六両三 (English name: Liu Liang San) is a popular place serving Taiwanese food. It seemed every time we walked by there was a lengthy line. But on this day, we arrived a bit early and only saw one person in line. So, we decided to give it  a try.The place isn't very big so seating is very cramped. Menu is in English and Chinese. There is no 10% service charge. You order by scanning a QR code and pay on your way out.Boyfriend had the wintermelon and lemon tea ($18) and I had the salty kumquat syrup ($18). Mine tasted like water. It didn't even have a hint of saltiness. Boyfriend's tasted water as well. We started t wonder if  they just gave us colored water.They offer snacks in two sizes. We chose two small sized snacks and they were placed on a small sauce plate. Very small indeed. Tampura ($10) was ok. The fish cake was firm. But they added a strange sticky salty sauce on top.The other snack was the Dried Beancured ($10) was fine as well. It also had the same strange sauce added.  I guess the sauce was needed otherwise, there wouldn't be much flavor.We didn't want to over order so chose a Small Braised Pork Rice ($18). This was larger than expected. A lot of rice but not much braised pork. The pork didn't have a lot of flavor and not enough sauce was provided. You do get a lot of rice though.Liu Liang San Combo ($88) that included beef shank, tendon and ribs. Quite a decent sized portion. But it didn't have much flavor. You get a choice of noodle so we chose thick. The noodles were nicely cooked. But the soup didn't have that hearty meaty flavor often found in a Taiwanese beef noodle. The tendon was tough. The ribs were also tough to chew. Definitely not braised long enough. The beef shank was so soft it fell apart.There are a lot of better Taiwanese out there so lining up for this is really not worth it. Won't be back. 继续阅读

⚠️💛🧡⛑🚃香港美食➡️尖沙咀一个人吃午餐的好处,加上时间未算太晏,完全不用等位,只是坐在bar枱,跟厨师们你眼望我眼,有一点尴尬而已🍜 阿宏葱油拌面 $46葱味十足,吃完口臭臭的,幸好戴上口罩,只跟自己分享葱味,酱汁惹味,面条粗度适中 继续阅读

一恢复晚市後,第一时间出去食晚饭,去开尖沙咀行街,想食台湾牛肉面,未去过呢间,8pm 巳经企满人,㩒完飞估计要等成个钟,一於行阵街再返转头,40分钟後返嚟,等了2张就入得。餐厅细细,坐得都密,我哋点了牛肉面,卤肉饭,鸭血,豆干鸭血几好味,四十几蚊碗,同一盒盒啲鸭血差唔多价钱,咁梗系依啲新鲜好食啲啦。卤肉饭(大)$28, 都几多汁同卤肉粒,晤错。豆干个味做得最似台湾食到嘅味道,而牛肉面,做得也唔错,总括嚟讲,呢间店我个人觉得做到八成台湾味道,很不错。 继续阅读

六両三晚市一向多人排队等候,加上刚放宽晚市堂食,趁今天星期六早点去排队等候。时间尚早,等了10分钟已有座位,全程自助点餐,可按自己喜好选择饮品少甜,少冰及加配主食之要求。今日点了新推介麻辣鸭血$48,可加钱配冬粉及汤。麻辣鸭血不算太辣,夹起来不会太易碎,豆腐已吸取麻辣汤,很好味道。另一小食皮蛋豆腐$35,豆腐冰冷,拌匀皮蛋食,口感冰凉。反而麻辣乾拌面$48真的有点辣,青瓜丝拌面,食起来真的会喷火。幸好点了冬瓜茶$15解辣,清凉。 继续阅读

面店始终都是面店,面质一定要掂,我喜欢川味汤底配上的面条质感,口感丰富,咬下去已经告诉自己这家店很着重造面,而且一定是有自己的独门工艺,至於牛肉或是筋,这个反而未见惊喜,可能是给面本身比下去了!整碗汤面总体造诣非凡,是值回票价的! 继续阅读
