今次同长辈食饭,就拣咗怀旧老店鳯城洒家,呢度有佢哋钟意嘅正宗顺德菜食,重有怀旧手工菜🤩我都好想试吓呀!我哋当日坐楼上,环境整洁又舒适,坐住食得好舒服👍🏻🌀紫砂茶壶炖螺头汤呢个炖汤好特别,用茶壶一位位上的,个螺头汤超鲜甜,材料超足,螺头、鸡脚、瘦肉、淮山,我全部食清光😝🌀锅贴大明虾球先嚟嘅呢个锅贴大明虾球,每块炸得极酥脆嘅金黄色多士上边都有大大只原虾好爽口弹牙,真系好好食😋呢个真系必食推介👍🏻🌀招牌炸子鸡呢度嘅炸子鸡真系超抵食,依家做紧个优惠价钱只系$148咋🤩重要系超大只嘅三黄鸡呀😍炸得皮脆肉嫩,鸡肉好香滑,又保持到肉汁,就算鸡胸肉位一啲都唔会嚡口,滑嘟嘟😋呢个真系必点🌀北京填鸭(半只)鸭皮烤得色泽金黄,鸭肉质嫩香有肉汁😋完全唔会有肥腻感,薄饼皮配搭京葱丝,青瓜,甜面酱食,超美味😋🌀煎酿鲮鱼呢个顺德名菜煎酿鲮鱼我第一次食,呢个真系手工菜,所以必定要点嚟试吓,将原条鲮鱼起皮真系要好有工序,再去骨起肉,再酿番入鱼皮之内,煎香切件,食落去有淡淡嘅陈皮味香,鱼肉唔会有腥味,再沾埋个鼓汁食真系超Perfect😋🌀凤肝金钱鸡呢个顺德名菜听就听得多啦,所以今次一于叫嚟试吓,一块肥猪肉、一块鸡肝、一块猪肉叠起组合而成,味道浓郁😋呢度比较特别,用上白面包嚟衬托一齐食🌀海味杂菜煲食咗咁多肉肉,一定要叫返个菜先啦!就连个杂菜煲都咁足料,大量干鱿鱼,大大只虾干,个汤汁好鲜甜😋粉丝索晒汤汁嘅味道好正呀👍🏻🌀莲蓉西米焗布甸(细)完美嘅一餐,就要用完美嘅甜品嚟结尾,咁呢个西米焗布甸一定系啦🥰即点即焗,上枱热辣辣,表面焗得够晒焦香😍布甸入面除咗西米之外,仲有超香嘅莲蓉,喜欢佢唔会做得太过甜,食完一啖又一啖真系停唔到口,呢个又系必点,真系好好食😋

I'd seriously recommend booking this place for birthday celebrations in big groups, because they have huge tables and incredible Chinese cuisines to serve. Our birthday star was stunned by her "cake" this year, with a very aromatic baked caramelised top; custardy sago pudding in the middle; and sweet lotus paste at the bottom. The three layers perfectly melted into each other, and you could easily spoon this cake to savor. We got each of us a serving of the signature soup stewed in purple clay teapots, just poured the golden liquid out into the tea cup when you are ready to drink. It's the very rare moment that I enjoy soup in such a delicate and delicious way. There were dried conch, chicken feet, dried scallop, lean pork, yam, and wolfberries boiled in this soup- an absolute elixir to cure my body & soul. A proper Chinese feast should never miss any of these: Peking duck is a must-order, fried whole crispy chicken (on superb discount at occasions, please keep a keen eye!), giant prawn toasts that were extremely crispy and delightful, very well-seasoned fish paste-shaped fish that came in a tasty Chinese demi glace made of black beans & sun-dried mandarin peels, Chinese liver pate & preserved salted meat sandwich (a tribute to the traditional Money Chicken rolls), and a pot of assorted vegetables cooked with fragrant dried prawns, squid legs, mushrooms and vermicelli. 约几个朋友假期前晚餐聚一聚,揾间酒家贪佢坐得舒服啲,原来啲嘢食都唔简单。凤城酒家表面上系一间普通酒家,实际上都有好多特色菜,包括餐厅主力推嘅顺德菜。现场环境清静,坐得又舒服 (最嘈反而系我哋𠮶枱😆),好啱朋友聚会。紫砂茶壶炖螺头汤 $108/位虽然呢个汤系每位计,但每位佢都会有一个紫砂茶壶同一个细杯,净系呢样嘢已经够晒诚意。但其实内里佢嘅料都甚多,汤又够味,相当不可多得。锅贴大明虾 $38/件餐厅推荐必叫。虾甚为大只,所谓锅贴其实系多士,但炸得好脆好香口,而且有一定厚度,好好食。凤肝金钱鸡 $60/件好特别而经典嘅顺德菜式。用上鸡肝、猪肉等同烘面包砌成,相当考手工,味道基本上由酱汁提供,其他材料主要系食质感。北京填鸭半只 $238用上非常靓嘅摆盘造成。片皮鸭虽然只有半只,但份量都算多。片皮鸭嘅肉量比较多,对于钟意肉感嘅人嚟讲,系一个福音。煎酿鲮鱼 $238用鲮鱼造成,但砌返一条鱼嘅外型,同样地好考功夫。食落去唔会有腥味,而且几香口,亦唔会好腻,质感就偏滑。炸子鸡 $148/只今晚最抵食嘅菜式,因为系特价菜式,炸子鸡系一整只上,相当巨型,四人食亦未必食得晒。食落去亦好香口,味道绝佳,绝对符合我哋对炸子鸡嘅期望。海味杂菜煲 $138最尾当然要叫返啲菜。呢个海味杂菜煲嚟到嘅时候我哋都觉得几大个。最钟意佢有啲鱿鱼,鱿鱼同菜煲嘅味系夹嘅。莲蓉西米焗布甸(大) $198非常惊人嘅甜品。外表已经焗至焦香,闻落已经好香。食落莲蓉同西米嘅味道好丰富。如果有胃口,最后用呢个甜品嚟买斋,系相当完美嘅收结。

同屋企人食餐好嘅,今次拣咗喺铜锣湾嘅凤城酒家海蜇熏蹄好受欢迎嘅前菜之一,熏蹄切得好薄,口感唔错;海蜇好有弹性,脆口食落会追食,少少辣味好开胃沙姜浸猪手🐷皮爽又弹,同样都几啱开胃大良炒鲜奶🥛牛奶同蛋白份量好平均,炒出嚟仍嫩嫩der,加上虾肉,呢啲功夫菜,好好味锅贴大明虾球🍤方包同虾配得啱啱好,轻轻蛋味,无影响虾味,方包炸得刚刚好,脆口,无乜油膉味鱼汤鱼腐菜苗🐟个汤好清,鱼腐煮得啱啱好,菜苗够新鲜,配个汤冇得输豉油王龙须炒面🦑幼面够晒火喉,一啲都唔黏,加埋鱿鱼须,味道啱啱好莲蓉西米焗布甸(要提早一日落单)超钟意食呢个甜品,热热地食,莲蓉够晒味,好香口,每人分一小碗刚刚好🫶🏼题外话,我好钟意佢哋嘅铁观音,特别香口同浓,我少有地食中菜狂饮茶🤣🤣好耐无食,不过水准仍然保持到,呢个价钱绝对唔贵(我哋系散叫,食食吓先知有套餐,其实唔使一定因为母亲节先点,都几抵食)喺帮衬呢一晚见到一啲熟口熟面嘅食客,希望佢哋宜家过得好啦🥺

提早庆祝母亲节,老妈最钟意食中菜,今次带佢去老牌酒家「凤城」食传统顺德菜🥢🫕紫砂茶壶炖螺头汤一人一壶,自斟自饮,紫砂茶壶又保温,𥚃面材料十足,有螺头、淮山、鸡脚、瘦肉、杞子,炖足几个钟,啖汤鲜甜又滋补。🦐锅贴大明虾原只大虾肉够弹牙,多士炸得松脆。💰凤肝金钱鸡卖相似三文治,叉烧、肥猪肉、凤肝(鸡润薄片)夹埋一齐食,味道比较浓郁。🐔炸子鸡用上三黄鸡,即叫即炸,鸡皮金黄香脆,鸡肉厚身嫩滑,每枱必点👍🏻🦆北京填鸭(半只)鸭肉软滑唔肥腻,加埋甜酱、青瓜,用薄饼卷嚟食,味道丰富。🐟煎酿鲮鱼传统顺德菜,鲮鱼拆骨起肉,再将鲮鱼肉调味后酿返入鱼身煎,食落鱼肉有淡淡陈皮味,肉质扎实,豆豉汁惹味。🥬海味杂菜煲虾干好大只,干鱿同样鲜味,汤底清甜,粉丝吸味,健康又美味。🍮莲蓉西米焗布甸经典甜品,表面焗到焦香,西米布甸滑溜,莲蓉绵密。凤城历史悠久,保留传统顺德菜,炸子鸡必点,当晚仲有优惠$148/一只,真系物超所值👍🏻
