机遇巧合下看到店家在Openrice上推广这个「 法式优闲三层下午茶套餐」优惠即二话不说购买两张优惠券,相约闰蜜high tea来这里享用 一个悠闲、慢活的周末下午茶 @fastgourmethk法式优闲三层下午茶套餐 $98/位(原价$258/两位用,另收 每位加一 $26)《咸点》香煎黑松露北海道珍宝带子、西班牙黑毛猪腩、蟹肉牛油果三文治、慢煮鸡沙律卷店员提醒要先吃黑松露北海道珍宝带子,怕放凉了会变腥拍好照就第一时间将珍宝带子放到口中,带子煎得香口,肉质软嫩,加入少许黑松露酱点缀一下增加风味西班牙黑毛猪腩的脂肪分布适中,配上面包一并进食,能吃到油份但不会有油腻感慢煮鸡沙律卷予人的感觉就像吃越南的米纸卷,外皮透薄烟韧,嫩滑的鸡肉再混入适量沙律酱,入口creamy,味道不浓烈但好吃最令人失望的是那个蟹肉牛油果三文治,面包又乾又不好吃,浓烈的蟹肉腥味配上不好吃的牛油果酱,令人生怕的味道《甜点》招牌真空慢煮焦糖炖蛋、白松露芝士蛋糕、鲜莓酥饼、椰子雪糕本来Menu是有焦糖爆谷咖啡摩丝,但最後换上椰子雪糕,不要紧,这个雪糕清甜可口,椰子味跟奶香极重还有椰丝增加口感,很好吃松露常用於咸食,制作的甜点还是第一次吃,松露 X Cream Cheese完全没半点违和感,甜中带咸没有互相抢走彼此的味道,入口香气浓厚,个人最爱这款看样子绝对不会把它联想到鲜莓酥饼,杏仁酥上搽满朱古力榛子酱,配有少量士多啤梨同埋蓝莓增加清新感觉,可惜酥饼已不脆口,有点美中不足来到这个招牌真空慢煮焦糖炖蛋,面层铺满烧成又厚又脆的焦糖,还加上了两颗小棉花糖做点缀慢煮关系炖蛋的口感香滑富浓浓的蛋香,特别之处在於瓶底加入自家制红莓酱,中和整个焦糖炖蛋既甜度,闰蜜觉得这个很好吃但在於我来说还是太甜啦《饮品》苹果汁 + 橙汁饮品方面因我俩都不想喝咖啡或特饮就选了最普通的果汁就好了份量其实不多,味道也跟外边超市买到的果汁相若龙虾汤流心牛角包 + $28爆酱蟹羔流心牛角包 + $48店家的signature food就是流心牛角包!来到这店岂能不试?下午茶餐只需另外数十元就可一嚐招牌菜,有咸的甜的各两款选择,最後我们追加予两款咸点来吃先来吃感觉相对没那麽浓烈的龙虾汤流心牛角包,外表朴实内里有惊喜,一切开就看到满满的龙虾汤随即流出来自家制的牛角包外皮烤得酥脆,微暖的龙虾汤鲜甜浓郁,两者各自精彩,一并食用像吃酥皮龙虾汤一样好吃,和味至极,感觉新颖~而另一款爆浆蟹膏流心牛角包,表面还有不少蟹籽由於我们不是第一时间品嚐,切开时已经不算流心,但牛角包外层仍然酥脆虽然不像龙虾汤一样切开便流出来,蟹膏质感较厚,用刀轻轻一压便涌出来,味道鲜甜又惹味,酱汁中夹杂不少蟹膏碎粒,配合粒粒蟹籽更有口感,相比之下感觉这个味道更好,十分推介👍🏻看似吃了不少美食,其实每人花费不到$170就品嚐到,实在超值,优惠暂时至7月尾啊!要留意店家座位有限,记紧预早致电订台,和利用WhatsApp传讯息予店家将会使用Openrice优惠券到店入座後向店员展示一下优惠券QR code便可店家位置与PMQ只相隔一条街,周边环境感觉很chill、很舒适、很宁静由於进餐当日正值周六下午,在餐厅门口旁边的楼梯上有很多不少外藉人士在进餐、看书或是跟朋友边喝边聚会,更加突显写意、悠闲的感觉 继续阅读

Attracted by their lava croissants and came here despite not being the most convenient location. Finally got there after walking from the MTR station. I really think serving water should be the most basic service and given you see that your customer is wiping sweat after the long walk, you really should serve water to your customers which was not done at the end.We ordered their set menu which included the 2 types of croissants we wanted to try - Lobster Bisque and Japanese Crab Paste. After taking a few photos(less than 5 minutes) and cutting the first croissant, both mains and drinks arrived. The table was so crowded with our own plates, the 2 plates with croissants, 2 drinks and main course we were so busy rearranging the plates till it fit. Finally we go to try the croissant and true it was heavenly with the molten crab paste being soaked into the flaky croissant. However, by the time we were able to eat the second croissant, it still tasted good but it already started to cool down since we wasted so much time rearranging this just then.My Storm Rider had a lovely marble pattern to it and was a refreshing coffee for the hot summer.By the time we reached our mains, it was lukewarm as they served it way too early. I believe the taste would have been great if it had been served at right temperature.Dessert came which was good but not good enough to change my overall impression of the restaurant.Half way through the dessert, they already gave us the bill. We wanted to finish the ice-cream first(after all it will melt) before we settle the bill but they took away the receipt thinking we already put our credit card inside and we just gobble whatever dessert left and settled the bill right away.Conclusion, as stated by their name, Fast gourmet.  继续阅读

We had an enjoyable lunch here. Twice the waitress offered to take photos for us when she saw us taking photos of everything excitedly - especially for the Lava Croissant which comes in two flavours/fillings - lobster bisque and Japanese crab paste. Both were delicious and it was fun cutting the croissant open and seeing the fillings flow out 😝“How’s your food?” the waitress asked when we were having the dessert - Sweet Mapo Tofu. “It’s very special.” I said, having never tried something like that. The tofu has an ice cream on top which has a special spicy taste. “It’s made for you, of course it’s special 😉” the waitress swiftly replied. “What’s in it?” I was still savouring the flavour. “Tofu, mint, and some secret ingredients 😉” I’ll also say get the special drinks if you can - we tried Sesame Latte and Storm Rider. The former is warm and the sweetness is just about right, while the latter, A signature espresso drink with orange bamboo powder and thick milk foam, gives a very silky texture. 继续阅读

Afternoon tea set $258我觉得整体都好好食,但我朋友话我唔去拍美食节目嘥咗🤣 话我表示好食嘅程度系呈现晒喺面但我真系觉得佢好好食,无论系咸点定系甜点,都系出色嘅咸点黑松露北海道珍宝带子:大粒而且劲足料浓味黑松露西班牙黑毛猪腩:猪腩唔会过肥,加埋个面包一齐食味道好夹,唔会话好溜,而且面头嘅苹果酱好香蟹肉牛油果三文治:锺意食蟹肉又锺意食牛油果嘅我表示超级好食,而且仲要我系面包控慢煮鸡沙律卷:难怪咁好食,慢煮嘅嘢真系乜都好食,佢入面仲有啲沙律酱同埋西芹,因为佢啲西芹系切碎,唔锺意食西芹浸味嘅我都觉得佢易入口,好食咸点最锺意排名:慢煮鸡沙律卷-西班牙黑毛猪腩-蟹肉牛油果三文治-黑松露北海道带子(但样样都咁锺意食)甜点招牌真空慢煮焦糖炖蛋:炖蛋上面加上脆口嘅焦糖,食完一啖又一啖,同埋佢呢个特别之处就系我底中间有少许配料(红豆蓉),同出边唔同嘅地方,同埋佢系慢煮所以我都系觉得好好食白松露芝士蛋糕:呢个份量啱啱好一啖摆落口又唔会话份量多所以溜,重食到入口即溶嘅感觉,好淡香嘅白松露配上芝士蛋糕唔会话抢咗芝士蛋糕嘅味道鲜莓酥饼:佢系平时我最爱食嘅杏仁酥,但系上面就换咗唔系杏仁,系榛子酱配有士多啤梨同埋蓝莓,好脆口好好食焦糖咖啡爆谷摩丝:浓味咖啡配埋焦糖爆谷冇谂过佢哋会夹到,感觉有啲似饮紧嘅焦糖爆谷咖啡然後又系加晒咁多只流心牛角包味道 ,食几多次都系觉得佢有趣又出色🥰🥰爆浆蟹膏流心牛角包+$48佢嘅蟹膏酱虽然唔及韩国咁浓,但系就算唔知系咩嚟日式都会食到去好香嘅蟹膏味,出色海盐焦糖咖啡流心牛角包 +$28食到好香嘅咖啡味,食落去佢有啲似Tiramisu嘅感觉,因为佢又系浸左咖啡汁,而且唔会话好甜抹茶朱古力流心牛角包 +$28佢系甘味嘅抹茶朱古力,啱晒啲唔锺意好甜朱古力嘅我,系我最爱嘅抹茶味道和牛面颊配南瓜蓉&薯蓉 $178真心好出色,面颊淋得黎好有口感,劲锺意食牛嘅呢个位。而且上面配有炸过嘅芋丝,食落去脆而香。南瓜薯蓉好甜好好食,再加埋上面有啲青瓜同埋芦笋,配搭埋一齐好夹。食饱嘅我都觉得个南瓜薯蓉好开胃食完一啖有一啖。虽然呢间餐厅小店位置唔算大,但平日去食嘅我都表示佢满座,加上佢个下午茶唔贵,好值得去食,我依家已经好想再食 继续阅读
