因为妈咪话想去坐中环摩天轮嚟咗依间餐厅食。叫咗个母亲节餐废事谂。黑鱼子流心蛋。蛋有种好rich嘅感觉。流心嘅。鱼子好似无乜味。花雕乳鸽。花雕味啱啱好。唔会闻有味食落无味。又唔会好重酒味。乳鸽肉嫩。就算胸肉都好滑。吸晒啲花雕蟹肉燕窝羮。都足料。味道浓但又唔会好咸。不错。喜知次。听闻系日本贵鱼。完全无腥味。皮都煎封到香脆。不过个鱼汤略咸。萝卜好重胡椒味。好焾。鹅掌花胶扒。花胶一切就开。焾到顶点。完全唔腥。鹅掌都劲焾。好入味松露脆皮鸡。松露劲重手。味劲香。仲有啲牛油味。好夹。肉滑皮好脆。鸡胸都唔鞋呀。又唔会觉得好咸。杞子菜苗。菜咁。荷叶鲍鱼饭。饭一粒粒好乾身。有7/8只小鲍鲍。淡淡荷叶味。不错不错。蛋白杏仁茶。有杏仁味。食落又唔会好浓。麻麻哋杏仁都啱食。唔甜。另外散叫咗椒盐豆腐。腐竹卷。豆腐皮香脆。豆腐滑。味道啱啱好。唔会好咸。腐竹少少靭。馅系菇。不错。粉丝虾窝。虾爽口。似新鲜。粉丝比较油可能惊痴底。香口嘅。仲有粉丝焦。可以。总结系服务很好。分两枱。四人餐都帮我哋分一半上。环境都不错。因为坐最入。食物质素都不错。食材都中上。不过价钱就究极贵。庆祝节日食吓就ok 继续阅读

见到很多好评的这间餐厅,慕名嚟帮衬,上网即订到台,还以为咁好彩?点知,一入去坐低即觉室内环境闷热,附近冷气坏咗,比坐大排档更热,食物尚可,但价钱则不菲,一边食一边标汗,问取一杯冰过嚟都冇,叫侍应请她的经理过嚟反映一下,又久久唔见人,咁唯有草草埋单走人,走嘅时候见个经理在门口竟然系度玩手机,问佢知唔知我哋等紧佢,他竟望都唔望我哋,追问佢他才不屑地回答话要忙完手头上工作再过嚟,陈经理:莫非你唔志在我哋呢啲过门嘅生客? 继续阅读

慕名而去中华滙馆,去到坐低叫嘢食,开始发觉间餐厅唔够冷气,越食越热,叫侍应开大啲个冷气,原来在我哋身边其中1架冷气坏咗,其他已经开到16度,跟住最开头我同侍应讲想要杯冰,跟住侍应同我讲唔好意思如果要冰系需要钱嘅,咁我就同佢讲你叫经理过嚟我同佢讲,佢真系帮手去叫经理,但系等咗10分钟都未见人,我忍唔住出去直接搵佢,我见佢喺度揿电话,跟住我问佢你知唔知我就投诉喺度等紧你,佢同我讲佢做紧嘢做完嘢就会过嚟我张枱。在我立场如果佢讲紧电话客人订枱,无办法,但系如果系揿电话的话,系唔系应该顾及在场客人嘅投诉为先。佢嘅态度从来都冇觉得佢有问题,跟住我同佢讲完个投诉之後,佢只系问我需唔需要比两杯冰水我,我同佢讲现在唔需要啦因为我已经埋单走啦。在临走出门口,我同佢讲我从未试过去一间高级餐厅,有咁劣质嘅服务,当我同佢讲嘅时候佢都唔望住我,完全冇礼貌,目中无人,跟住佢嘅解释系因为佢又做紧嘢喎,可能呢位陈经理只系招呼熟客,我哋啲散客就唔需要招呼,我奉劝这间高级餐厅嘅老板,如果想生意好唔该换左呢个陈经理,除非佢系股东,如果佢真系股东都叫佢唔好出铺面啦,完全系赶客,顺带一提佢而家做紧七五折,有咩用,唔使钱都唔会再嚟。我哋一行四人食咗八百几蚊,当然系唔饱啦,最後我哋去咗湾仔bakehouse 食下午茶,人哋嘅服务态度,就真系一流啦 继续阅读

计划星期日行山後找个舒适啲地方午饭,由接待开始已经强差人意,另外菜谱内没有供应的款式不作标志,令客人感觉想吃咩冇咩很失望,最後柯打咗二点心,三餸菜,只有其中的醉鸽系可以,最後埋单也是三摧四请没有顺完成……期望改变。(有时轻松订到位,未必系好事) 继续阅读

I like coming here for the sea cucumber and desserts.Sea cucumber with the crispy skin is done exactly the same as Howard’s Gourmet, and my friend said the chef used to work there. It was piping hot, soaking in chicken broth. This time the skin was a bit burnt, but still yummy.Another must-try dish was the话梅猪手: sweet and sour balance was just perfect. Everybody loved the spicy and sour soup with noodles. Since I don’t take spicy, I can’t say how good it is.For carbs, I ordered some mushroom buns for myself. Normally ppl eat these during their dim lunch. Tasted as interesting as they looked- with aroma of Chinese mushrooms and truffles in the bun texture.Everybody loved the 焗蟹盖 as well. (Since I’m not a fan of crab, I think 焗蟹盖 tastes the same everywhere.)We also ordered a variety of appetizers : char siu- pork was from Kagoshima 鹿儿岛. Meat was juicy, firm but not chewy. 半肥 with crispy sides 😋Roasted sliced potato with sesame九肚鱼Stuffed tomatoOther dishes we tried were the海南鸡- meat was fresh and tenderStewed wagyu shoulder with spring onions Vegetables with bean curd sheet.
