去到星期三中午,个人要叉叉电~约埋朋友去食肉眼扒意(少盐)又畀小店嘅扒扒征服多个人嘅胃喇😋今日扒扒状态超好第一啖已令我谂起13日前大阪嘅寿司都是厚厚、肥美,使人满足😋😋😋By Wednesday noon, I was going to have a little fun~Meet friends to eat rib-eye steak (less salt)The small shop's pickles have conquered the stomachs of many people 😋Today's state is very goodThe first bite reminded me of the sushi I had in Osaka 13 days ago.They are all thick, plump and satisfying😋😋😋

先讲一口牛,$25有4旧,超得!我哋四条友仲有叫烧章鱼饼$38四块,鸡软骨$12 串,鸡泡鱼干(最后要encore),全部都好掂。重点! 佢哋有个set menu,主食加饮品,叫咗套餐C, 沙爹肥牛捞公仔面59蚊,真心冇得输建议一定要试下。其他反而羊串比较普通。大推!Let’s talk about beef first, you get 4 old ones for $25, which is great! Our four friends ordered grilled octopus cakes for $38 for four pieces, chicken cartilage on skewers for $12, and chicken soaked in dried fish (encore at the end: D), all of which were very good. Highlights! They have a set menu with staple food and drinks. I ordered Set C, Satay Beef Noodles with Noodles for 59 cents. I really recommend you give it a try. On the other hand, the lamb skewers are more ordinary. Big recommendation!

打鼓岭翻工翻工前都喜欢系粉岭一带揾食因为就算星期六,日都唔算太多人今次经过就入去试下店舖空间小如果系带得多野都唔太建议入内因为枱凳都系尺寸偏小的_午餐指定几款个名几茶记但食落唔算太茶记我点左个烟鸭胸意粉烧汁味道适中,唔会偏甜或咸但意粉口感干爽硬身好睇个人口味-我朋友点左鳗鱼饭等候时间比意粉长可能系即烧嘅关系但味道唔错-饮品包汽水或苹果汁其他都有特色饮品可以加配-另外见到有点串烧嘅纸应该系for 晚市的有机会再试下晚市吧当日我去就多见一人用餐喜欢静静地嘅都不妨一试

听过好多粉岭街坊话呢间餐厅嘅牛扒意粉好食又抵食,但系因为佢逢星期日都系唔开门,所以一直都冇机会试。 今日星期六竟然又得闲就去一试!本身谂住食晚餐会比午餐贵点知佢全日得壹个Menu,不过晚市就会多埋卖串烧嘅。咁一定叫佢地纽西兰牛扒意粉试吓啦,佢有得拣烧汁同茄汁开头我以为系林上面𠮶啲汁,点知后来发现烧汁同茄汁系落落个意粉度煮嘅,好惊喜!牛扒大约六成熟,闻落去有一阵火炙的味道,味道和调味都好好,意粉亦都煮到啱啱好硬度。$80 几蚊,值回票价!另外叫咗一个沙嗲肥牛捞公仔面,唔好以为系你喺街边食𠮶啲猪扒捞丁味道,食落去竟然系有椰香味!另外叫咗一个烧鸡泡鱼干,正常,好味😋

2022-9月-千烧居千烧居,联和墟的小店,地点位于粉岭联和墟和丰街8号和丰阁5B号地舖,在汇丰银行沿和丰街左转 到尾,联发街交界在餐厅外摆放了一个流动餐牌,午餐和晩餐供应同样的款式,同样的价钱近门口位置,也是一个用餐座位小店环境不大,除了面对厨师的5-6人Bar枱位置,另外只有2-3张二人桌,当天时间约7时多,入座后也客满了木制餐桌和座椅,有趣的印字On Fire店内的餐牌,款式就是A-F餐,之前路过,我早就选定心水食物点餐: A. 香草杂菌意粉($48)有四至五款菇菌,菇味香浓,加上香草和蒜片,意粉干身惹味E. 纽西兰肉眼扒意粉($88)肉眼扒大大件份量十足,整块肉眼扒盖著意粉的摆盘,简单得来又非常吸睛没有太多肥膏,也没有根,肉质鲜嫩,有牛味意粉软硬度刚好,带劲有咬口,没挂上浓厚汁液,每条意粉却又均匀吸收了淡淡的酱汁,好味道跟餐餐饮本想点无糖可乐,店员说没有供应,点了提子汁和热朱古力朱古力味道平平,不太香浓,提子汁微甜,无特别味道。饮品算是整个晩餐味道最普通的了店内除了午餐和晩餐,也有提供烧烤食物,另有小食泡菜、醉鸡翼等加点了:烧猪腩串($18)腩肉肥瘦相间,有肉香又有油脂香气,肉软腍带汁羊肉串($16) 新鲜烤起,肉嫩有肉汁,有羊膻味,正合我意 个人口味烧烤串有点咸,下次去我会叫少盐埋单: $168,没有加一服务费名符其实的小店,面积很少,舒适度一般,繁忙时间的话,店员有礼,虽然没有赶客态度,不过客人见座位需求的殷切,吃饱也不好意思久座详谈小店营式经营,厨师出品用心,食物有水准,价钱合理,绝对值得一试和支持下次我想在非繁忙时段,坐坐Bar枱,再试试其他烤串
