The Chole Cake is the production from Island Gourmet at 5/F Island Shangri-La Hong Kong. It cost HK$300 for 1.5 lbs.

"哇!"真的太枱舉了.說到指教更是絕對未有資格!其實這裡有很多很多的食家,其筆下的食評比我好上很多倍. 他們除了有恆心外,亦很用心去寫.文筆也相當精彩.我也需要向他們指教呢!
