走到奥海城的十二味贵阳牛肉粉午饭,十二味,好一个霸气的名字。与太座一人一个牛肉面,分别清炖和红烧。唯先上桌的是蒜泥白肉,味浓烈,很辣,但谈不上好吃,面到,一口汤,非常之淡,或许因为吃了蒜泥白肉在先,什么味都被盖过了,牛肉,该是牛,有点牛味,但切片中有厚有簿,簿的没什么问题,厚的就是靭,咬得吃力。吃了三四口面,味道来了,有感奇怪下,便搅拌汤面,再吃一口汤,味道来了,尽管不算好吃,但汤原来是有味的。至于红烧牛肉,是切粒上的,不算太靭,味尚可,但谈不上好吃。这店子倒令黎生气结,除了牛肉切得有厚有簿不均称外,还以为真的没味,也罢了,原来要自己搅拌才有味,明显,主理的厨房就是将所有味料放到碗底,上粉,然后下汤便算,粉将味料保护了,没有分布到整个汤去,做厨的怎可以这种态度,完全不可接受的马虎!这种服务态度,除了不尊重食客外,也不尊重食材!跟本没资格当厨师。

今日满心欢喜去大角嘴,为的就是呢间铺的招牌菜「全家福」。一入去就叫左全家福,第一口就试个汤底,以为会好浓的牛肉汤底,谁不知淡而无味,米线超淋,牛肉有多款,牛根无味,得个淋,豆腐好「鞋」,鸡旦吾入味,牛𦟌太簿,无咬口。仲有我仲叫左小食,蒜泥白肉,肥肉多,但口感差,我个人觉得谭仔小食好过佢,还有青瓜,个汁食落吾开胃,得个辣字,无咩特别,我觉得用呢个价钱,可以有更多选择我就吾推介大家去试呢间,就系食剩

Went in to this place with high hopes given the amazing reviews everywhere. The interiors looked great and the menu seemed nice and descriptive as well so I excitedly ordered my chicken noodles, spicy fungus as well as soymilk ( in case it gets to spicy for me to handle!!) I couldn't have been any more disappointed when my food arrived. It was soggy noodles with a layer of chilli oil. Looking at that dish made me such but somehow I had a bit because I was staving. The spicy fungus was decent though. Not sure if ill ever go to this place again. Scared by this memory. Also the place isn't cheap. Local joints do a much better job!

一开始食都觉得味道不错,汤ok 牛肉不多,都算滑点知食完冇耐就出事,原来汤系味精煮,。味精超重超级重🙄,晚饭后严重口干口渴,超辛苦!到半夜重觉得超级口渴冇下次,🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄

奥海城近年都开左几多唔同餐厅,除左商场入面,商场对外都有好多特色餐厅。今日天气凉凉地,自己同朋友都想食D又热又辣ge野,所以最后拣左呢间食,十二味贵阳牛肉粉。无辣不欢ge我地一望就点左麻辣手撕鸡,以前菜黎讲份量唔太少,手撕鸡加埋青瓜丝不嬲都好夹,唔算好辣亦都唔算好麻,青瓜丝索左d汁都几醒胃。呢两个小菜都系走麻辣路线,同样唔会太麻太辣,味道岩岩好,如果食得好麻好辣ge朋友,枱上有唔同ge调味粉比大家试,我自己就钟意麻,但唔食得好辣,所以枱上个麻粉真系岩晒我 汤面我就点左贵阳辣鸡粉,朋友就点左清墩经典牛肉粉,我地都点左汤粉,贪佢d汤够热辣辣。黎到ge时候发现原来汤粉ge粉系米线,米线份量都足够,有咬口,唔会淋晒。我ge贵阳辣鸡粉鸡同米线分开,所以d鸡唔会比d汤浸林,小小脆口,d鸡同d辣椒油都好惹味,d辣椒油捞去米线到好好味,但我就觉得可以麻d,所以就加埋枱上麻粉,加完就岩岩好,多麻小辣我最爱,而且好保暖!朋友个清墩经典牛肉粉个汤有小小胡椒味,虽然望落好清,但其实都够味,当然我钟意食辣ge朋友就加左枱上ge调味粉,又整到一碗岩佢口味ge汤粉,牛肉份量唔算多,但每旧都煮得够淋够入味。饮品我就叫左好特别ge贵阳玫瑰冰粉,朋友就叫左加多宝。加多宝我就唔多介绍,但呢个贵阳玫瑰冰粉真系几有趣,佢系用碗上,有芝麻系面,入面睇到有层透明jelly,饮落几清甜,有淡淡玫瑰味,几清新,几岩女仔饮架。整体黎讲都几满意,价钱都合理,可以再试试
