Every day, I walk past this shop, I am familiar with it while also not. I didn't try the products from it before. And one day we found it was a nice idea to buy the Chestnut Cake with Sugar Cane for celebrating the Chinese New Year. Looks healthy and tasty! We also bought a bottle of sugar cane juice. Natural sweet, a nice choice if you don't want to drink water The cake was quite nice, moderate sweet and springy. You can see cearly of the water chestnut. The texture of cake was special because of the crispness of it. This would be a nice cake for those elderly who don't like western cakes Also a healthy choice for children as well!

放工，总免不了吃点小食来奖励自己。烧卖鱼蛋吃厌了，搞搞新尝试👅转角遇到公利，萌起食蔗汁糕的念头。这分店不像中环总店，没有live表演搾蔗汁，座位亦只有两三个，主打做外卖。与中环店一样，蔗汁糕味道清甜，质地软熟。食晒成碗绝不过份！感觉还很清热解渴！夏天甜品推介！

那天，我路经湾仔庄士敦道，当时有点肚饿，醒起湾仔有间 <公利>， 食一点健康小食也好吧！ 于是，我走入店子，找个位坐下来，恰巧！店员阿姐却忙著弄制蔗汁糕，还叫我等一等！看一看价目表，再对比一下两年半前，初初帮衬湾仔 <公利> 的价目表，发现蔗汁糕及竹蔗水加了价，两者只是加了 $1！升幅算少！蔗汁糕 $13由于，蔗汁糕弄好后，要放进雪柜雪冻，入口冰凉清甜，弹性十足！水准依然！
