先唔好讲野食贵又普通,拉面铺、日本餐厅铜锣湾真系一街都系,点解要特登上黎食?绝对冇下次啰。最重要系员工服务态度恶劣,黑口黑面,问佢啲野都好似唔想答,好似唔想捞咁,说话有骨,好似得罪左佢都咁。带有色大眼仔睇人!今时今日香港就系因为有呢啲咁嘅楼面,影响香港形象。你有今地澳洲牛奶公司咁出名,动作咁快手的话,就话啫。我家下唔系去茶餐厅系去晏本餐厅,而且你呢个场唔平,走高级路线,竟然请咁嘅质素员工?为咩我要俾咁多钱黎受气呀? 继续阅读

香港嘅拉面店,个人觉得一兰是现在最好吃,近日知道有一家在vpoint新开嘅博多本家,就去试试!因时间只是6:00,我地是惟一客人,坐位因而可以要求较宽敞位置。 看看餐牌,食物选择并不多,叫了拉面、串烧、薯仔沙律、饺子。博多本家首推是拉面?我都不大清楚,如果是;就很失败,因为拉面不是惊喜,而是失望,面及汤均提不起味道! 反而串烧做得不错,香口够味道!饺子是拉面店必叫,但难吃,饺子淋淋的,而且细细只 ,$55太不值唉!应该不会再去 继续阅读

A new ramen shop has opened in Hong Kong. This one is a bit different. From Fukuoka, Hanka Honke has been around since 1954. According to their profile, they claim to have started ramen. Yes. THIS RESTAURANT INVENTED RAMEN. However, they didn't do the pork broth based ramen that we are more familiar with. Why? Because that didn't happen then! As ramen history goes, ramen was originally a Chinese noodle. The Japanese literally called it chūka soba (Chinese soba). It was much later it changed to other broth types but the original was Chinese based in taste.This is what Hanka Honke was all about. A Chinese based ramen. And that is what I decided to try for lunch.Located inside the new V Point building in Causeway Bay's Tang Lung Street. As it was new, they offer a 20% discount during the month of February.During lunch session, they offer a lunch menu that includes a bowl of ramen, small bowl of rice, a daily yakitori and a salad bar.Salad bar is located on the side and isn't very big. However, it may not be big but quality of ingredients were very good. They offered okra which was amazing! I had never had okra at a salad bar before. They also had various salad dressings but what I chose was a yuzu dressing. Something I had not seen in a salad bar before as well. This was excellent.My set came on a tray. Food comes fairly quick. I saw they also included a steamed egg. It wasn't written on the menu so was a nice surprise.As I was here for their signature ramen, I chose this. The Chinese ramen style for $100. I had never had it Chinese style before so this was interesting. The soup was not salty but had a odd herbal taste. It felt like how I felt when I had Chinese food in Japan. An interesting interpretation of what I know as Chinese food. The noodles were al dente. Their was a slice of char siu that was a bit on that fat side. Noodles do not come with an egg and there is not option to add one.The steamed egg was ok. Nothing really special about it.You get a choice of fried rice or takikomi rice. I chose the takikomi rice which was steamed rice flavored lightly with vegetables. This was ok but could have done with a bit more seasoning.The yakitori was chicken and leeks with teriyaki sauce. Pretty good. Chicken was moist and the sauce was not overly sweet.For this price and all this food, it was a pretty good deal. The ramen was ok but I'm wondering if it's due to the fact I'm so used to the pork/miso and other based versions and not the original version. Seating is very comfortable. But I'm unsure if I'd be back especially as there is so much ramen competition in just this street alone. 继续阅读

第一次试拉面定食时已尝过高质素串烧。所以今次再来时点了串烧定食。没有令我失望,连白饭也好吃! 只希望多一点酱汁便更好了。用了八折优惠券,非常抵食! 和朋友们吃得饱饱的。 继续阅读

系铜锣湾星期五晚想揾地方食揾面真系好多地方都要等位 之前知道VPoint 有好多餐厅 所以就同朋友去揾下 朋友只有两个要求 就系想食拉面 又唔想等位 咁就即刻入座啦 我唔记得映低佢个餐牌 但好似有六款 我大概问一问佢头两款图案大d系咩汤 咁大个图似系招牌拉面 但一问之下 鸡汤酱油汤底 我麻麻地 但朋友就叫左 我 就食番猪骨汤底既叉烧拉面 侍应态度十分好 不停加水 拉面都好快送到 朋友个碗我试左佢个汤 个人不喜欢 酱油味太重我个碗 汤唔算好浓 亦不油腻 叉烧约五片 薄切 好淋 正常水平 👍🏻最后唔知系咪新店优惠 埋单$140 only 试下无所谓 继续阅读
