去了旺角食一间人气米线店, 食完行过一间叫北海道牛乳蛋糕的蛋糕店, 被牛乳这两个字吸引了😆😆不加思索就买了个牛乳原味蛋糕回家($100)。我自己觉得同普通古早蛋糕的质感差不多感觉这个牛乳原味蛋糕和那些普通古早蛋糕店卖的原味古早蛋糕很接近如果大家真心好想试, 建议买其他口味~

Bookmarked for soooo long and finally after years, I decided to give it ago seeing their speciality, hojicha pistachio cake.Visually, pretty appetising and appealing. Covering with loaded pistachio nibs while cake itself was in light brown colour. Look fluffy with its promising height. Trying without heating up, pistachio nibs gave so much crunch from this fluffy cake. Personally prefer to get those with crunchy toppings otherwise feeling a bit bland with a boring texture. Hojicha flavour wasnt as strong as I hope for. Decided to warm it up with microwave as recommended written on the cake box. Hojicha flavour indeed tasted stronger but still on a mild side. Very moist and light. Not on a sweet side and not much egg flavour like some other Japanese cakes tasted. Pairing with the pistachio nibs, it was a very light dessert. Not bad.

食完晚饭经过见到呢间饼店,有好各式各样嘅挞,卖相几吸引,就谂住试下佢。青森蜜柑忌廉挞 $26当我咬下第一口时,我立即感到失望,挞皮唔够酥脆,它的味道相当平淡,缺乏层次感。忌廉的味道也非常普通,口感唔够顺滑,偏酸。但蜜柑尚算香甜。
