今日中午叫咗个午餐A (鲜炒黄牛肉盖饭)牛肉太生,根本咬都咬唔开。服务员话可以接受。牛餐 酸菜鱼 还可以不过叫中辣会更好。杯加大码招牌柠檬荼 都几底饮,不过可以帮手加热返啲牛肉就更好了。 继续阅读

周末会好多人食既餐厅,虽然系少少贵既但系大大份同好有屋企既味道,特别推荐花椰菜,最好叫少少辣,好入味!.仲有蒸蛋,好滑又送饭,个饭都系干身既饭,好喜欢!如果钟意食啲湿少少既饭可以试下蕃薯饭,佢系for 3至4人分享。.至于烤鸡就真系还好,味道系okay 但系肉质好干身,唔推荐。.餐厅用扫码点餐,仲可以做会员系下一次用餐可减50蚊,用餐环境都好阔落,好舒适,上菜又快,好适合想反大陆食野又唔得闲北上既朋友。 继续阅读

其实之前一直都有食开,价钱合理,味OK。不过呢排员工态度好似杀咗佢全家咁。漏单,问吓啫,使唔使发晒脾气咁?😮‍💨我见有唔少外卖嘅客人问吓佢哋,佢哋就已经发鬼晒脾气,我就唔够胆同佢哋坳啦。其实唔想返呢份工咪唔好返啰,使唔使俾气个客受? 就连经理同全部啲同事都脾气差,想投诉都投诉唔到😮‍💨其实呢间嘢开到周围都系,不如好好咁提供培训俾啲员工,等佢哋知道咩叫基本礼貌,唔好带情绪返工。而家就真系冇下次啰。 继续阅读

It comes from China and have many branches in Hong Kong now. The one I went to is in East Point City - Tseung Kwan O. The place is clean & neat and it‘s easy to access there. Bus, minibus or MTR from Hang Hau station. Exit A1 to the shopping mall. They have set lunch which is very good deal but we ordered A La Carte this time. We ordered two kinds of fish. One is 酸菜鲈鱼 and the other one is 招牌湖蝶鱼 which is stir fried. I like the 酸菜鱼 while the fish meat is more tender. The flavor is sour but not too spicy. The other fish 湖蝶鱼 is crispy, the texture is like 脆肉鲩鱼. It is fried with many red chilli and it’s more spicy. We also ordered their signature dish stir-fried beef. The flavor is good and it‘s not too greasy but the beef is not tender enough. Surprisingly, the pork knuckle is the best out of all. It’s tender, soft and rich in flavor. Everyone like it. They do not have restroom inside the restaurant and have to use the one in the mall. They are clean as well. Too bad they have corkage fee and cake cutting fee being charged. Wheelchair is ok since they have lift in the mall to different levels. Price is not expensive. If you like hunan cuisine, you can give a try. 继续阅读

I recently dined at a restaurant that promises authentic Hunan cuisine, and it did not disappoint. Each dish was a celebration of bold flavors and unique cooking techniques. The Fruitwood Crispy Roast Chicken was a standout dish. The chicken was beautifully roasted, with a perfectly crispy skin that crackled with each bite. The fruitwood infusion lent a subtle sweetness and smokiness that elevated the dish. The meat was tender and juicy, making it an absolute delight. Served with a side of dipping sauce, this dish was a true testament to Hunan culinary traditions.Next, I enjoyed the Garlic Vermicelli Prawns, which were simply divine. The prawns were plump and cooked to perfection, while the garlic vermicelli added a wonderful depth of flavor. The dish was beautifully presented, with the vermicelli soaking up the savory juices from the prawns. Each bite was a harmonious blend of textures and tastes, making it a memorable dish.The Firewood Smoked Bamboo Shoots were a unique addition to the meal. The smoky aroma was tantalizing, and the bamboo shoots had a delightful crunch. This dish showcased the restaurant's emphasis on traditional cooking methods, and the smoky flavor paired wonderfully with the freshness of the bamboo. It was a refreshing counterpoint to the richer dishes we had.We also ordered the Stir-Fried Bok Choy, which was a perfect complement to our meal. The bok choy was cooked just right, retaining a crisp texture and vibrant green color. Tossed with garlic and a hint of soy sauce, it was simple yet flavorful, providing a nice balance to the richer dishes we enjoyed.To accompany our meal, I opted for the Fragrant Lemon Tea. This drink was refreshing and fragrant, with a lovely balance of citrusy brightness and aromatic notes. It was the perfect palate cleanser between the savory dishes and added a delightful touch to the overall experience.We indulged in the Old Dough Steamed Buns (Flower Rolls).
