去南北饮茶，就是为了吃到咖啡糕☕️食糕点前，当然会先叫点心。咖哩鱿鱼味道浓郁，咖哩香料均匀渗入鱿鱼中，口感Q弹且略带辛香，味道层次分明。萝卜金钱肚处理得相当细腻，萝卜软烂入味，金钱肚的嚼劲形成对比。越式脆虾肠粉则带来不一样的口感体验。肠粉滑嫩，裹上脆脆的炸虾，口感丰富且带有香脆层次。然而，最令人难忘的是他们的糕点拼盘，特别是其中的咖啡糕。咖啡糕质地非常滑嫩，入口即化，咖啡香气浓而不苦，带有淡淡的甜味和奶香，口感细腻且清爽，完美平衡了咖啡特有的苦韵与糕点的甜美。每一口都是享受，香气久久在口中萦绕，非常推荐爱咖啡的朋友必试。拼盘中的其他糕点如红豆糕、桂花糕和芋头西米糕也各有特色。但是只有咖啡糕深得我心❤️

One in Quarry Bay and the other one in the University (HKUST). The one I went is in Clear Water Bay Sai Kung which is in the University of Science and Technology. The ambience is good with big window, bright & nice. There is sea view you can enjoy as well. It is easy to access there by bus, minibus or if you drive, there is visitor‘s parking. There is no free parking if spending in the restaurant but the hourly parking is relatively reasonable. There is no restroom inside the restaurant and have to use the one outside in the university. It’s clean and it‘s ok. Since it is located on G/F, wheelchair is ok when getting off at the entrance. There is charge for corkage and cake cutting fyi… With regard to the food, I ordered some dim sum for a quick lunch. For the steamed rice, the taste of the spareribs and chicken feet is good but the rice is too soft! The dim sum we ordered are hot but soggy. The skin of the dumplings are too soft, maybe they have prepared it for quite a time before serving. The price is very reasonable and not expensive in the university.

今晚两个人在科大看表演，顺便吃个晚餐。点了一个椒盐排骨，一个鲜百合云耳炒伴塘，一个南瓜海鲜羮。排骨小到没肉太油太硬，海鲜羮完全看不到海鲜，百合也几乎不见，非常失望！不会再来！

每次入西贡行山前都想入去科大酒茶，但是科大酒楼的营业时间很迟，今次选择的路线比较短，所以我们先到科大饮茶后再出发去行山。对上一次到科大饮茶已经是10多年前的事，估唔到咁多年后再到科大校园依旧，今日是星期日酒楼的人流不算太多，坐得舒适座位，职员服务殷勤，经常会过来收拾食完的点心笼。南北小厨是美心集团旗下品牌，食物质素有保证，估唔到佢有咖喱鱿鱼好有儿时的味道。今次点了五款点心🥧最推介咖喱鱿鱼，其他点心不过不失，科大饮茶价钱大众化。有机会嚟开科大可以嚟饮啖茶食个包，五款点心连茶位及+1只系$127。
