喺中學附近當年好鍾意去文華食, 以學生食飯嚟講價錢偏高 ($4X), 但環境夠靜, 食物質素搭救個人對海南雞飯從來都無咩興趣, 次次去文華都係叫同一個餐 - 喇沙雞米(雖然有好幾次都唔小心叫錯咗做沙嗲雞米, 搞到個waitress 都認得我)先嚟一碗湯, 我覺得湯勝在夠熱, 都算係好味嘅唔使幾耐就嚟主菜望落去好似好油好紅, 食落就覺得好味 (最好就pid 咗D 油去啦XD)佢多數都俾雞全翼再加少少雞胸, 唔肥, 都幾滑米粉就算幼, 但唔係勁幼嗰種, 普普通通OK啦全個精華就在於佢個湯底!!!!!我唔太識用咩味蕾去估材料, 但肉眼見有少少蝦米, 洋蔥咁D 豆卜吸晒D 湯, 好好食個湯底好正, 次次食都會飲晒D 湯…Read More

上年去完日本skytree 食咗個沾烏冬就好念念不忘,好希望喺香港食到同類嘅味道.第一次係唱完K search openrice 就見到呢間,見到有沾麵當然衝去食啦1) 濃厚豚骨魚介沾麵 @ $78當晚餐, 等咗大概十幾分鐘就有位, 自問都幾大胃口, 但佢個麵就算唔加麵底都好夠份量, 當時好肚餓所以叫多100g (好似係加$20?)可以自選麵的質地, 加唔加蔥等等, 好細心 因為我好怕有蔥湯底夠厚, 味道濃, 個麵點完落個湯後味道就啱啱好我揀咗正常麵, 都幾彈牙好鍾意佢個湯上面嘅粉, 塊豚肉燒得好有心機最好係就算湯凍咗, 個waitress 會好主動幫你reheat 翻, 服務好好第二次係抽起條筋一個人山長水遠走去食, 大概三點幾四點無咩人, 但食物質素同服務依舊咁好…Read More

第一個post, 因為呢間食店而登記openrice, 可想而知有幾不愉快.住咗牛池灣接近20年, 一直以嚟, 牛池灣食嚟食去都係茶記茶樓車仔麵牛腩麵或者大快樂, 從來無諗過/奢望過會有一間比較有"主題"嘅餐廳, 六月尾開張嘅呢間泰國餐廳為這區帶來了新氣象.有室內外, 大熱天時當然人人都坐冷氣房啦環境因為新開張所以唔錯, 係張凳唔太好坐, 因為背部太斜.老闆唔係泰國人, 但廚房個師傅就真係泰國人不過, 食咗兩次就知道唔可以再食啦.71回歸日, 諗住落樓下食個晏, 然後就去銅記 (你懂的)經過見到鋪面幾靚就入咗去, 三個人叫咗:1) 泰式炒金邊粉 @$50 送 梅子茶喺牛池灣嚟講呢個價錢真係幾貴, 同區$40-45 已經有一碟好味嘅炒粉麵飯+熱飲, 點知一坐底見到餐牌最底嗰行"送茶/啡"已經被黑線塗掉, 睇嚟係因為生意好就開始調整價格,唔緊要, 都送一杯熱梅子茶, 凍梅子冰就加$2, 其他飲品好似凍茶/啡/檸茶嗰D就要加$5, 都尚算合理嘅點知碟粉一嚟到就知道弊啦, 得隻碟大, D粉大概得一個飯碗咁多,食落去個味道就係無乜味, 帶少少酸甜, 但就好似兩頭唔到岸我心諗, 嘩你呢個價錢, 俾咁嘅味道, 我不如去九龍城食泰式嘢好過啦 結果唔夠食, 被迫要叫多一個餐2) 黃咖哩海鮮飯 @$3X-$4X (唔記得exactly幾錢 $38(?)) 送 梅子茶個咖哩味少少淡, 但可接受, 話係海鮮飯但就只有蝦兩隻,佢個咖哩加咗蛋白, 食落去都幾滑, 好在無加茨汁, 份量都夠食嘅3) 自選兩餸湯粉(可配清湯底/冬蔭功湯底) X2 @$26 送 梅子茶望價錢揀食物, 點知出乎意料係三樣之中最似樣嘅兩餸選擇有魚旦, 牛丸, 雞翼, 豬頸肉等 (大概有6-7款左右)識食一定食雞翼+豬頸肉+金邊粉+冬蔭功湯底個碗係翠華食魚蛋粉嗰款, 好似仲大少少, 份量好夠冬蔭功湯底幾好食, 雞翼雖然仲有少少血, 但味道OK, 豬頸肉就無乜味 (可能係因為被冬蔭功味蓋過咗送嘅嗰杯梅子茶味道見仁見智, 個人就覺得麻麻, 太濃------------------------------上次食過OK 之後就隔日(3/7)就去食第二次,今次就兩個人食, 都係食晏, 識食一定再食自選兩餸湯粉點知..........點知只係隔咗日已經無得送任何餐飲!!!!!!!!!!!連梅子茶都唔送, 梅子冰加$5, 其他飲品竟然加$12 好似茶記另外叫咁,係就係多咗紅豆冰/椰汁冰/青檸冰等選擇, 但想飲呢D特色飲品都要加$10........坐地起價...都唔緊要, 之後先弊 我就繼續食雞翼+豬頸肉+金邊粉+冬蔭功湯底, 加罐$5 7up (好彩八卦問汽水幾錢 ),點知嚟到變咗清湯+河粉 =.=咁個waitress 都好好有幫我換湯底, 但就被迫食河粉... 其實食河粉我都OK, 所以無出聲, 廢事浪費食物...但竟然俾我見到佢喺廚房倒一「包」冬蔭功湯料落去, 而唔係不一勺冬蔭功湯 OMG雖然我唔可以好肯定話佢D 冬蔭功湯一定唔係自己煮嘅, 但見到呢一幕已經扣咗唔少分... 同行嘅朋友就食雞翼+牛丸+河粉+冬蔭功湯底, 加$10 青檸冰,點知嗰兩粒牛丸嘅size 同便利店D 魚蛋有得fight, (具體D 嚟講, 大概係粒直徑2cm 的球體)粒牛丸太硬, 而河粉嘅分量只有第一次的60-70%, 好, $26 呢個quality我忍.最最最最令人驚訝嘅係杯青檸冰, 第一次飲青檸冰係連青檸都見唔到,望落去就完完全全係杯加咗梳打粉嘅冰水, 飲落去就係鹽水, 得個鹹字, 半滴青檸味都無!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!問個waitress 呢杯咩嚟, EE erer 咗一陣先知係青檸冰... 佢話佢地係人手渣D 青檸汁, 然後再加水 mix 埋喎...$10 飲杯咁嘅嘢真係..... 坐隔離個師奶帶住個初中仔嚟, 一望餐牌就話: 嘩乜咁貴嘅之後望咗我嗰碗粉就叫魚蛋+豬頸肉+河粉+清湯底,點知嚟到就變金邊粉, 話無晒河粉喎...佢一咬粒魚蛋, 就吐咗出嚟, 話: 嘩縮咗嘅?!佢好心同個waitress講聲, 叫佢地唔好賣魚蛋住,老細就行埋去講唔好意思, 想換過碗俾佢, 個師奶就話唔使之後有無繼續賣魚蛋我就唔知啦師奶個仔就食海南雞飯, 好似係$45 (?)嗯, 就係白切雞(無去骨)飯囉, 無特別嘅醬油/調味尖沙咀間文華好食十倍, 價錢都係差唔多生意之道, 唔係見到有生意就不停加價, 你客源未穩就亂咁加價, 等同趕客.再講, 其實咁嘅價錢無論喺牛池灣定其他地段都係比較貴, 最衰係佢無咩質素可言."抵食"嗰一項俾一分, 係因為價錢同質素唔成正比.有得揀, 寧願去附近茶記正正經經炒翻碟星洲炒米或者食車仔麵.相信呢間餐廳頂多都係呃到D去西貢嘅遊客, 區內人應該唔會點食.要食泰國嘢, 都係去九龍城最正.…Read More
