旺角美食攻略 朗豪坊4楼入面有间加东,专食海南鸡饭 仲要拎过米芝莲,星级海南鸡饭专门店价钱唔贵,水准的确不错,而家禁堂食买外卖都系唔错既选择先黎一客鱼蛋鱼片头鸡丝河粉,份量好大碗,非常有重量汤味偏淡,鸡丝份量多,鱼片头同鱼蛋同平时食到既分别不大鱼旦几弹牙,鱼片头带点鱼肉味,几有鱼味,粉嫩汤味可惜偏淡再黎系肉骨茶汤配饭,另附酱油/油条/辣椒碎咁冻既天气,见到有肉骨茶汤即点一份,铁锅上菜,入口浓香汤中有肉排与豆卜,吸晒汤汁,入口暖胃,味道浓香带点药材味肉排骨细肉多,好食㖞,豆卜紧系索汁啦最后就系海南鸡,可选饭或单点半只或一只食半只鸡,全去骨,少见!鸡翼位都去骨,超劲呀!的确系星级,鸡皮爽皮有鸡味,肉质细嫩细致有肉汁,又带点鸡肉鲜味本身已经非常够味,不用任何酱料加添味道!#旺角美食 #海南鸡饭 #海南鸡 #港式 #过江龙 #外卖 #禁堂食加东 旺角亚皆老街8号朗豪坊4楼F5号舖

趁还未禁止晚上6时后堂食的前一夜,我和朋友都把握机会外出用膳,最方便又多选择非美食广场莫属,我们看见主打东南亚菜的加东价钱相宜,食物份量充足,一于就吃加东吧。娘惹酸菜鱼配米线本身还有薯粉,豆卜,以及酸菜鱼的灵魂人物酸菜,好吃度不输鱼肉,酸菜酸香开胃,汤头亦因酸菜关系变得颇有味道。藏在娘惹酸菜鱼底部的薯粉吸收了汤汁,酸美过瘾,鱼肉鲜嫩皮滑无骨刺,鱼皮带点胶质却不太厚,十分讨喜。黄澄澄的海鲜喇沙椰香十足,完全是我的味儿,叻沙汤喝下去后劲来上一股辣感,但辣度不会过于刺激。鸡蛋蛋黄超大颗,蛋白软滑,豆卜挺能吸收浓汤,弹牙大尾的虾仁和脆弹的鱼角给得不手软,米线滑溜富弹性。鱿鱼蔬菜可选通菜,生菜或芥兰,我们挑了通菜,鱿鱼拌上特制马来参巴酱,爽弹的鱿鱼愈是咀嚼愈是惹味,席卷舌尖,让人口齿留香,翠绿的通菜清脆极致,爱吃马拉菜的可别错过。吃香喝辣最不少得喝点精选冷茶,精选冷茶生津止渴,我们分别选喝冻顶乌龙和蜜香红茶,无糖的冻顶乌龙散发点点茶香,相当解饱腻,蜜香红茶茶色显现,甘美顺口不苦涩。小食拼盘包括沙嗲,鱼饼,春卷及鸡翼,38元就能吃到这堆小食,颇化算呢。沙嗲蛮有厚度,表面烤至微焦,香气环绕鼻腔,沙嗲肉质嫩嫩的,沾上花生沙嗲酱更能提升沙嗲滋味。鱼饼表层酥薄,咬下去尽是鱼鲜,弹劲的嚼感很涮嘴。春卷皮干脆可口不油腻,菜蔬完美融合,诱出蔬菜的甜鲜,轻易让人把减肥一事抛诸脑后。鸡翼鸡皮金黄色泽讨喜,鸡肉细嫩,鸡汁丰沛,教人回味无穷。

Accessible Singaporean food at Langham Court’s food court. With cheaper prices compared to other Singaporean restaurants, we had a feast for the same price. The portions are plenty and quite filling and we had chicken rice, char kway teow, pork satay, fish cake and morning glory. The food came extremely quick and the char kway teow included sausages which was a good twist that I was not expecting 😂 The chicken rice has a pretty big portion of chicken for an individual set and their satay sauce was on point!

来到旺角shopping,顺便来到朗豪坊嘅food court帮衬。之前试过日式,韩式食品,今次试吓星马菜,做咗少少功课嘅,openrice介绍系泰国菜,但我就觉得星马菜居多。今晚拣咗人气之选嘅“海南鸡饭配鸡汤”和朋友喜欢的“肉骨茶配饭配油条“。点埋𩠌摆埋个感应牌就可以安心等食啦。海南鸡卖相好,正常哋有3样sauce配搭,亦有鸡汤,面上有大旧冬瓜,最重要喺啲鸡都好滑,完全唔会“鞋”,非常难得。肉骨茶亦系我想像中模样,加埋药材的汤够晒浓郁,配白饭一流,再有油条点缀够完美。翠绿“白灼芥兰”、香口“炸鱼饼”和“鸡沙嗲串”都唔错。加26 蚊就有“新鲜椰青“劲抵,椰青大个多水,椰肉又厚又多,真系好滋味吖。
