Went for a little dessert in a small but very busy shoppe in Tsuen Wan tonight. It was really packed, and also had tables outside. The outside tables had an added advantage accommodating those bringing animals (ie dogs) and smokers. This place seems to have a lot more cold desserts than warm desserts. But, as not keen on cold desserts, went for a local favorite: The Almond 'Soup'. It was certainly less thick than other places; very soup-like in consistency. The taste was quite well balanced with absolutely no almond after-taste! Nor was it too sweet. But, in achieving these two criterion, it came out a bit bland. Likely why the sesame balls were included. And they really accentuated the overall taste experience of the dish. Note: I chose sesame, you may alternately choose ground peanut balls instead. The seating service was good enough, but the place was so cramped, that my dish was initially served to the wrong client (clump of tables). Little bit careless of the server in this respect. In fact, this is the first time in HK dining that a shared-table experience has led to mis-placed food.

之前成日经过依间舖~但因为时间关系..好多时都未开依晚正好食完饭~我话好想去五代同堂食个雪花冰呢终于可以一尝~之前睇食评..见雪花冰比较多人话好食其他甜品就一般~所以今次去都系主打试"雪花冰"好D"杨支甘露雪花冰"整得好用心~伴雪花冰既有柚子肉,芒果肉,芒果茸好聪明地用返同一款食材去提起雪花冰既味道因为通常单食..雪花冰既味道比较平淡~但夹杂芒果茸感觉大大唔同..令雪花冰更加充满芒果味"咖啡雪香"伴上朱古力片,棉花糖,椰果及朱古力脆脆材料又系好丰富~卖相整得好靓..睇得出用心制造雪花冰质感同食开既都一样~但面层再加上咖啡酱同样令咖啡味大增~整个雪花冰都有香浓咖啡味但朱古力脆脆既用料品质ma ma地~唔系食开粟米片果只咁香甜脆口但整体都系好味~卖相整得靓+用心

吃过晚饭又是时候喂饱另一个胃,想了又想附近的木子,明师傅以及松记也退步了,加上木子虽然价钱相宜,但要在大雨下那潮湿的天气吃也不是个好的安排,一行7人,最后决定到比较企理的五代同糖吃吃看!店子小小竟然可以坐到最后一枱,实在是走运了!餐牌翻了又翻后,A仔点了杨枝甘露冰,W&K点了心太软及杨枝甘露;J点了巧克力肠粉,我则点了鲜有甜品店供应的香芋冰,P&V则分别点了芒果奶冻和蜜瓜西米露!当然我没有7碗都试食,不过相就全都照下二,我有吃过的,就略评一下吧V吃芒果奶冻,吃完了第一口她就大喊”无下次”!我问为什么,她著我拿点来吃就会明白,我以小匙试吃了一口,只觉胶味极重(鱼胶粉味),吃不到奶冻应有的香滑口感,只能说,虽然芒果汁和芒果的品质是好,但也无补于事A仔吃的则是杨枝甘露棉棉冰,柚子肉甜美,佐料份量下得慷慨,芒果汁和芒果的品质够多!最后V,我和J3人不停向A仔的杨枝甘露棉棉冰抽水,这个杨枝甘露棉棉冰口味是做得不错的!在下的香芋冰,口味和牛奶公司的电糕十分相似,佐以红豆,脆片,椰果和凉粉! 红豆没有什么甜味,不过佐以香甜的香芋冰是不错的, 脆片这个配搭也下的很好,脆脆的口感真不错,,而椰果和凉粉这个味道不重的黑白配也是有心思的,不同的口感也和香芋冰十分配合,唯一画蛇添足的是下了奇异果酱,既然加上了一点色彩,但与香芋冰不相配,可是个错误的组合!P点的蜜瓜西米露我没有吃,不过看得出做得很稀,西米更是少得可怜,友人也好像不太满意上一次到这个店是年头和3位姐姐,比上次的水准低落了不少呢!荃湾也难找好吃的甜品店了吧!也附上其他友人点的甜品

喺路德围呢头行咗咁耐, 而家先发现间五代同糖, 铺头内的客台里全摆放了儿时玩具来粉饰一番, 例如有飞行棋、鬪兽棋等等五代同糖的心太软和鸡蛋布丁吸引了不少捧场客, 不过还是想探索一下更新颖的甜品芒果黑糖水晶粉$30...当造芒果相当香甜, 而黑糖水晶粉就香香QQ的, 营养价值高, 糖的含量及热量却比一般白糖低, 加上其独特的香味, 问谁能抵挡?绿茶雪糕朱古力河粉$30...尤如谷类早餐 牛奶里浸了很多脆米, 还有Oreo饼碎, 超薄的朱古力河粉只得寥寥几片, 可幸的是朱古力味算浓, 绿茶雪糕不易溶化, 还好~ 可以「毕」多几吓

凌晨12点松, 2个人谂住去食糖水...叫左个 "西瓜黑珍珠捞", 女友叫左个"芒果河粉"芒果河粉就无咩特别, 不过不失我果个西瓜黑珍珠捞... 一黎到 西瓜+黑珍珠... menu 写明 会有花奶, 椰汁, 西瓜汁...乜都无.. 同个waitress讲.. 佢话加...点知我听到厨房爆粗话西瓜加咩芒果汁?!我心谂... 花奶, 椰汁, 西瓜汁...3样都唔加, 加芒果汁?!极难食.... 食到无心机, 食左半碗就走人... 埋单$54... 本人本身极懒.... 估唔到开左A/C咁耐第1次打食评系咁火滖!!!
