推介指数 Recommendation Level : 🔥🔥🔥这间餐厅提供两种风格截然不同的菜式，其中一种是日式与西式混合的意粉，还有其他较为西式风格的和食。而另一种即是较为向往的日式火锅，餐厅于年前刚开业的时候，曾经成为市场上的热话，而且吸引不少人排队光顾，但现时热潮已经减却。所讲吸引顾客的，正视小熊造型的日式火锅，配上了新鲜的肉类及蔬菜，绝对适合喜欢拍照的食客。This restaurant offers two distinctly different culinary styles. One features a fusion of Japanese and Western-style pasta, alongside other more Western-inspired Japanese dishes. The other option is the more sought-after Japanese hot pot, which garnered significant attention when the restaurant first opened a year ago, drawing large crowds. However, the initial excitement has since diminished. The hot pot, shaped like a bear and accompanied by fresh meat and vegetables, is undoubtedly appealing to photo enthusiasts.寿喜烧汤底Sukiyaki soup韩国辣泡菜汤底Korean Spicy Soup餐厅提供多款不同味道的汤底供客人选择，四次选择了寿喜烧汤底及韩国辣泡菜汤底，两款都各有特色。上枱的时候小熊就坐在汤底的中间，样子十分趣致，本来以为小熊是由冰冻的汤所制造，但原来小熊是啫哩状的高汤，会随著温度慢慢融化，令汤底变得更加浓稠。寿喜烧汤底非常清甜，配搭肉类增加了不少鲜味。另一边相辣汤底已酸辣为主调，而且辣味不算太重，给人开胃的感觉。The restaurant provides a variety of soup bases for customers to choose from. On four different occasions, I selected the Sukiyaki broth and the Korean Spicy Kimchi broth, both of which are unique in their own right. When served, the bear sits charmingly in the center of the broth, making for a delightful presentation. Initially, I assumed the bear was made from frozen broth, but it is actually a gelatinous stock that gradually melts with heat, thickening the broth further. The Sukiyaki broth is notably sweet, enhancing the umami flavor of the meats. In contrast, the spicy broth features a tangy and spicy profile that isn't overwhelmingly hot, providing an appetizing kick.特选杂锦盛合 ($238)Special Menkoi Set美国安格斯牛小排 ($178)US Angus Short Ribs配料方面可以按不同的价钱或个人的喜好选择，杂锦盛合顾名思义将所有不同特色的肉类混杂一起，包括牛肉、猪肉及鸡肉，还有肉丸，最适合喜欢不同口味的人士。安格斯牛小排非常新鲜，而且肥瘦适中，厚度也不会太薄，所以牛味也十分浓郁Customers can choose ingredients based on varying prices or personal preferences. The assorted platter, as its name suggests, combines various specialty meats, including beef, pork, and chicken, along with meatballs—ideal for those who enjoy diverse flavors. The Angus beef short rib is exceptionally fresh, with a balanced fat-to-meat ratio and a thickness that contributes to its robust flavor.乌冬及蔬菜盒Udon & Vegetable Box每个套餐都备有蔬菜篮及乌冬，蔬菜非常新鲜而且款式十分多，配搭每样汤底都非常适合，乌冬味道可以接受，不过不算非常爽口弹牙Each set meal comes with a vegetable basket and udon noodles. The vegetables are very fresh and diverse, complementing each soup base well. 星期日一行6人中午12点几入去, 明明舖头无乜客大把位, 四眼男侍应话6个人无位。 因为2个小朋友好想食, 我地照入去坐但分1张4人枱1张2人枱。点餐要求最少要点3个火锅, 再问都系咁讲, 话叫唔到只好坐餐厅出面food court。 侍应态度好差, 唔想一肚气食饭, 只好起身走。

圣诞节跟囡囡去了吃🧸熊bear bear火锅做圣诞大餐，话家餐厅是来自北海道，我们进去时，还是日本人招待，囡囡看到🧸熊bear bear火火锅超级开心，我们选了泡菜汤底及寿喜烧汤底，那只🧸熊bear bear就是汤底来了，而我们点了海鲜餐及鸡肉餐，每个餐还附送蔬菜盘，除了火锅外，还有熊bear bear甜品，我们点了把飞球芭菲及刨冰，样子真的很可爱，影了很多相片！餐厅还很贴心有🧸熊bear bear 包装湿纸巾及围裙，而且每消费$100就系一个金币可以夹公仔，小朋友还会额外附送两个金币！有得玩有得食过了一个很快乐的圣诞节！🎄🌟

太古收工揾野食，经过几个餐厅路过类似全日式的美食广场，见到人哋食紧打卡一流出镜的小熊温泉火锅。 可惜就系地址比较偏僻，本身经过才发现。 环境：在太古城2楼类似美食日式广场店里面，位置比较隐蔽。 服务：唔收加一服务费。 楼面男同事热情介绍，有西餐或者火锅，不过入座的都是选择火锅，因为食物打卡一流。满足少女心。 口味：我哋选择牛小排，新鲜够嫩。 除了主菜的牛肉，还有其他菜品选择， 最吸引的应该是刨冰。都是小熊坐在刨冰里面，认真可爱。抹茶味推荐。
