By participating in this promotion offer, the users acknowledges that he/she/it has read, understood, accepted and agreed to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. The Promotion Period of the offer runs from 12:00nn 9th May 2019 to 11:59pm 30th June 2019, time refers to Hong Kong time.

  1. Offer details: From now till 30th June 2019, OpenRice Users who place their Takeaway Order will be rewarded with 100 Asia Miles, Each person can earn up to 300 miles during the promotion period. (This reward is limited to the first 1,000 orders only and is given out on a first-come first-served basis.)
  2. Bonus Miles will be credited to the member’s account within 12 weeks after the promotion period
  3. This promotion offer only applies to OpenRice Takeaway Services.
  4. Promotion participant must be an OpenRice member, maintain a valid OpenRice mobile application user account with a valid registered mobile phone number for OpenRice Takeaway Services.
  5. All promotion participants must be aged 18 or above and hold a valid Hong Kong Identity Card.
  6. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion offer or promotional discount coupons, except ‘Mastercard® get up to HK$50 only.
  7. The offer above cannot be exchanged for cash/ service, other products or discounts and is not transferable.

  15. If information provided by any participant is false or inaccurate, the participant will be disqualified.
  16. Participants should provide accurate information for notification and prize redemption. If the information provided is inaccurate, OpenRice reserves the right to forfeit the prize.
  17. Asia Miles will not be guaranteed if any changes or cancellation are made to the takeaway order.
  18. Any changes (e.g date and time) or cancellation of Takeaway Order may preclude participants from being rewarded with miles, according to the technical support company’s server time.
  19. Any fraud and/or abuse of the offer by any person (as determined by the Openrice Limited at their sole discretion) will result in forfeiture of the person’s eligibility to the offer. Openrice Limited reserve the right to deduct the value of any offer redeemed inappropriately to a user directly without prior notice and/or take legal action in such instances to recover any outstanding amounts.
  20. Openrice Limited shall not be responsible for any obligations and liabilities in relation to the products or services provided by the respective product or service provider(s).
  21. Openrice Limited shall not be responsible for any matter in relation to submission delay, loss, and any information transmission error due to technical problems including but not limited to any computer or internet network issues.
  22. Users are responsible for all expenses regarding to this campaign, including but not limited to transportation, tax and insurance.
  23. Should there be any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

  3. All promotion participants must be aged 18 or above and hold a valid Hong Kong Identity Card.
  4. Simply enter the promotion code “TA40” when users place an order using the OpenRice Takeaway service during the promotion period, and users will be rewarded with double $20 (i.e. $20 x 2) discount. Users can enjoy the discount on any order with minimum spending of HK$20.1 by applying the specific promo code upon checkout. The promo code will be valid only from 1st April 2019 to 30th June 2019. Each member is allowed to use the promotion code twice, which worth up to a total of HK$40.
  5. Each OpenRice member is allowed to participate once only.
