【OpenRice 旅遊 • 訂座】 條款及細則

參加活動前，所有參加者必需細閱及遵守以下條款及使用守則（可由本公司不時修訂）。閣下的參與將代表閣下已閱讀及同意各項條款及細則。

  1. 參加者必須為OpenRice會員，並須持有有效已登記流動電話號碼或電郵之OpenRice帳戶。每個電話號碼/電郵只能登記成為OpenRice會員一次。（如未成為會員，請按此登記。）
  2. 參加者必須為年滿 18 歲並持有香港身分證之香港居民。
  3. 參加者所提供的資料將不可更改，所有資料均以登記之紀錄為準，錯誤、不完整或重新輸入資料將被視作無效，參加資格將被作廢而不作另行通知。
  4. 如對海外訂座或海外預付套餐有任何更改（包括但不限於時間、日期或用餐內容等），則未必可獲額外獎賞，一切以電腦系統為準。
  5. 所有海外餐廳（日本、泰國、新加坡、台灣及澳門）的推廣優惠及營業時間，如有變更，恕不另行通知。請於惠顧前先向有關海外餐廳（日本、泰國、新加坡、台灣及澳門）查詢。
  6. 「有效海外訂座」是指經OpenRice網上訂座預約海外餐廳（日本、泰國、新加坡、台灣及澳門），並於推廣期內按時出席，而會員帳戶的相關頁面狀態為「已出席」。出席狀態以商戶所輸入的記錄為準，如有任何爭議，請於出席後48小時內經系統提出覆核。
  7. 任何相同餐廳之訂座，不論出席次數之多寡，均只會按一次「有效海外訂座」計算。
  8. 「實付金額」即交易的消費淨額，是指一筆交易於扣除所有折扣、優惠碼、現金券、OpenRice積分價值、及以任何型式扣除部分消費金額後所繳付的款額。所有未誌賬/取消/退款/僞造/未經許可/本公司不認可之付款均不屬於「實付金額」。
  9. 參加者需保留有關食店所發出之正式收據或信用卡簽賬收據之正本至出席該海外訂座的月份之隨後的 2 個月，以作為出席訂座之憑證。OpenRice 有權抽樣檢查及核實「有效海外訂座」的資格。如未能提供有關證明，OpenRice有權取消參加者的獲獎資格。
  10. 參加者的聯絡資料均以電腦系統中會員於參加本活動時所輸入的資料為準。若會員輸入錯誤、不完整、未更新、虛假的資料，其參加資格將被作廢。本公司將不作另行通知。
  11. 參加者參加本活動時，將視為同意 OpenRice 將其個人資料 （包括但不限於參加者姓名、電話號碼、及/或電郵地址） 轉移給相關公司作獎賞兌換及核實身份之用。
  12. 所有獎品不可轉讓他人、退換、或兌換現金。
  13. 任何因電腦、網路等技術問題或不可抗力情況而引致參加者所遞交的資料有遲延、遺失、錯誤、無法辨識等情況，OpenRice 概不負責。
  14. 如參加者以任何不正當方法、空號、假帳戶、任何方式入侵及／或以修改電腦程式的方式參加本活動，或沒有實質出席海外訂座，本公司有權取消參加者的資格，而毋須事先通知及給予解釋。本公司的判斷及決定為最終裁決，並對有關人士保留追討及法律追訴權，參加者須承擔一切相關責任及後果。
  15. 參加者如於進行相關交易後取消交易，該次相關交易將被剔出參與本活動。本公司毋須事先通知及給予解釋，並有權向參加者追討相關已送出之獎賞及優惠(如有)或等值現金。
  16. 參加者如在得獎後取消交易，其將被視為放棄相應之獎賞。OpenRice將撤回及扣除相對應之獎賞及會員積分，或要求參加者以繳付等值現金方式退還相對應之獎賞及會員積分。
  17. 任何人士在本活動中如有任何舞弊或欺詐成分（由 OpenRice 全權酌情決定），OpenRice 保留權利直接從有關人士在任何合資格戶口扣除任何不適當地獲得之優惠的價值，而不作事先通知，並可採取法律行動以追討有關損失及金額。
  18. OpenRice之員工不得參加是次活動，以示公允。
  19. 如有任何爭議，OpenRice保留最終決定權。


海外訂座基本獎賞 （全年適用）
  1. 日本、泰國 - 基本海外訂座獎賞計劃
    凡經 OpenRice 網上訂座海外餐廳（日本、泰國）並按時出席，每個海外訂座可獲贈OpenRice 10積分（等值$1 Rice Dollars）。
  2. 台灣、澳門、新加坡 - 基本海外訂座獎賞計劃
    凡經 OpenRice 網上訂座海外餐廳（台灣、澳門、新加坡）並按時出席，每訂1位可獲贈OpenRice 10積分（等值$1 Rice Dollars），每次訂座最高可賺取$8 Rice Dollars。

【OpenRice 旅遊 • 訂座 - 限時獎賞】 條款及細則

海外訂座額外獎賞：海外訂座活動碼【TRAVEL】

本活動推廣期為 2025 年 1 月 1 日起至 2025 年 6 月 30 日（以系統時間為準）。本活動只適用於OpenRice海外訂座服務（日本、泰國、新加坡、台灣及澳門）。

  1. 於同一月份內出席2次海外訂座，並在訂座時輸入訂座活動碼【TRAVEL】的「有效海外訂座」，可獲OpenRice 200積分=$20 Rice Dollars。名額以每月結算，由當月的第1天（00:00）至當月的最後1天（23:59）計算。以系統時間為準。（名額有限，先到先得）
  2. 每名參加者於每月限獲贈「海外訂座額外獎賞」1次，即OpenRice 200積分=$20 Rice Dollars。
  3. 海外訂座額外獎賞的名額以海外訂座出席日期及時間先後次序計算。
  4. 如參加者有任何海外訂座缺席記錄，該月份的活動資格將被取消而不作另行通知，而「有效海外訂座」會於下個月的首日重新開始計算。如閣下對訂座狀態有異議，請於出席後48小時內提出覆核，否則將視為同意餐廳之決定。
  5. 獎賞將於每月活動期結束後十星期內自動存入合資格的 OpenRice 會員帳戶內，而不另行通知。

於推廣期內每逢星期一至星期日，每個OpenRice會員賬戶購買泰國訂座預付套餐，實付金額滿$400或以上，輸入優惠碼【TH30】，即可於結賬時享有自動扣減港幣$30優惠。每推廣週的推廣優惠名額共50個，每推廣週只可享優惠一次，先到先得，額滿即止。


爭議

  1. 本活動及其條款及細則受有關法例監管。本條款及細則須按香港法例解釋及詮釋。
  2. 如有任何爭議，本公司保留最終決定權。

【OpenRice Travel • Booking】 Terms and Conditions

By taking part in the campaign, you confirm that you have read and understood, and agreed with the following terms and conditions (OpenRice reserves the right to amend or cancel any of the terms and conditions without prior notice).

  1. Membership of OpenRice is mandatory to qualify for this campaign (If the participant is not an OpenRice member, he/she can enroll for free at here.）
  2. All participants must be aged 18 or above and hold a valid Hong Kong Identity Card.
  3. The information provided by the participants cannot be changed and all information will be based on the registered records. Inaccurate, incomplete or re-entered information will be considered invalid and the participant will be disqualified without prior notice.
  4. If there are any changes to the reservation (such as time, date, meal content), you may not be eligible for extra points / miles, all subject to the computer system.
  5. Reservation is subject to the seat availability of individual overseas restaurants (Japan, Thailand, Singapore, Taiwan and Macau). Promotional offers and business hours of all overseas restaurants are subject to change without notice. Please check with the overseas restaurants before attending.
  6. "Valid Overseas Bookings" refers to making online reservation of overseas restaurants (Japan, Thailand, Singapore, Taiwan and Macau) through OpenRice, you must attend on time during the campaign period, with status as “attended” on your OpenRice account. The attendance status is based on the records entered by the merchant. In the case of disputes, please submit a review through the system within 48 hours after attendance.
  7. Any reservations at the same restaurant, regardless of the number of times attended, will only be counted once as a “Valid Overseas Bookings".
  8. The "net transaction amount", which is the actual amount paid after deducting all discounts, promo codes, vouchers, the value of OpenRice points, and any portion of the spending amount deducted in any form. Any unrecorded, canceled, refunded, fraudulent, unauthorized, or unrecognized payments by OpenRice do not constitute the “net transaction amount”.
  9. Please keep the original of the official receipt or credit card transaction receipt issued by the relevant restaurant for 2 months following the participating month as a proof of attendance for the reservation. OpenRice will conduct sampling checks to verify the "valid reservation" eligibility. If participant fails to provide relevant certificates, OpenRice reserves the right to cancel its qualifications. In case of any dispute, OpenRice reserves the right of final decision.
  10. The contact information of participants will be based on the details entered by the member in OpenRice system when participating in this campaign. If a member provides incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or false information, their eligibility will be invalidated without further notice.
  11. By participating in this campaign, participants will be deemed to have consented to the transfer of personal information (including but not limited to participant's name, phone number, and/or email address) from OpenRice to the relevant company for prize redemption and identity verification purposes.
  12. Prizes/ Rewards are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
  13. The Company will not be responsible or liable for any total or partial data transmission failure or delay, distortion, error or omission, and the loss thereby incurred.
  14. If a participant is found to have used a fake account or any form of intrusion and/or modification of computer programs to participate in the campaign, or did not have actual attendance at the overseas reservation, OpenRice reserves the right to cancel the participant's eligibility without prior notice and explanation, and the right of legal recourse against the participant, and the participant shall bear all related responsibilities and consequences.
  15. If a participant cancels a transaction after completing the relevant transaction, that transaction will be excluded from participation in this campaign. OpenRice is not required to provide prior notice or explanation and reserves the right to reclaim any rewards or discounts already issued (if applicable) or their equivalent in cash from the participant.
  16. If a participant cancels a transaction after winning a prize, it will be deemed as a forfeiture of the corresponding reward. OpenRice will withdraw and deduct the respective rewards and membership points or request the participant to return the corresponding rewards and membership points in the form of equivalent cash.
  17. Any fraud and/or abuse of the offer by any person (as determined by the OpenRice at their sole discretion) will result in forfeiture of the person’s eligibility to the offer. Openrice Limited reserves the right to deduct the value of any improperly obtained offers directly from the relevant person in any eligible account without prior notice, and / or take legal action to recover the amount.
  18. Employees of OpenRice will not be eligible to participate in this campaign .
  19. In case of any disputes, the decision of OpenRice shall be final.


Overseas Bookings Basic Rewards (Year-Round)
  1. Japan, Thailand - Booking Rewards Program
    Member can earn 10 OpenRice Points (Rice $1) for every attended overseas booking (Japan, Thailand) through OpenRice online booking system.
  2. Taiwan, Macau, Singapore - Booking Rewards Program
    Member can earn 10 OpenRice Points (Rice $1) for every seat of attended overseas booking (Taiwan, Macau, Singapore) through OpenRice online booking system, maximum Rice $8 could be earned in 1 booking.

【OpenRice Travel • Booking – Time-limited Rewards】Terms and Conditions

Extra rewards of Overseas Booking: Overseas Booking Campaign Code【TRAVEL】

The Promotion Period of the offer runs from 01-01-2025 to 30-06-2025, time refers to Hong Kong time, system time will prevail. This offer is only applicable to OpenRice Overseas Online Booking service (Japan, Thailand, Singapore, Taiwan and Macau).

  1. During the promotional period, member can enter the booking campaign code 【TRAVEL】 when booking overseas restaurants to earn Rice$20 for 2 attended overseas bookings in the same month. Quota is calculated by month, from the first day of the month (00:00) to the last day of the month (23:59). System time will prevail. (Limited availability, first come, first served.)
  2. Each member can only win the offer once a month, 200 OpenRice Points (Rice $20).
  3. Quota is determined based on the order of attendance date and time of the overseas reservations.
  4. If a participant has “no show” record of overseas bookings, the eligibility to participate in the campaign will be cancelled in that month. If you have any disputes regarding your reservation status, please submit a review within 48 hours after attendance; otherwise, it will be deemed as acceptance of the restaurant's decision.
  5. Rewards will be processed and credited to the OpenRice member accounts of eligible participants within 10 weeks after the promotion period. (If there are a large number of participants, the rewards may be delayed without further notice.)

Controversy

  1. This campaign and its Terms and Conditions are governed by the relevant laws. These terms and conditions shall be constructed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.
  2. In case of any disputes, the decision of OpenRice shall be final.

  2. If there is any inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
