招牌菜
每次经过哩间上海菜馆都会比佢出面上海包点嘅图吸引住,今日夜晚经过终于再忍唔住行咗入去,但系可惜,d包点原来一早卖晒…我想食生煎包呀!!!不过算啦,下次再嚟啦。我哋叫咗两个冷盘,粉皮海蜇同肴肉,另外再叫多咗个炒饭。粉皮海蜇,夹杂住青瓜,两个字,好味!!!配埋花生酱,又爽又滑,胃口大开!!!肴肉相比起粉皮海蜇就冇咁好味啦,因为个肴肉好湿,唔知系咪解冻得唔好,总系觉得有d奇奇怪怪,心理上接受唔倒咁。最后就系个炒饭,个炒饭都无甚特别,唔够干身味道亦唔十分突出。

价钱实惠,传统口味。非常老式的上海食店,小笼饱,醉鸡,鸡丝粉皮,银丝卷,膳糊味道不错。砂窝云吞鸡虽然味道不够浓,吃完也不口渴证明了没有味精。蒜泥白肉嫌不够蒜味,荳沙锅饼油腻了点。服务员是叔叔婶婶,不会太殷勤,但尚算可以啦。噢,注意此店只收现金啊!

Shanghai cusine is one of my favorites.Today I went to a local old style Shanghai restautant for lunch.I ordered a set lunch with turnip and fried fish cakes.A bowl of soy beans pork bones soup was served.The beans were fine as well as the soup.The turnips were soft but tasteless and the fish cakes were well cooked.My side order was steam silk thread roll which diappointed me.The bun was soft but silk threads were not well kneaded.Lastly I tried the panfried dumplings.The partry was thick and overcooked that made the bottom part too hard.The fillings were tasty. Well, the quality of food were not good but the quantity was enough with good price.I won't go back again unless I see any good comments later.

从未食过这样难食的熏鱼,从雪柜拿出来的炸鱼块上面铺了杰挞挞的汁,这样难吃就不要卖,最好笑我问伙计这样难吃为甚么要卖,他面有难色,再问有甚么凉菜好吃,他都抓头才勉强说醉鸡之类。上海凉菜是不热但不是冰冻,希望店家明白。

本人日前到此饭店用膳,分别点了炒膳糊,小笼包,肴肉。肴肉尚可,跟坊间食店味道差不多。但膳糊味道真的不敢恭维。膳肉味道苦不堪言,曾向店员反映,店员开头态度还可,似想了解问题所在,但本人反映食物本身质素后,只回应一句“可能个肚较苦”,而没有再作任何解释… 另小笼包皮厚而没有肉汁,跟叮叮点心味道不惶多让。这是第一次,亦是本人最后一次光顾这家饭店。
