几年前睇饮食杂志已经知道有呢间冲绳居洒屋,今晚终於有机会黎试。环境气氛setting都十分地道,充满okinawa风情。座上客有不少日本人和西人。枝豆前菜($20/位)menu已经带冲绳的乡土风情。瑞泉黑糖梅酒($55)唔系好甜,梅味浓郁。荔枝烧酎梳打($58)口味清新。自家制花生豆腐($65),豆味香,质地绵弹,非常有趣。苦瓜炒猪肉($88),苦瓜是冲绳特产食材,未食过真系唔好话自己食过冲绳料理,加了滑蛋,令苦瓜味道更丰富,美味的地道家常菜。大叶梅子鸡肉卷($65)用上冲绳鸡,肉质非常滑嫩,配紫苏叶,令鸡肉带独特香气,加埋梅子酱的酸甜味,超好味!墨鱼汁炒面($82),配料有鱿鱼、猪肉和韮菜用上蒜炒,十分香,面弹牙有嚼劲,味道唔错。海苔佃煮烧饭团($40),绿色的好得意,饭团有焦面,加了佃煮少少咸,都几有特色,值得试!食品每碟都好精巧细致,可以试多几款,佐酒食好enjoy。 继续阅读

Casual and fun! I’ve heard of this restaurant for the longest time but never had a chance to go. Tonight as invited by one of my foodie friends, we went as a group of 6. The place is dark but it looks authentic Japanese style. I heard the owner is Japanese? We ordered many dishes to share upon and most are rather delicious! 海葡萄 一碟上来份量好多,色泽翠绿鲜明,蟹籽的口感!一串串好似葡萄咁而味道有点像昆布, 配上少许豉油或醋味道更突出. 好海洋的味道😌花生豆腐系冲绳独有。质感唔似啫喱亦唔似豆腐,好特别喔!系滑溜溜同烟韧的口感,几过瘾。😛仙台风味厚烧牛舌牛舌烧得刚刚好, 加上粒粒黑椒粒作伴, 味道相当惹味!如果再厚身d更好更有口感!梅肉拌冲绳苦瓜平时唔钟意食苦瓜嘅我一食即爱上😍,梅肉中和苦瓜嘅苦瓜,苦瓜切得薄薄,好清爽💕 继续阅读

叫了赤身和深海池鱼,池鱼好甜好新鲜🐟!不过一定要食白肉先,如果食左个赤身先,池鱼会变得好淡,俾赤身抢晒味😋今天的赤身超级有惊喜,因为上次叫了赤身觉得没有什麽特别。今天的甜度,口感,跟上次比有优胜10倍🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤,估计是每一水入货也不同吧。加上叫了李白清酒,层次倍级提升👍🏻无敌🔝。其他都系离唔开花生豆腐,试了苦瓜渍物,海苔烧饭团🍙。有一个餐牌是专售吞拿鱼,下次要试下其他吞拿出品,相信有惊喜🤠 继续阅读

After my visit to Okinawa, I fell in love with Okinawa cuisine.  It's different from other parts of Japan...Okinawa doesn't focus on sashimi, beef or any fancy/cute dishes.  Okinawa focuses on vegetables, fruits, beer and pork.  Tried several restaurant who claimed themselves as "traditional" Okinawa cuisine but nothing appealed me or bring me back that taste till I pass by Rakuen.Looking at the menu, my eyes was sparkling. The menu dishes looks like the ones I ate in Okinawa! Stir fried Bitter Gourd with Pork $88I'm not a huge fan of bitter gourd as I don't like the bitter taste.  There's two kind of bitter gourd I like....Taiwan and Okinawa ones.  The bitter gourd is thinly cut, it is fresh and crunchy.  Undercook eggs mixed with bitter gourd and pork. Eggs is soft and smooth. I found my Okinawa taste buds again!  Okinawa Chicken Roll with Beefsteak and Plum $65There's no fat under the chicken skin. The outer is crispy while instead(meat) is tender and juicy.  The plum sauce is a perfect match with the chicken. A little sour brings away the greasy taste! Sweet Potato Tempura $68I love this dish!!!!  I tried many different kinds of purple potato in HK but the taste is different. The texture and it doesn't taste have purple potato taste. This dish is so satisfying! The potato is soft/mushy with strong purple potato taste. Okinawa Pineapple $48Okinawa is hot year round which makes it a suitable place to grow pineapples.
