OpenRice x BLACK SHEEP RESTAURANTS : Culinary Journey Around the Globe <Terms and Conditions>
Before participating the promotion, all participants must read and abide by the following terms and conditions. Your participation will represent that you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions.
  1. This promotion is from 1 November, 2021 to 30 November, 2021 (both dates inclusive) ("Promotional Period").
Participation method and rewards
  1. During the promotional period, the first 2,000 members who make and attend a booking via OpenRice Table Booking Service with booking promo code [BLACKSHEEP] will be rewarded an extra 100 points / Asia Miles (1000 quota for points and Asia Miles winners, total 100,000 points / Asia Miles).
  2. There is no limit to the number of times each participant can participate, but each participant can win a maximum of 5 times. First come first served, while stock lasts.
Qualified Participation
  1. Designated restaurants including Buenos Aires Polo Club, Osteria Marzia, Artemis & Apollo, La Vache! (Central / Tsim Sha Tsui), Crown Super Deluxe, Le Garçon Saigon, Carbone and Rajasthan Rifles. (“Participating Merchants”).
  2. Participants must be OpenRice members, and must have a valid OpenRice app account with a registered mobile phone number, in order to use this platform to book the restaurant for this event to obtain relevant catering discounts (for non-members, please click here to register now).
  3. Participants must be Hong Kong permanent residents holding a valid Hong Kong Permanent Identity Card ('Permanent Residents') who shall have attained the age of 18.
  4. If there are any changes to the reservation (such as time, date, meal content), you may not be eligible for extra points / miles, all subject to the computer system.
  5. If the participant chooses to cancel the reservation or no show record (if applicable) after making a reservation, the relevant reservation will be invalid immediately. The company reserves the right to cancel the participant's chance of winning at any time without prior notice and explanation.
  6. If the information provided by the participant is false or proved to be an abuse of the reservation and actually fails to attend, the eligibility for the prize will be cancelled.
  7. If a participant has more than 3 no show records in the booking record during the entire promotional period, OpenRice reserves the right to disqualify the participant and retain the Asia Miles earned during the entire period.
  8. OpenRice employees and their families are not allowed to participate in this event.
Game Rules
  1. The booking promo code cannot be used in conjunction with any other booking promotional codes.
  2. Please keep the original of the official receipt or credit card transaction receipt issued by the relevant restaurant until 31 December, 2021, as a proof of attendance for the reservation. OpenRice will conduct sampling checks to verify the "valid reservation" eligibility. If fails to provide relevant certificates, OpenRice reserves the right to cancel its qualifications. In case of any dispute, OpenRice reserves the right of final decision.
  3. Reservation is subject to the seat availability of individual participating merchants.
  4. The maximum number of customer per table is determined by the regulations implemented by the Hong Kong government during the promotional period.
  5. Extra points will be credited to the winner’s OpenRice account within 12 weeks after the end of the promotional period without prior notice.
  6. Promotional offers and business hours of all participating merchants are subject to change without notice. Please check with the participating merchants before make reservation.
  7. The rewards of this promotion cannot be exchanged for cash, other goods/services or discounts, and cannot be transferred.
  8. The number of booking promo code is limited, while stocks last. Openrice Limited reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, change or terminate the offer from time to time without any notice.
  9. Anyone who has any fraud and/or fraud elements in this promotion, including but not limited to participants using empty numbers, fake accounts or any means to invade and/or modify computer programs to participate in this activity, (by OpenRice in its sole discretion) At its discretion), OpenRice reserves the right to directly deduct the value of any improperly obtained discount from the relevant person in any eligible account without prior notice and/or take legal action to recover the relevant amount.
  10. If participants are found to have hacked into and/or modified their computer programs to participate in this event with an empty account, fake account or any method, the company reserves the right to cancel the participant’s participation/or winning qualifications at any time without prior notice and Give an explanation and reserve the right of legal prosecution against the participant, and the participant shall bear all related responsibilities and consequences.
  11. OpenRice is not responsible for any delay, loss, error, or unrecognition of the information submitted by participants due to technical problems such as computer or network.
  12. Any transportation arrangements, taxes, insurance, or other expenses that need to be paid due to their participation in this activity shall be borne by the user.
  13. We will not assume any guarantees, risks, obligations or liabilities for the use of any gifts and/or meal vouchers and/or Asia Miles (including but not limited to related marketability and applicability).
  14. OpenRice reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, change or terminate the promotion from time to time without any notice.
Asia Miles
  1. To earn Asia Miles, participants need to link their "Asia Miles" account to OpenRice in advance (how to link). If the participant is not an "Asia Miles" member, you can go to www.asiamiles.com to apply for membership for free.
  2. Each OpenRice account can only be linked to one Asia Miles account.
  3. Once participants have linked their "Asia Miles" account, they cannot redeem their OpenRice points or make any changes.
  4. If your OpenRice account do not linked to "Asia Miles" account before make reservation, you will not receive miles even if you link it later.
  5. If the participant has an error in linking to the "Asia Miles" account , the relevant "Asia Miles" will not be credited to their "Asia Miles" account. Rewards from related reservations will be automatically converted into OpenRice points and deposited into your OpenRice account.
  6. Extra Asia Miles will be credited to Eligible Basic Cardmember’s registered Asia Miles account within 12 weeks after the Promotion Period without any prior notice.
Dispute
  1. In case of any dispute, the decisions of OpenRice Limited and Black Sheep Restaurants shall be final.
