禮品換領條款及細則
所有參加者必需細閱及遵守以下條款及使用守則。閣下的參與將代表閣下已閱讀及同意各項條款及細則。
- 會員可按照當時的禮品所需積分,以未逾期的積分兌換禮品。會員必須有足夠積分,方可進行換領。
- 兌換禮品數量有限,換完即止。
- 所有禮品一經兌換不可轉換或退回積分。
- 選擇想換領的禮品並輸入換領數量及填妥收件人資料後按「確定換領」,換領申請一經提交,所需積分會即時從會員帳戶中扣除。
- 所有以積分換領之禮品將於換領後的30個工作天內處理,請耐心等候。
- 禮品的顏色和款式(如適用) 將隨機分配,不允許選擇顏色和款式。
- OpenRice 將不會提供所有兌換禮品的銷售單據或保養書。
- 可供換領的禮品或服務只能在有存貨之情況下提供,並在特定的時間内供會員換領,因此倘若會員未能以未逾期的積分兌換禮品或服務,會員不能向 OpenRice作出任何申索或投訴,而 OpenRice 亦不會就此作出任何賠償。
- 換領之禮品皆不能轉讓或退還或轉換成現金/ 積分 / 其他禮品、及要求現金、禮品 / 禮品或積分退還。所有經 OpenRice換領之禮券均不能兌換現金,並須遵照有關商戶於禮券所列明的條款及細則使用。
- 有關禮品的照片只供參考,可能與實物略有差異,一切以實物作準。會員就兩者之不同而作出的投訴將不獲受理。
- 所有有關禮品之質素或服務,OpenRice概不負責。有關公司將負上所有產品及服務之法律責任。
- 有關換領之禮品之所有產品保證或疑問應直接向原有供應商或製造商提出。關於禮品 / 服務的質量 / 功能性 / 安全性 / 耐用性 / 適用性或其他方面之任何爭議應由會員及相關供應商或製造商自行解決。OpenRice不會就任何產品保證問題或產品質量或安全性承擔任何法律責任,亦不會代表會員與相關供應商或製造商解決上述爭議或承擔任何責任。
- 如有任何爭議,OpenRice及相關商戶保留最終決定權。
禮品送遞方式
- 當 OpenRice手機應用程式或網頁中的積分換領頁面之禮品狀態已轉為「已寄出」,表示禮品已經寄出或已經電郵送出。請將 Marketing@openrice.com 及 do-not-reply@members.openrice.com加入聯絡人名單,以免系統所發出的郵件被置於垃圾郵件中。
- 會員如需更新電郵地址,可於 OpenRice 個人專頁管理更新電郵地址。
- 此送遞方法只適用於部分禮品。詳情請參考個別禮品之條款及細則。
- 可郵寄之禮品將以平郵方式寄往會員登記之通訊地址,會員必須確保該收件地址資料正確無誤,如因錯誤或不完整之收件地址/資料而導致會員未能收到相關禮品,OpenRice恕不負責。
- OpenRice 將不對由派送而導致的任何損失或損害承擔責任。
- 如有任何遺失,將不獲補發。
- 逾期未能使用將當作放棄論,並不作另行通知。

- 會員必須確保該收電郵地址資料正確無誤,如因錯誤或不完整之收件資料而導致會員未能收到相關禮品,OpenRice恕不負責。

- 會員將收到 OpenRice 發出之禮品換領通知電郵。會員可憑通知書於指定日期及時間內到辦公室換領禮品。
- 會員如未能於指定日期及時間內領取禮品,或未能於換領禮品時提供由 OpenRice 發出的禮品換領通知電郵記錄,該禮品之換領資格將被取消,而不獲任何補償。
- 所有禮品必須於指定日期內領取, 逾時將立即自動失效, 有關積分亦不會被退回。
- 一旦領取獎品後,若有損毀、遺失或被竊,本公司將不會補發或作出任何賠償。
- 逾期未能使用將當作放棄論,並不作另行通知。

- 閣下選擇使用到付寄取將代表閣下已閱讀及同意順豐各項條款及細則,詳情請瀏覽順豐網站。
- 會員可要求經順豐速運寄出至指定網點地址 (如順豐站、順便智能櫃)、住宅或工商地址,OpenRice將支付該次運費。
- 根據順豐香港SFHK APP最新政策:順豐香港SFHK APP取件通知功能將取代SMS短訊形式。客戶可以開啟手機推送通知,以免錯過快件運送提醒,同時可於順豐香港SFHK APP內實時追蹤快件狀態。
- 如因客人提供錯誤的送貨資料/物流公司多次聯絡客人失敗/客人無理拒收/客人逾時不取件或拒絕接受順便智能櫃安排的第二位派件地址等理由,而導致送件失敗或貨品退回到本公司,當中產生的額外來往運費/安排第二次送貨運費/物流公司罰款,一概需由會員負責支付。
- 如寄送途中因物流公司失誤而導致貨品破損或遺失,OpenRice可協助會員向順豐跟進但並不負責任何賠償。如有需要請於禮品送遞後 7 天內聯絡我們提出調查申請。此日期屆滿後所有申請恕不受理。
- OpenRice會盡量確保包裹包裝的完整性及安全性,但難免運送途中會因意外而令貨品外觀受影響,介意者建議於辦公室自取。
- 逾期未能使用將當作放棄論,並不作另行通知。

- 閣下選擇使用到付寄取將代表閣下已閱讀及同意順豐各項條款及細則,詳情請瀏覽順豐網站。
- 會員可要求經順豐速運以到付形式寄出至指定網點地址 (如順豐站、順便智能櫃)、住宅或工商地址,實際運費將於包裹派遞時由派件員收取或於自提點取件時支付。
- 根據順豐香港SFHK APP最新政策:順豐香港SFHK APP取件通知功能將取代SMS短訊形式。客戶可以開啟手機推送通知,以免錯過快件運送提醒,同時可於順豐香港SFHK APP內實時追蹤快件狀態。

其他
- 參加者參加本活動時,參加者將視為同意 OpenRice 將個人資料 (包括但不限於參加者姓名、電話號碼、及/或電郵地址) 轉移給相關公司作獎品兌換及核實身份之用。
- 活動宣傳品上刊登之圖片僅供參考,一概以實物為準。
- 如本條款及細則的中、英文本有差異,概以中文本為準。
會員可以到積分記錄查閱自己的換領狀態及換領編號,如有任何查詢,請會員連同兌換編號電郵至:Marketing@openrice.com
Gift Redemption Terms and Conditions
All participants must confirm that you have read and understood, and agreed with the following terms and conditions.
- Members can redeem gifts using their available unexpired OpenRice Points based on the required Points for each gift. Members must have sufficient points to proceed with the redemption.
- The quantity of each gift is limited and available only while supplies last.
- Once a gift is redeemed, it cannot be exchanged or returned for Points.
- Select the desired gift item, enter the quantity, and fill in the recipient's information, then click "Redeem Now". Once the redemption request is submitted, the required Points will be deducted immediately from the member's account.
- All gifts redeemed with Points will be processed within 30 working days after redemption. PLEASE BE PATIENT.
- The color and model of gifts (if applicable) will be assigned randomly, and selection of color and model is not allowed.
- OpenRice will not provide sales receipts or warranty documents for any redeemed gifts.
- Gifts or services are available for redemption only while stocks last and within a specific timeframe. Therefore, if members fail to redeem gifts or services with unexpired Points, they cannot make any claims or complaints against OpenRice, and OpenRice shall not provide any compensation in this regard.
- All redeemed gifts are non-transferable, non-returnable, and cannot be exchanged for cash/Points/other gifts, nor can members request a refund of cash, gifts, or Points. All vouchers redeemed through OpenRice cannot be exchanged for cash and must be used according to the terms and conditions specified by the relevant merchants on the vouchers.
- Photos of the gifts are for reference only and may differ slightly from the actual products; the actual product shall prevail. Complaints regarding discrepancies will not be accepted.
- OpenRice is not responsible for the quality or service of any gifts. The relevant company assumes all legal responsibilities for its products and services.
- Any product guarantees or inquiries regarding redeemable gifts should be directed to the original supplier or manufacturer. Any disputes regarding the quality, functionality, safety, durability, applicability, or other aspects of gifts/services should be resolved between the member and the relevant supplier or manufacturer. OpenRice will not bear any legal liability for product guarantee issues or product quality or safety and will not represent members in resolving such disputes or assume any responsibility.
- In case of any disputes, OpenRice and the relevant merchants reserve the final decision.
Gift Delivery Methods
- When the gift status show “Shipped” on Points Record on OpenRice App or Website, meaning the gift was shipped or sent via email. Please add Marketing@openrice.com and do-not-reply@members.openrice.com to your contact list to prevent emails sent by the system from being placed in your spam folder.
- If you need to update email address, you may edit email address on Manage Your Profile page.
- This delivery method is applicable to selected gifts only. Please refer to the terms and conditions for individual gift for details.
- Gifts will be sent to the member's address via HK Post. Members must ensure that the recipient address is accurate. OpenRice will not be responsible for any gifts not received due to incorrect or incomplete address/information.
- OpenRice will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by the delivery.
- No replacements will be issued for any lost items.
- Any gifts not used by the expiration date will be considered as forfeited, without further notice.
- This delivery method is applicable to selected gifts only. Please refer to the terms and conditions for individual gift for details.
- Members must ensure that the email address is accurate. OpenRice will not be responsible for any gifts not received due to incorrect or incomplete information.
- Please add Marketing@openrice.com and do-not-reply@members.openrice.com to your contact list to prevent emails sent by the system from being placed in your spam folder.
- No replacements will be issued for any lost items.
- Any gifts not used by the expiration date will be considered as forfeited, without further notice.
- This delivery method is applicable to selected gifts only. Please refer to the terms and conditions for individual gift for details.
- Members will receive Redemption Notice email by OpenRice. With the Notice, members can redeem gift during the specified date and time stated on the Notice at OpenRice office.
- If members fail to collect the gift within the specified date and time, or cannot provide the Redemption Notice email issued by OpenRice at the time of redemption, the eligibility for that gift redemption will be canceled without any compensation.
- All gifts must be collected by the specified date; otherwise will be considered as forfeited, and the corresponding Points will not be refunded.
- Once the gift is collected, the company will not issue replacements or provide any compensation for any damage, loss, or theft.
- Any gifts not used by the expiration date will be considered as forfeited, without further notice.
- This delivery method is applicable to selected gifts only. Please refer to the terms and conditions for individual gift for details.
- By choosing this delivery method, you indicate that you have read and agree to all terms and conditions set by SF Express. For details, please visit the SF Express website.
- Members can request that items be sent via SF Express to designated pickup locations (such as SF stations or SF lockers), residential, or business addresses. OpenRice will cover the shipping costs.
- According to the latest policy of the SFHK: the SFHK APP pickup notification function will replace SMS messages. Customers can enable mobile push notifications to avoid missing delivery reminders and can also track the status of their packages in real-time within the SFHK APP.
- If delivery fails or items are returned to the company due to reasons such as incorrect delivery information provided by the customer/ unsuccessful contact attempts by the logistics company/ unreasonable refusal to accept delivery/ failure to pick up items in time/ refusal to accept replacement arrangement of selected SF locker location. Member shall be responsible for payment of any additional shipping costs, re-delivery fee, or penalties imposed by the logistics company.。
- If items are damaged or lost during shipping due to logistics company mistakes, OpenRice can assist members in following up with SF Express but will not be liable for any compensation. If needed, please submit an investigation request to us within 7 days upon the gift delivered. All requests made after this date will not be processed.
- OpenRice will strive to ensure the integrity and safety of package packaging, but it is inevitable that items may be affected during transit due to accidents. If this is a concern, members are advised to pick up items at the office.
- Any items not used by the expiration date will be considered as forfeited, without further notice.

Others
- By participating, participants will be deemed to have consented to the transfer of personal information (including but not limited to participant's name, phone number, and/or email address) from OpenRice to the relevant company for gift redemption and identity verification purposes
- All Gift photos are for reference only, the actual product shall prevail.
- If there is any inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
