• Providing support and guidance to the new franchise partners on a consistent basis
• Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
• Increasing the value of current franchisee while attracting new ones.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Oversee the pre-opening activities and operations
• Other ad-hoc duties
• Higher Diploma or above
• Minimum 3 years solid experience in tea house industry, with experience in the pre-opening activities and operations
• Knowledge in tea house operational work flow, cost control
• Willing to work in different locations and on shift duty
• Proven interpersonal skills
• Effective problem-solving and analytical skills, with good numerical sense
• Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese (including Putonghua)
