🌟 I just had an incredible experience at Sen-ryo for the 20th Anniversary Shokunin Festival ! 🌸 The Shokunin Sushi series truly amazed me with its innovative smoked sushi. I also enjoyed the live Hokkaido scallops and tuna marinated in red wine with foie gras. The combination of fresh scallops and marinated tuna, balanced beautifully with the richness of foie gras, was simply delightful.
I loved the three exclusive sake selections, each showcasing unique fruitiness from Yamada Nishiki rice. To finish, the handcrafted warabi mochi with sky matcha was the perfect refreshing touch to the meal.
I often think about Senryo’s food, and this visit to the Mira Place One location in Tsim Sha Tsui was especially enjoyable, thanks to the comfortable seating and friendly service. If you have the chance, I highly recommend trying this experience!
