Naming its shop as healthy ramen, I expect their broth would be pretty bland. Out of my surprise, the soup base of the pork tonkotsu ramen I ordered tasted quite rich and even a bit salty in the last few slurps. To be honest, I suspect if their ramen can be considered as 'healthy'. I love thier accompanying greens though, which added some refreshness to my palate. The hardness of the noodles was just right too. Yet, the pork tonkotsu was tough and overcooked…Actually the decoration of this restaurant made me feel like I was in Japan. I was pretty shocked when the staff spoke to each other in Korean… ( aha food might taste better if I order korean dishes😂) One thing to compliment is that food was served really quickly here. I only waited 5 minutes to get my ramen. May be that was because I was the only customer there. This is a cute, semi-authentic Japanese-Korean restaurant with good food for the relatively low price. It’s located in CC Wu building on the upper floor across from McDonald’s.Highly recommend the Korean dishes over the Japanese ones (although I haven’t tried the ramen yet), particularly the big Kimchi hotpot which can be shared amongst 2-4 people.
