香港人几时开始爱上食川菜,系呢条食街又多咗间,我地都忍唔住将今晚晚餐交比佢。望望餐牌有咩想食,扫二维码落单,简单方便天气咁热,叫款凉菜开下胃口。呢碟口水鸡 ($68),份量何其多,有青瓜粒垫底,倍感清爽度。惹味酱汁辣度系轻量级,鸡肉嫩滑之余亦食到酱汁味,令人开胃口预备迎接主菜。饮品方面,除咗有啤酒,仲有多款特色冻饮。我地就叫咗百香果梳打 ($28)及咸柠檬可乐 ($28),两款都系有气饮品,一啜爽爆。见到有麻辣香锅,选择四款以上配菜,可选辣度,叫咗小辣试下先。呢锅有牛肉 ($40),黑毛肚 ($40),四季豆 ($22),莴荀片 ($22)及花菜 ($22),炒好后再加上芫茜,芝麻及黄金豆,未食已闻到香味。小辣完全接受到,仲食到孜然粉,独有香味引起食欲,整锅味道都好好用黎送饭。压轴出场有不二酸菜鱼 ($168),食川菜好多时都会叫嘅,酸酸地又有汤好易入口。呢度嘅酸菜鱼材料比较简单,除咗主角鱼片外,有大量酸菜,亦有莴荀片。鱼片口感滑溜,完全无细骨; 酸菜与莴荀片口感清爽; 汤底酸度适中,虽然见到有红辣椒,但唔辣,用黎捞饭食都几好味。惊喜位除咗呢度嘅食物份量超对眼外,白饭系免费架,对于钟意食饭嘅我,内心系暗喜嘅。今餐有鱼有鸡又有牛肉,白饭满满,超饱又满足,想食糍粑做甜品,唯有下次。

呢日同朋友跳完舞经过见到新开就入去试下叫左两个主菜,一个凉菜,两杯野饮不二酸菜鱼小辣走葱$168系鲈鱼嚟,一上枱真系o左劲大盆……鲈鱼片大大块份量劲多,鲜甜厚实,仲有莴荀,菇,酸菜汤底唔错,酸辣适中,我同朋友觉得下次可以叫中辣唔会太油,饮落唔算重口味,唔口渴我地要左一个饭两份~韭香炒蛋$78🙈又系好大碟吓左一跳,非常香蛋味,韭黄嫰口,送饭一流蒜泥拍青瓜$48拣番个瓜均衡饮食,你无睇错……比出面既份量大左两倍男士都够饱,青瓜爽脆,十分入味~百香果梳打$28百香果味浓郁,清爽气泡,解渴一流,份量都几大杯桂花茉莉冰茶(无糖)$28一杯比一杯大🙈朋友o左,闻落有桂花香,饮落茉莉花味较突出,无糖啱晒注重健康既你~店员亲切有礼,环境够光猛,座位宽敞,食物份量偏大,细食人士一个主食已经好够😆😆下次跳完舞会再嚟试埋其他

不二江湖菜今次要介绍一间喺铜锣湾嘅一间四川菜餐厅叫「不二江湖菜」,呢间餐厅入面空间都算大,不过餐厅门口有一级,佢哋系有提供斜板服务,但系我钟意我块细斜板,因为登龙街嘅行人路比较窄,放完斜板落门口出面已经无咗三分二条路,其实都几危险下,随时会碌出去马路,我为咗食好西都几搏下,哈哈!呢间四川菜餐厅真系要赞一赞个饭,除咗米饭香,口感似日本米之外,仲有就系任添饭,只要唔够饭就可以叫店员再加饭,午市套餐仲好抵食,价钱都系$48起,我今次就散叫三个推介𩠌,如果唔叫野饮嘅话,餐厅都会提供柠檬水比大家饮!1.不二酸菜鱼$168(10/10)呢兜大嘅不二酸菜鱼份量超多,鱼片唔会切得太薄,味道鲜嫩,鱼片大约有25片,酸辣度叫咗小辣,酸辣味道啱啱好,食完之后又唔会口干,超级掂!2.渝味鲜椒牛肉$138(9.5/10)呢个鲜椒牛肉份量都多,今次辣度拣咗大辣,牛肉唔会硬,炒得几淋,牛肉片大约有15片,大辣如果唔连埋辣椒一齐食嘅话,其实唔算好辣,好好味!3.口水鸡$68(9.5/10)呢碟口水鸡份量都超多,我估计大约有半只鸡,鸡肉肉质嫩滑唔实,至于辣度自己估似中辣,好味!4.鸭屎香柠檬茶$32(10/10)入面有大约3片柠檬,呢杯鸭屎香柠檬茶茶味同柠檬嘅比例啱啱好,好饮!5.咸金橘蜜$28(9.5/10)呢杯咸金橘蜜酸酸甜甜,几解辣下!2人总共价钱$477.4,其他有加一服务费个人口味总评分:9.7/10 地址:铜锣湾登龙街31-35号玉山大厦地下2号舖

今日咁啱去登龙街揾嘢食,见到呢间川菜好多人,咁就打算试吓啦,好好彩等咗一阵就入得啦。首先我哋叫咗个酸菜鱼,份量好大,而且酸酸岚岚咁好开胃,呢度嘅白饭竟然仲系任装,叫个酸菜鱼再食两碗饭真系好抵。另外我哋仲叫咗麻辣香锅,拣咗鸡翼,牛肉,油麦菜,午餐肉,五花肉。我就认为最值得欣赏嘅系五花肉,因为切得比较薄,非常入到辣椒味,而且肥瘦适中,好适合送饭。呢个口水鸡都好值得一赞,虽然我哋叫咗大辣,但系又唔会太辣,而且鸡肉非常嫩滑,作为一个凉菜好入味好开胃。因为朋友比较怕辣,所以佢就叫咗两杯饮品。我试咗一啖,认为呢个桂花茉莉冰茶好出色,桂花茉莉味都好浓,而且无糖,完全唔惊怕肥。

Visited this Sichuan resto in Causeway Bay with my friend for lunch. .We shared a Dried Hot Pot, where we selected five ingredients, namely Pork Throat Cartilage, Chicken Gizzard, Pork Belly, Asparagus Lettuce and Wide Stretch Vermicelli. With medium spiciness, the ingredients absorbed the spices nicely, making them mouthwatering. The cartilage had a slightly crunchy texture, and the gizzard was pleasantly chewy. The portions of the gizzard and pork belly were a bit small though, making them less fulfilling. The lettuce was fresh and sweet, while the vermicelli was a bit soft. .The resto offers economical lunch and dinner sets, and it seems they are more famous for their Boiled Fish with Pickled Cabbages. May revisit to try that.
