Visited this Japanese resto in Tai Koo Shing with my friend for bday dinner. .We shared the following dishes:-A4 Wagyu Beef Sukiyaki with Inaniwa Udon (HKD208)The pot was filled with different kinds of ingredients, including cabbage, green onion, carrots, mushrooms, etc. The beef was served generously, with around 20 slices and a nice fat ratio. The udon was pleasantly chewy. Mixing all the ingredients into the sweet sukiyaki sauce made the dish enjoyable. -Baked Mussels with Herb Bread Crumbs (HKD58)The mussels emitted an incredible aromatic smell with the crunchy herb bread crumbs and garlic. They were quite meaty and fresh. -Beef Tongue Skewer (HKD55)This beef tongue was on the chewier side. -Wing Skewer (HKD35)The chicken wings were nicely marinated and quite succulent. Squeezing some lemon juice onto them make them more appetising..The resto is adorned with cute Japanese posters and figures. 个friend今日带左我去太古城嘅丸丸 洋食居酒屋,因为试过d菜式又有创意,又好食,所以要介绍比我⭐44小时制作厚切北海道三元豚铁板烧哗,呢个真系要赞👍!猪扒厚切到呢,但系慢煮嘅关系,入口超嫩滑,完全唔会韧!个秘制盐液真系唔简单,将猪肉嘅鲜味完全带出嚟。三款酱汁都各有特色,我个人最钟意牛肉多蜜酱,甜甜地好夹😋!⭐和风明太子薯仔沙律呢个沙律嘅造型真系好靓,打卡一流📸!薯仔沙律够绵密,明太子嘅咸香同温泉蛋嘅蛋香完美融合,加上青瓜嘅爽脆口感,成件事好有层次,正呀👍!⭐焗蟹膏蟹肉配黄金多士条蟹膏蟹肉嘅鲜甜味完全爆发🦀!捞匀咗之后放喺松脆嘅黄金多士条上面,简直系人间美味🤤!多士够晒松化,同蟹膏蟹肉嘅creamy口感好match,食到停唔到口!⭐吞拿鱼他他饭呢个饭嘅卖相真系好吸睛🤩!吞拿鱼蓉够晒新鲜,捞埋泡菜、蛋黄、葱花同飞鱼子,味道丰富,口感一流!捞埋一齐食,每一啖都充满惊喜,好味😋!最后真系要一赞,li间餐厅嘅侍应系会主动加水嫁,真系好好😍 继续阅读

首先,在食物方面,今晚点了一个温泉蛋和牛饭,牛肉饭上的牛肉和饭的分量少得可怜,以$188来说完全不值!另外,鸡皮串烧非常肥腻,烧得亦不够干身五花腩也非常肥及不够干身串烧只有鸡翼烧得比较干身,品质合乎要求然后,在服务方面,某位服务员的态度非常不友善而这个价位的餐厅来说,不应是这个服务质素而这个价位来说在太古城内有更好的选择若这间餐厅想在太古城内就稳住脚,就必须提高服务质素食物品质和食物份量,这个价钱来说是非常不能接受的 继续阅读

everything was in a rush, staff kept tidying up our table even tho we still haven’t finished the dishes. 10 times within two hours ! Have room for improvement. Food was good but services need to be improved 继续阅读

之前黎食已经觉得佢地吉列好好味,今次做完野自己食返个late lunch,叫左个午餐-吉列特色拼盘定食$168。有猪柳,免治豚,带子,蚝各1粒。 一个定食可以享受到4款唔同吉列,实在太开心。佢地酱汁配搭都好窝心,海鲜类配苹果他他酱,肉类配炸猪扒酱,2款酱汁都非常好味同非常夹。总之今日既lunch觉得非常满足,系太古区呢个价钱食到呢个质素真系无挑剔啦~系会再食既餐厅。 继续阅读
