Receptionist / Administration Assistant (5 Working Days)

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests
  • Answer telephone calls and take messages or forward calls
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and maintain event calendars
  • Handle daily incoming and outgoing mail and arrange courier services
  • Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
  • Provide general clerical and administrative support to Administration Department
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management

Requirements:

  • Form 5 graduate or above
  • 1-2 years relevant working experience
  • Good telephone manner and communication skills
  • Proficiency in PC skills and Chinese word processing
  • Mature, multitasking, self-motivated and hardworking
  • Immediate available is preferred
