“DBS X OpenRice: Thailand Table Booking with Prepaid Menu Set” Terms and Conditions:

  1. “DBS X OpenRice: Thailand Table Booking with Prepaid Menu Set” (the “Promotion”) is only applicable to the principal cardholders (“Cardholders”) of DBS Credit Card and Co-branded Cards (excluding DBS Black American Express® Card, Business Card and Private Label Card) (“Applicable Credit Cards”) issued by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the "Bank").
  2. The entire Promotion Period (“Promotion Period”) is divided into 4 phases:
    Promotion Period 1: from 15 November 2023 to 31 January 2024, both dates inclusive.
    Promotion Period 2: from 1 February 2024 to 29 February 2024, both dates inclusive.
    Promotion Period 3: from 1 March 2024 to 31 May 2024, both dates inclusive.
    Promotion Period 4: from 1 June 2024 to 31 August 2024, both dates inclusive.
    All Offers, except those with specific dates, are applicable within the Promotion Period only.
  3. Cardholders who purchase Thailand Table Booking with Prepaid Menu Set via OpenRice mobile app/webpage (“OpenRice”) and settle full payment with Applicable Credit Cards during the Promotion Period (“Eligible Transactions”) shall be entitled to the following offers (“Offer”):

    Offer 1: Enjoy HK$100 instant discount upon a single net spending of HK$300 during check out and upon confirmation attendance to earn extra Rice Dollars $80 or
    Offer 2: Enjoy HK$200 instant discount upon a single net spending of HK$500 during check out and upon confirmation attendance to earn extra Rice Dollars $120
  4. 400 quotas of each Offer are available on a first-come-first-served basis. Quota full message will be shown on DBS Website (go.dbs.com/hk-OpenRice-en). Each Cardholder is entitled to above two Offers each once during each Promotion Period.
  5. Rice Dollars rewards will be automatically credited to eligible OpenRice member accounts within 10 weeks after the end of each Promotion Period without prior notice.
  6. Cardholders must be OpenRice members with a valid registered phone number before you can enjoy Thailand Table Booking with Prepaid Menu Set at designated restaurants within the Promotion Period. (For non-OpenRice members, please visit https://www.openrice.com/en/register^ for registration.)
  7. For the avoidance of doubt, payment via eWallet (including Apple Pay, Google Pay or Alipay) shall not be considered as Eligible Transactions.
  8. Unless otherwise specified, the Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion offer or promotional discount coupons, and cannot be exchanged for cash/service, other products or discount or is not transferable.
  9. Thailand Table Booking with Prepaid Menu Set are subject to availability. All pictures and information are for reference only. Please contact the relevant merchants for details.
  10. The Bank has absolute discretion to determine the validity of a transaction and the eligibility of the Offers based on the details (including time and date) of the relevant transaction in the Bank’s record. If there is any discrepancy between the transaction record of Cardholders and that of the Bank, the Bank’s record shall be conclusive.
  11. The Offer is only applicable to Cardholders whose Applicable Credit Card accounts are valid, not in default and in good standing (as determined by the Bank at its sole discretion) during the Promotion Period and when the Offer is issued. If the status of a Cardholder’s Applicable Credit Card account is not in good standing, the Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Cardholder from participating in the Promotion and/or enjoying the Offer.
  12. Any fraud and/or abuse of the Offer by any person (as determined by the Bank and Openrice Limited at their sole discretion) will result in forfeiture of the person’s eligibility to the offer. The Bank and Openrice Limited reserve the right to deduct the value of any offer redeemed inappropriately to a Cardholder directly from any of the Cardholder’s Applicable Credit Card account without prior notice and/or take legal action in such instances to recover any outstanding amounts.
  13. The Bank and Openrice Limited shall not be responsible for any obligations and liabilities in relation to the products or services provided by the respective product or service provider(s). For any product and/or service enquiries, Cardholders should contact the relevant merchant(s) or product/service provider(s) directly.
  14. The Bank and Openrice Limited shall not be responsible for any matter in relation to submission delay, loss, and any information transmission error from Cardholders due to technical problems including but not limited to any computer or internet network issues.
  15. Cardholders are responsible for all expenses regarding to this Promotion, including but not limited to transportation, tax and insurance or other expenses incurred.
  16. In case of any dispute, the Bank and Openrice Limited reserve the right of final decision.
  17. The Bank and Openrice Limited may change these terms and conditions and/or modify or terminate the Promotion. The Bank’s and Openrice Limited’s decision are final.
  18. The Chinese version shall prevail if there is any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions.
