Property Management CEO

职责：-

Responsibilities:

• 助上级制定各项计划及业务拓展;

      Assist to prepare the proposal for new business opportunity; 

• 带领及监察团队工作

      Lead and supervise a team;

• 管理物业整体运作；

     Manage overall property operations;

• 制定及管控物业预算；

     Responsible for budget planning and cost control;

• 管控各类工程、以提供优质服务;

     Monitor contractors for providing quality services;

• 与业户及客户保持良好关系；

     Maintain good relationship with clients and tenants;

• 处理及解决各类紧急事项。

     Handle emergency incidents or enquiries and provide effective solutions.

要求：-

Requirements:

• 具有香港物业管理或相关学士学位或以上学历；

     Bachelor Degree or above in property management or related discipline; 

• 熟悉香港物业管理条例；

     Well versed with Building and Property Management Ordinance in Hong Kong;  

• 具有最少15年物业管理工作经验及最少5年管理级经验；

      Minimum 15 years’ relevant experience in property management with at least 5 years at supervisory level;

• 工作独立、有上进心、责任心及能承受工作压力；

     Independent, self-motivated, responsible and can work under pressure;

• 良好沟通、解决问题能力、细心及具强内控意识；

     Good communication skill, problem solving skill, detail minded and strong sense of internal control;

• 流利英语、粤语和普通话及良好中英文写作。

      Proficiency in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua;

• 物业管理人一级牌照者。

      With Property Management Practitioner (Tier1) License.

项目经理

Project Manager 

职责：

Job Descriptions:

• 向公司董事会汇报及负责香港项目开发；

     Report to board of director of the company and in charge of the project development in Hong Kong;

• 负责各类开发项目的收购、规划、执行和管理；

      Responsible for acquisition, planning and executing various types of the development projects;

• 监控项目进度、确保项目在预算范围内按时完成，并符合质量和安全标准；

     Monitor project progress to ensure completion on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards;

• 具有于香港翻新及改造旧楼经验；

     Experience in the acquisition and refurbishment of old buildings in Hong Kong;

• 拥有扎实业权谈判经验；

     Solid experience in property rights negotiation;

• 进行可行性研究、技术尽职调查研究及按需要履行临时职责。

      Conduct feasibility studies, technical due diligence studies and ad-hoc projects when required.

要求：

Requirements:

• 具有建筑研究或其他相关学科学位；

     Degree in Architectural studies or other relevant disciplines;

• 具有不少于10年相关工作经验；

     Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience;

• 拥有处理香港住宅项目的经验；

     Experiences in handling residential projects in Hong Kong;

• 良好流利英语、粤语和普通话及中英文写作。

     Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua; 

• 优秀的项目管理、沟通和人际交往能力。

      Excellent project management, communication and interpersonal skills.
