今日来到何必馆坐低已经有D不安!每个服务员都是那么陌生,叫了几笼点心,点了2个小菜,噢点解 ..........完全不一样了,一行4人食完急急脚埋单!打听一下,完来旧有班底楼面厨房全个团队在2月20号之后已经离职了!完来何必馆不是伟师傅开的,莫后有个老板姓何,所以叫何必馆!好后悔当初无问D厅面服务员联络电话!到底这个团队去了那里,有无兄弟姊妹话我知呀!真怀念以前的热情招呼认真的出品没有伟师傅的何必馆已经不是旧日的何必馆了...........

何必馆- 虽然佢晚饭可能不及七福、湾悦等传统粤菜餐馆,但系去何必馆饮茶绝对系一个保证,尤其佢嘅虾饺,虽然$80 1 笼(其实好多地方而家叫个虾饺都要60至80)、你会食到佢功夫扎实,虾弹牙爽口,唔会过湿,放耐啲唔会干争争,皮唔会过硬,咬一啖落去,有少少爆汁,加上笋香,真系回味无穷。荷叶饭:260 半包,即叫即做、热辣辣足料炸子鸡: 一名叼嘴嘅叔叔都话呢间炸子鸡好食,鸡皮脆,用新鲜鸡,鸡肉有汁、配柠檬汁同少少准盐, 美味单尾亦都系一个亮点,基围虾炒饭,爽身,碟底冇油,仲想点?传统甜品譬如菲林卷,苹叶角、红枣糕, 黑糖糕、都系上乘之作

📍何必馆Michelin Guide Recommended Restaurant A good Cantonese restaurant with some traditional dishes that bring back my childhood memories at 福临门. Recommendations: • 炸蟹盖 (Stuffed with loads of crab meat mixed with the sweetness of the onions. My favorite of the meal!) • 炸子鸡 (Crispy skin but some parts of the skin went missing?!)• 皮蛋芫荽滚鱼汤 (As all of the 老火汤 was sold out, this is actually quite a good replacement) • 蛋白杏仁茶 (silky smooth) Price: HK$1500 pp (dinner) Revisit: 8/10

一向有去何必馆食晚饭,第一次食lunch, 大失所望,不知所谓。菜式都好咸。叫左只鸡,好咸。同侍应讲,佢答我入面有金华火腿。其实啲咸味点黎吾重要,重点系太咸,但系餐厅嫁default position 就系佢地一定无问题,所以咁样答个客。跟住上个冬瓜盅,一行7个大人都觉得好咸,点系小朋友食。同侍应讲,佢又答我有金华火腿,跟住佢攞左碗汤俾师传饮,出嚟同我讲,师傅觉得吾咸无问题。第一,我地一行7个人都觉得咸,好明显吾系个人口味问题;再者,我地系客,食嫁系我地,俾钱埋单又系我地,你净系个冬瓜盅都过千蚊啦,吾啱客食都算,点解可以同我地讲系我地口味太清淡。最后,我地叫左个菠菜苗,又系好咸,价钱仲系$420😱😱😱我地问佢点解咁贵,佢先话帮我地加大左半份,但加大之前无问过我地,黎到size 亦系正常。加大先正常分量,吾加大咪好小??入得嚟食饭都冇预过平,但系吾好好似㓥客咁啰。
