之前都听过呢间小店,不过就从未有机帮衬过。今日咁啱附近打完波,就顺便过嚟试吓。店内位置很宽敞,简约装修,下午四时大概三四枱客,感觉很舒服。原本谂住简单食一碗虾面,但见招牌烧鸡好似几好味,就叫咗个上庄试吓,再加一杯港式冻柠茶。 虾面出奇地新鲜及重虾油味,配菜车厘茄都竟然有惊喜。招牌烧鸡坚推介,酱汁鲜甜,鸡肉嫩滑,冻柠茶都交足功课。食完竟然仲有免费手造小甜品送。 成个下午茶感觉很完美,期待香港更多这类型的认真制作小店。 继续阅读

赤虾拌面大赞,卖相好看,拌面过程虾香扑鼻而来!入口海鲜的咸香味立刻引爆味蕾,本以为平平无奇的小蕃茄不知道是品种问题还是制作工艺,很甜,果香很浓。牛四宝面(牛尾,牛筋,牛腩,牛肠)也是吓死人份量,比肉比得好慷慨,好少见香港的食店在环境不错的情况下给那么多的肉。肉质软硬适中,有嚼头而且很入味。牛肉锅贴,猪肉锅贴,好饱满,爆汁,据说是每次现包,诚意十足!特色饮品红枣鲜奶和龙眼荔枝茶,好味。莴笋丝我麻麻地,蛋ok。坐得好舒服,够干净企理,还会有第二次! 继续阅读

I was cold, starving and a bit rush yesterday night. By chance, I walked into this noodle shop and told the manager that i was hungry and in a rush for another meeting. The manager warmly welcomed me and  immediately asked me whether i am okay with soup noodle, whether i want spicy or not, am i allergic to beef and then he said he know what to do and went into the kitchen. After a short-while, the manager delivered a bowl of hot beef and pork cartilage soup noodle to me (see the photos). The beef ribs and pork cartilage are very tasty. The beef noodles are chewy. The beef soup is also very yummy.  I was very satisfied with the hot soup noodle, it cheered up my night! The manager had done an excellent job.I would definitely return to this shop (hopefully, i wont be that rush next time).Dear Wong Chuk Hang workers,  I recommend this noodle shop to all of you especially if you need some food to cheer your night and get refresh for another mid night meeting. 今次已经系第二次光顾,一间非常有诚意同埋讲究既小店。第一次去叫左镇店之宝: 醉烧鸡汤面汤底已经系劲有诚意,饮落感觉有少少药材味,另外烧鸡整法系, 铺头话每晚先浸酒6小时,然后风干一晚, 再喺客人order之前, 即刻烧鸡, 鸡髀上台时, 鸡皮系超脆, 入边仍然系好Juicy, 仲有淡淡酒香😋汤面直头惊喜, 好弹牙! 不自觉食晒一碗,第二惊喜系佢哋嘅热奶茶茶底好够浓, 奶同茶比例做得好好我第一次入到铺, 以为佢嘅奶茶会系好求其🤣但估唔到系好出色。今晚系第二次再去我哋叫咗红烧四宝(牛肋/牛筋/牛尾/牛肠),但呢个冇影相, 因为个红烧汁有少少麻椒味道,唔系我哋杯茶。另外叫左半生熟赤虾虾汁拌刀削面闻落去碗面到,已经有好浓郁嘅鲜虾膏味; 而且刀削面面质好烟韧,同虾汤好夹; 三只虾好大只, 煎得好香,虾头同虾身内外沾满虾汤味, 应该系煎香前处理过。仲有, 拌面既配料系油渍风干番茄🍅, 餐厅真系整得好好食, 完全唔识形容,我将所有蕃茄清光晒小店招呼好好加上用料用心讲究,人均消费连饮品只系$100-$130, 会再去呀。小店加油! 继续阅读
