<Terms and Conditions>

By participating in this promotion offer, the users acknowledges that he/she/it has read, understood, accepted and agreed to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
  1. The campaign is valid from November 2, 2020 to January 3, 2021. Calculation month one is from November 2, 2020 to November 30, 2020; calculation month two is from December 1, 2020 to January 3, 2021.
  2. The first 2,500 Takeaway users with the most orders during the calculation month can earn an extra 100 Miles. Openrice Limited will determine the list of winners based on internal data. Each member can enjoy the offer at most once a month, each time he/she can earn an extra 100 miles, and up to 200 miles during the promotion period. The quota per calculation month is limited to 2,500 while stock last.
  3. Only those single order purchases with minimum spending HK$50 or above (discounted price) will be included.
  4. User should have at least 5 completed transactions during the calculation month in order to earn the miles; those transactions need to be settled by the same account.
  5. During the promotion period, total 500,000 miles for 5,000 unique users will be given away while stock last.
  6. Bonus Miles will be credited to the member’s account within 12 weeks by the end of the promotion.
  7. This promotion offer only applies to OpenRice Takeaway Services.
  8. Promotion participant must be an OpenRice member, maintain a valid OpenRice mobile application user account with a valid registered mobile phone number for OpenRice Takeaway Services.
  9. All promotion participants must be aged 18 or above and hold a valid Hong Kong Identity Card.
  10. The offer above cannot be exchanged for cash/ service, other products or discounts and is not transferable.
  11. This promotion can be used with other promotion (Terms and Condition apply), the rewarded Asia Miles will be counted by the discounted spending.
  12. Membership of OpenRice is mandatory to participate in this campaign. Please register first if you are not a member yet.

  14. Members should have connected Asia Miles Account with your OpenRice account.
  15. An Asia Miles Account can only be connected to one OpenRice account.
  16. By making Takeaway orders, you agree to OpenRice Personal Data Policy Statement, Terms and Conditions of Service and other Asia Miles Terms and Conditions.
  17. There will not be any Asia Miles transferred to your account if your account information is found invalid and the bonus miles will not be redistributed.
  18. Please keep the original receipt of the official receipt or credit card receipt issued by the restaurant for 10 days after the order, as the prove of attendance of the Takeaway Service.
  19. If the receipt or related prove is not provided, the qualification of the miles shall be cancelled.
  20. If any personal information provided is false or inaccurate, or proved as abuse of ordering, the participant will be disqualified. Any changes (e.g date and time) or cancellation of Takeaway Order may preclude participants from being rewarded with miles, according to the technical support company’s server time.
  21. Any fraud and/or abuse of the offer by any person (as determined by the Openrice Limited at their sole discretion) will result in forfeiture of the person’s eligibility to the offer. Openrice Limited reserve the right to deduct the value of any offer redeemed inappropriately to a user directly without prior notice and/or take legal action in such instances to recover any outstanding amounts.
  22. This offer can be terminated the offer without prior notice.
  23. Openrice Limited shall not be responsible for any obligations and liabilities in relation to the products or services provided by the respective product or service provider(s).
  24. Openrice Limited shall not be responsible for any matter in relation to submission delay, loss, and any information transmission error due to technical problems including but not limited to any computer or internet network issues.
  25. Users are responsible for all expenses regarding to this campaign, including but not limited to transportation, tax and insurance.
  26. Should there be any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

  28. In the event of disputes, the decision of Openrice Limited shall be final and binding.
