岩岩喺日本返嚟,真系好挂住𠮶种热辣辣、香浓滑顺嘅鸡白汤拉面,行过见到六味屋几唔错,仲有得送外卖,就喺外卖平台order咗两款:。浓厚鸡白汤拉面(配煎饺子+炸鱿鱼)$198。黑蒜油豚骨拉面套餐(配唐扬炸鸡+饮品)$146可惜送到上门时,汤同面都只可以仅仅称为微暖,要靠自己用微波炉叮返热,始终拉面失咗热辣辣𠮶个魂,已经先输一截。味道方面,用返香港标准去睇,鸡白汤同黑蒜油豚骨汤味道都唔算特别浓,饮落冇咩层次,都冇乜惊喜;面身偏软,唔够弹性,挂汤程度普通;饺子皮偏厚,鱿鱼就炸得过火,有啲干同焦;反而唐扬炸鸡算系今餐最稳阵,外脆内嫩,配柠檬汁食几开胃。整体上,属于可以一试,而以价钱计,性价比亦确实偏低。尤其系拎到手冻晒,要靠自己叮返热,食落完全冇咗喺日本𠮶种满足感。如果真系挂住日本拉面,建议都系去返堂食试试比较实际。

Visited this ramen resto in Tai Koo Shing with my friend. .I ordered Spicy Chicken Paitan Ramen. The broth was savoury with just the right level of spiciness. The chicken was smooth, but the char siu was slightly coarse. The soft-boiled egg had a runny egg yolk. My friend ordered Hokkaido Miso Tonkotsu Ramen, which was seasonal limited. Not sure about the flavour, yet my friend mentioned it was slightly spicy. .The ramen resto applies a service charge and features a seasonal limited ramen every month. The portion of the food was reasonable, yet the price of the food was a bit expensive.

个日咁啱经过 冇特别睇咩推介系店门口睇到有 每月特色面以为有个系柠檬鲷鱼拉面但入到去冇咗 可惜 见到咁得意谂住试下叫咗 西京味噌蜂蜜金团拉面卖相唔差 都好香 有个牛油系到 但加埋落去食少少 系真系几ok好食嘅札幌汤咖哩拉面上菜就好香食落都好香浓咖哩味 唔系日式个啲甜咖哩系香浓有香料味嘅咖哩好食 😋😋跟咗餐 叫埋饺子同埋 唐扬炸鱿鱼饺子正常味 冇咩特别但唐扬炸鱿鱼 系香脆 油脂劲啲嘅野 但好食嘅但试食一两次就够 还好啦嘅感觉 😂😋

平时嚟开太古都系去太古城或者康怡食饭,因为9:30太夜,好多餐厅都闩晒,唯有走出去揾嘢食,就见到呢间拉面,谂住快手食完唔好阻人收工。浓厚鸡白汤拉面鸡白汤汤底浓厚,汤底挂上拉面好夹。拉面有两片豚肉叉烧,一片鸡肉叉烧,鸡肉叉烧好软滑,但较细片,豚肉叉烧味道焦香,相比之下鸡肉叉烧比较出色。西京味噌蜂蜜金团拉面汤底仍然系鸡白汤,但配上蕃薯蓉及蜂蜜,为香浓汤底加上一股甜味,增加咗层次。侧边的牛蒡,都为拉面增加了爽脆的口感。唐扬炸鱿鱼上桌时热辣辣好香,但可惜外观炸㶶咗。虽然鱿鱼熟度不错,但外皮偏硬,影响咗口感。

我就叫咗鸡白汤拉面首先个汤质感上唔会好厚身,但浓度上系啱味,唯一系油较多,由于啲油一定喺面,所以要饮汤个feel就会有啲油腻我都系第一次见会有西兰花连茎出现喺拉面度,啲面系幼身嘅面,软硬度适中,只蛋(宝物沉归底)就无咩特别,反而鸡肉薄得嚟嬾滑我加咗套餐,拣咗炸饺(2 只)/汽水如果想煎饺就一定要贵啲硬食5只见到有啲镬嘅残留物喺只饺子边度炸饺就多数做唔到皮薄,变咗有啲似炸物肉丸咁,啲馅就好一般,好似普通超市会买到嘅饺子。店舖环境布置几好,系张櫈有啲硬,cushion薄到用唔用都无分别咁。睇到员工耐心解答顾客问题。睇得出哩间嘢食物/服务无问题,但喺啲细节处理未够好,希望会向好处继续发展。
