Private roomFood quality was top notch and service was above and beyond.We had a birthday celebration and booked a private room at this newly opened hotpot restaurant from Macau. We ordered our own hot pot per head, I had ginseng and pear, not something I see often on hot pot places, it was nice and light. We order 加拿大象拔蚌, the seafood was very fresh, slightly whiter and more crunchy from Asian ones! It was delicious both sashimi and cooked.Other seafoods like the oyster and 珊瑚蚌 are also very fresh! The hand cut beef was very flavourful! More towards the lean side so more chewy but nice. Other cooked dishes were also very well received like the 鱼片头&羊肉&鸡软骨！One must have dish is the clay pot rice with Chinese sausages! The aroma was so good! The sausages and oil duck were delicious, the oils elevated the rice, and the slightly burnt rice at the bottom made it that much better!!! Service was impeccable! Very attentive and attention to detail!

一人一锅 Hotpot restaurant from Macau. Dinner for 10 in the private room, complete with WC. I picked the Soup base with 海底椰; some went for the pork bone.Here’s what we had. 加拿大象拔蚌刺身陈醋海蜇头葱椒伴鲜鲍片 (too spicy for me)鱼片头(椒盐 X 火锅)黄皮老虎斑（支竹火腩 X 火锅)手切雪花骟牯牛颈脊金钱展雪花和牛拼盘: US ox tongue, US sirloin, Japanese wagyu 西班牙黑豚肉片 X 猪肋条韭菜饺猪肉丸 X 鲮鱼丸云南松茸- loved the artistic display响铃、皇帝菜、北海道南瓜、山水豆腐凤城腊味饭- even tho I was already bursting at that point, the 饭焦 really was to die for!Dessert: 蛋白杏仁茶In summary: exceptionally fine hotpot experience, with an extensive selection of high-quality meats, fresh seafood and equally impressive cooked dishes.

得知澳门协成系香港开设第一间分店后，我第一时间就book台试食。餐厅开系湾仔骆克道，位置十分方便。一踏入餐厅就有专人招呼并带我上订左嘅包房。包房入面位置宽敞，有独立厕所，系香港实属难得。食物方面，协成出名食海鲜。海鲜三宝有加拿大象拔蚌、龙虾同海斑。今次我地都叫左一条象拔蚌，可以刺身食，亦可以焯，味道十分鲜甜。其余食物都十分新鲜。鱼皮同腐皮都系即叫即炸。食物完全同澳门一样高质。汤底方面，协成大部分都系一人一锅，大家可以根据自己口味叫。每个汤底各有特色，食辣嘅可以叫沙爹锅或者辣锅，唔食得辣嘅可以叫胡椒汤底或者番茄汤。总括而言，协成服务态度贴心，食物同汤底质素十分高，加上价钱合理，值得推荐俾所有揾紧高级火锅嘅人！特别一提，协成入面嘅谭经理服务体贴，照顾我地所有人嘅需要，值得特别加分！
