过铜锣湾, 反正未吃饭, 就来这里吃个黄姜饭止止痕吧. 这里虽然是快餐店模式, 但始终是家庭式经营, 快是快不了的, 等了十多分钟, 黄姜饭送到. 卖相不错, 料很足, 虾片放一边(不够饱才吃吧) 然后把全部配菜连饭捞匀一下再吃, 带甜的香辣确很开胃又美味, 不一会就吃光. 此黄姜饭辣度中等, 吃不得辣的, 未必合适.另外还要了半打沙嗲, 餐牌上有鸡牛羊可选, 最少半打起, 但问过店员选两款双拼半打是可以的. 选了鸡及牛, 烤得不错, 有焦香而肉不干. 印尼沙嗲酱汁是灵魂, 这里做得很惹味.就这两样, 已饱得捧著肚子, 但脑还未吃完. 已决定下次再来吃炒面和巴东牛.

First things first - this is now a Chandra Food Restaurant (Warung Chandra). Being opposite the Indonesian Consulate, you would imagine the food to be authentic and good - it is. The place operates as a shop and warung (small restaurant) serving delicious Indonesian classics.We ordered the nasi goreng (fried rice) and soto ayam (chicken soup). They both were fantastic. The nasi goreng was flavourful, moreish and comforting. The soto ayam was a show stopper. It was curried with rice cake, chicken, beansprouts, crispy shallots, lime and sambal. The lemongrass flavour really shone though and it was a bright, explosive flavour bomb. MORE PLEASE.We had two coconut milk based drinks, but the es cendol with its mung bean jelly strands was very memorable.The restaurant is a real gem. We will go there again and again. A hidden diamond.
