新一年食团年饭,老板选址上海总会。原来最近新装修咗,啲房都靓晒!仲有得唱K食物全部都有惊喜!订房嘅时候要最低消费$5000,同埋叫咗餐厅写菜火朣鸡炖大排翅 :$5699 窝13人食冷盘有:烤麸、葱油海蜇皮、酱萝卜、风鸡、羊羔甜豆虾仁:虾仁够嫩滑红烧八宝鸭:八宝鸭入面有糯米莲子,瓜子仁,提子干等,混合一齐食好好食!烟熏䲝鱼:外脆内软,整得非常之好食!仲有唔少得梗系仲有小笼包!最后仲有八宝饭做甜品,成餐饭食到好饱,真系回味无穷 继续阅读

(只招待会员喔)真心推介以下几道菜:🐟 龙须桂鱼: 手工菜嘅典范!桂鱼起肉切成幼丝,炒得香喷喷!啖啖肉!鲜味十足!🐷 肴肉: 质地实净,冰冰凉凉,完全唔觉得肥腻!调味恰到好处,咸香带浓郁肉香!系一道出色嘅前菜!🍳 熏蛋: 必点!溏心蛋黄加上浓郁烟熏味,真系Perfect Match!🍤 龙井虾仁: 虾仁弹牙又软嫩,味道清 fresh,带住淡淡茶香!喺一众浓味菜式中,好似一股清泉咁,令人耳目一新!🐔 烟熏软鸡: 烟熏味香浓,肉质嫩滑!连鸡胸都唔会柴!如果可以保持热度就更加完美喇!🌿 舟山海蜇香笋: 麻油香气扑鼻!海蜇爽脆弹牙!真系名副其实嘅海蜇头!总括嚟讲,上海总会嘅菜式充满传统上海风味,值得一试!😋 继续阅读

2024 has seen various changes to the club- with the addition of a western cafe/bar section (which I am not interested to try out) and a complete makeover of the traditional Shanghainese restaurant.Restaurant reopened in the first week of December and Member was eager to take us before the crab season closed.Dinner. Seated in one of the 7 private rooms on the revamped 3rd floor.Here’s what we had.Appetizers:抢虎尾- soft and flavorful; didn’t feel like I was eating eel at all. 鱼子熏蛋- beautiful pairing of rich, smoky egg and the briny caviar素鹅大闸蟹(六両公蟹)- not for me but I contributed the lovely Henri Giraud Solera to go with it.翡翠鸳鸯虾- succulent prawns were cooked to perfection, showcasing their fresh tenderness. The surrounding green balls were deep fried balls of prawns mixed with spinach which apparently was an off-menu item.火瞳鸡炖大排翅- highlight of my night. Everyone was fighting to takeaway the ham.蟹粉粉皮+ 金衣锅把 (ie 锅把 coated with salted egg)葱烧海参火丁甜豆- all time favorite. Peas were more substantial and sweeter than the ones I recently had at 苏浙.蟹粉豆苗,冬笋豆苗素蒸饺- another must-try; delicate skin filled with flavorful vegetable mixture steamed to perfection.煎南瓜饼- crispy exterior with soft pumpkin filling; a perfect end to a memorable dining experience.In summary: a delightful array of dishes that beautifully captured the essence of Shanghainese cuisine; with warm and attentive service. 上海总会是城中政界商界名流的饭堂,具有46年历史了。一出电梯就被门口的第二十三届理监事会综合名录,吸引了,全是大人物啊!就连香港3届特首都全在策,顿时肃然起敬!菜品订价有点奇怪,一碗普普通通的油豆腐粉丝汤,卖到138港币,贵到离谱!但是,醉鸡138港币,竟然同油豆腐粉丝汤一样价格,纳闷?!海苔花生家乡的味道,只可惜海苔太少了!雪菜豆瓣酥份量太大,可以当主食了!但是冰箱温度太低,雪菜豆板酥太冻了,很影响口感。醉鸡又是同样问题,冰到牙痛。不过鸡肉很滑,鸡皮也脆嫩。龙井虾仁第一次见到龙井虾仁里面的龙井,有那么多,好夸张!清汤翅鱼翅分量很足,一根根也很粗,就是汤底太清汤寡水了。三龙须桂花鱼又是一个份量太足的菜,就点了半份,都把我们吃撑了。桂花酒酿丸子甜度适中,糯米小丸子,糯几糯几,非常好吃,满满的桂花香! 继续阅读

熏蛋 🍳 指定动作啦,蛋黄够流心,仲有好香既烟熏味舟山海蜇头🪼 佢哋会问你想要食爽啲定系冧啲,我哋要左爽身,又真系索索声劲清新~五香鸭舌 呢度菜十分惊喜,鸭舌口感软滑恍如无筋,浓香既五香调味够开胃亦唔会过火位~醉羔蟹 🦀上海派酱油蟹,整道菜都好浓郁,蟹膏绵密饱满,鲜甜既蟹肉完全融合酒香complex 得嚟又和谐唔会互相抢味~❤️ 想大声高歌一曲你把我灌醉~富贵鸡清炖狮子头, 呢个大推荐,望上去清汤寡水咁,但汤底鲜美唔肥腻🦁 狮子头口感松化软熟,煮完汤都完全唔柴~龙井虾仁 🍤 虾仁弹牙而软嫩,味清带茶既甘香,食完个人都风雅啲,喺一众重口味菜式中完美点缀,丝毫都唔逊色龙须桂鱼 🐟 一道传统手工菜,首先将桂鱼起肉切成幼丝,再落镬炒香,啖啖肉鲜香十足~红烧元蹄 🐽 肉质松化幼嫩,当然最紧要系食个皮,做到唔油腻而口感超级软绵够晒滑,难以抗拒既美味~收尾嚟番个甜品高力豆沙... 今晚全部都系大菜,好很饱~🐽🐽注:行会员制,需要会员签单付款 继续阅读
