Part Time Customer Service Assistant

OpenRice is seeking an energetic and passionate individual to join a dynamic and collaborative environment as part of marketing team.
You will be responsible for:
- Handle the customer's enquires, e.g. track and trace the orders, status and coordinate with internal parties
- Provide accurate and efficient responses via email, WhatsApp message and phone calls
- Ensure all documents are handled within the timelines
You should possess:
- Diploma or above
- 1-2 years working experience in customer relations
- Strong communication skill and good telephone manners
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Detail-minded, proactive and willing to learn
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing
- Immediately available preferred
