在尖沙咀區人氣高企的正宗韓國菜,趁著假期和朋友來感受一下韓國氣息。晚市真的全場滿座,要提前預訂啊!八小碟韓國泡菜立刻送上,都是自家特色泡菜,蛋捲比較少有,蘿蔔醃得爽口微酸很開胃,朋友最喜歡大白菜,微辣不酸但有鮮甜香氣。廚師推介,明太子魚醬$90,值得一試!就是原條魚子的刺身,用韓式醬油醃過,就像醬油蟹一樣生吃,小口吃下,粒粒魚子在口腔爆破,爽口鹹香,很滋味!牛肉蘑菇火鍋$380,非常澎湃的一鍋,先要盛起一些湯底,否則滾起時就會滿瀉。牛肉份量超多,比起普通火鍋的一碟肉還要多,要掌握時間先吃,否則牛肉就會煮老了。蘑菇有三款,鋪滿半邊鍋底,各有不同口感。蔬菜份量也超多的,有生菜、娃娃菜、金菇和豆腐,湯會越煮越鹹,所以要先吃這一窩呢!另外點了兩個一人餐,幾位朋友就可以多試幾款食物。鮑魚粥$130,用熱窩蓋著保持溫度,面層有紫菜碎,拌勻鮑魚粥,是非常濃稠的口感。每一口粥都有吃到粒粒鮑魚碎,份量超多的,味道清淡得來有鮮香。冷麵$110,朋友很喜歡吃韓式水冷麵,喜歡各家的水冷麵各有不同。這裏的是用醃蘿蔔和雪梨絲做配料,味道甜甜的,愛吃酸的話,可以另加白醋和芥辣,伴著冷麵一起吃,更能提升湯的鮮甜味。大家吃得挺著肚子走,仍然見到有客人絡繹不絕的入座,這裏價錢屬中高,但食物質素和份量都高,值得一試。…Read More

小食款式多,自製醬汁美味

假期第一天,展開香港美食之旅,第一站去土瓜灣尋找隱世魚蛋佬,這是2022年米芝蓮推介食店來的。沒錯,是一間外賣小店,午飯時間人多要稍等,老闆製作也很快,大約五至十分鐘就可取餐。誰說小食不能當正餐?見到很多街坊來買印尼撈麵加小食當午飯。我們特地來拜訪魚蛋佬,當然要吃這裏的推介小食,多吃幾款已經非常飽肚。招牌白魚蛋,真正爽口白滑,沒麵粉感。有自家製辣醬調味,微辣帶蒜蓉香,非常惹味!秘醬陳皮魚蛋,陳皮魚蛋口感更加結實煙韌,有陳皮香,最重要還是醮多些咸香的醬汁,這才是味道精髓。白滑腸粉,這是很高質素的滑嘟嘟腸粉,除了口感滑,還要靠醬料調味。平常的甜醬、辣醬、麻醬,在這裏吃得出分別,原來是因為麻醬自家調配,加了花生,吃著香味完全不同啊!豬柳條墨魚條雙拼,值得一讚的是炸物完全不覺得油膩,炸好就即時去油,再灑上調味粉,咬著豬柳條,非常爽口有肉香,墨魚條較煙韌,有惹味的椒鹽,真的越吃越香,會想喝啤酒呢!台式香腸,帶點鹹鹹甜甜味道,外皮炸得脆脆的,不加調味料已經很好味。黃金熱狗棒,這是韓國街頭特色小食,在香港則較少有。外層是薄薄的麵包,包著香腸,炸過後外層微脆,咬下脆皮腸,香甜爽口,配茄汁吃更像熱狗。招牌墨魚春捲,春捲皮炸過又薄又脆,裏面墨魚肉煙韌香口,也是吃完想喝啤酒的小食。炸雞,雞肉的口感出其地軟滑,與韓式炸雞肉不同,肉質更有濕度和柔軟。外層炸過後不油膩,真的做到外脆內軟。炸餃子,原來裏面是豬肉粟米餃,咬下香甜又爽口,餃子皮鬆脆,非常好吃。與朋友飽餐一頓,大家都認同這裏的小食有自家特色,特別是調味料方面。而且小食款式多,要多來幾次才能一一嚐遍呢!…Read More

很久沒吃放題,要約食肉獸出來放負。今次去元朗的極尚大瀛喜,星期一至四晚市每位$308 加一服務費,愛吃又能吃的話一定吃回本。用QR code形式下單,食物未到之前,在自助區先取各種熟食和涼菜,幫胃做熱身。飲品除了各種汽水啤酒,還有清酒、梅酒,我們二話不說取了清酒,配麻辣魚皮、鳳爪、日式八爪魚漬物、帶子菌邊等,配清酒和梅酒一流!食肉獸除了愛肉,還愛刺身。這裏的刺身非常多種類,三文魚油香滿滿又滑溜,象拔蚌鮮甜爽口,墨魚煙韌有鮮香,帶子厚身鮮甜,珍寶赤海蝦又爽又香甜,池魚王爽口帶嚼勁,油甘魚鮮甜有油份,松葉蟹腳肉質爽口帶海水味。整體而言,都是超新鮮的食材,魚類刺身非常高質素,推介要試。燒物方面,極品榴槤燒不容錯過。榴槤熟度剛好,燒出來外面乾身,而裏面香甜滑溜,真的要翻點四次。川燒珍寶鮮蠔,很多蒜蓉帶輕微香辣,吃得很惹味!蒲燒鰻魚爽口,滿是醬油香。鐵板鵝肝多士,入口即溶的鵝肝,配脆脆的多士,很有層次感。醬燒開邊蝦,大隻又新鮮,配白汁芝士醬非常香口。燒紐西蘭香草羊鞍,燒得全熟,沒有羊騷味,如果可以選擇熟度更加好。榴槤炸彈,這裏是我吃過最好吃的,裏面榴槤餡,流心而真有榴槤味;外層炸得煙韌,不會太硬。一口甜蕃薯仔,是我愛的香甜味加粉粉軟軟口感。吉品鮑汁扣花膠,花膠大大塊,鮑汁味道夠濃。還有特色刺身和壽司要試試。泰式虎蝦刺身,配泰式酸辣汁,平時用來涼拌的汁,配爽口的虎蝦,意料之外的清新爽口。黑松露薄切鯛魚刺身,讓人口腔充滿黑松露味,越吃越想吃。原條海鰻壽司,海鰻比起鰻魚肉質鬆軟一點。醬和牛肩胛壽司,牛肉燒過熟的,這樣配壽司吃很特別但可能有肉細片比較淡味。還要留肚吃甜品。這裏有自助雪糕機,有牛奶味和朱古力味,可一次過出扭紋雪糕。還有鄧汁燕窩糖水,和蟲草雞湯,全部都足料又好味。甜品有很多大福,不同味和顏色超級吸引。大福的味道超多,整成貓手和柿子,又有朱古力撻、芝士布甸、朱古力布甸、朱古力布朗尼等,全部味道都不錯。吃飽喝足非常滿意的離開,燒榴槤多吃幾回已經值回票價,只要一直有燒榴槤,都一定會再來。…Read More

到銅鑼灣晚餐,想起大家都喜歡吃甜品,來到undici ,吃fusion西餐加蛋糕放題。點主菜,加$48或$68配成套餐,就可以再加$28吃蛋糕放題,甜品控一定覺得超值的,注意是星期一至四才有蛋糕放題啊!餐湯黑松露野菌湯,黑色灑在湯上的就是香香的黑松露,濃稠的湯裏滿是蘑菇碎,又香又美味。明太子意大利粉配珍珠帶子$128,醬汁有點像千島沙律醬味道,配料有蟹柳、蘑菇,與帶子同吃,更能襯托出鮮甜味道,加上明太子咬下卜卜作響,拌紫菜增添香氣,味道口感層次豐富。椰香冬陰功海鮮意大利粉$128,真的非常有冬陰功味,吃到濃濃的椰汁香,微酸辣的冬陰功湯味,與意粉一起炒至乾身。海鮮配料有魷魚、青口、珍珠帶子、蜆肉等,以辣椒蒜香突出海鮮,酸辣開胃滋味之選。餐飲美式咖啡,是咖啡豆即磨的,咖啡豆大概是中度烘焙,入口酸道適中,苦澀味回甘,不會太濃,喝咖啡的人都能接受。奶茶海綿蛋糕,飾面灑上開心果碎,令海綿蛋糕增加口感,真的像珍珠奶茶的香甜味,吃完有茶香在口腔回盪,旁邊的奶油還很幼滑啊!榛子海綿蛋糕,是蛋糕放題裏我最喜歡的。海綿蛋糕做得鬆軟,空氣感十足,榛子味道香濃,飾面奶油塗滿外層,幼滑而淡香,中和濃味,很好吃!其他蛋糕還有抹茶芝士、柚子芝士、朱古力芝士、日式原味芝士,芝士餅底是軟身的日式製法,沒有紐約芝士餅的硬度,卻有鬆軟黏稠口感。我們每人吃了八件,大滿足!除了滿意主菜,很有創作心思又好味,還滿意甜品放題的質素。見到晚上八點不斷有客人入座,餐廳有藝術氣息,座位又舒適,的確很受歡迎。…Read More

約朋友到葵廣shopping,買夠了,就去傍邊新都會廣場的茶泰吃晚餐,行程安排太順暢了。雖然人多,但座位也多,不用等位。點了生牛肉冬䕃功湯粉,泰式蠔仔煎蛋,及泰式酸辣無骨鳳爪,冬蔭功湯粉先上,大大碗,生牛肉好新鮮,肉質嫩滑,湯粉幼身吸收湯味,覺得辣味可以加多一點而減少甜味,會更有冬蔭功味道。蠔仔煎蛋,美味可口,蛋皮煎得金黃香脆,蠔仔也很鮮甜。點一些泰式蒜蓉酸汁更有驚喜,令蠔仔煎餅立時提鮮,有畫龍點睛效果。而無骨鳳爪的烹調頗有水準,很爽口,酸辣度適中而不太鹹,喜愛生洋蔥絲份量多,拌着鳳爪吃,既刺激又滋味。無骨鳳爪的調味酸汁原來同蠔仔煎餅的汁是一樣的,但可以令兩者味道有截然不同效果,非常特別。這裏的甜品很吸引,先來芒果糯米飯,芒果和椰漿用料不錯,很鮮甜,糯米飯夠熱,咬口煙煙韌韌,好治愈啊!泰式香蕉煎餅配朱古力醬,賣相已經很吸引,煎餅煎到香脆接近餅乾程度,放上香甜綿滑的切片香蕉,灑上濃香的朱古力醬,一起入口,是最幸福的香甜味道啊!大滿足!飲品點了一杯芒芒椰椰,是冬日特飲,好好味!芒果鮮甜,而椰汁味道很濃郁。另一杯椰汁三色冰,這裏的三色冰是以紅豆、西米、涼粉,味道也很夾,有港式風味又有泰式風味,是fusion飲品呢!…Read More

放假在銅鑼灣逛街,逛完要來個下午茶,牛奶冰室抵食又美味,好多附近上班族和遊客都會過來。因為是店舖不大,人多要排隊等位呢!等十分鐘左右便可入座,客流量超快。點了爽口魚片角麻酸辣米線,配黑糖牛乳紅豆冰$38,這個下午茶餐超值。湯底酸辣度適中,很易入口。有炸黃豆和辣菜脯,爽口香脆,每次來都想多吃菜脯。米線滑嘟嘟,魚片角爽口有彈性,口感豐富,又能吸收湯味。黑糖牛乳紅豆冰,平時加配飲品都要十元八塊,這個餐是配有紅豆冰,超值!而且黑糖味道配牛奶,就像平時手調飲品一樣有特色,糖浸紅豆香甜軟滑,是這裏的美味特飲啊!這裏的招牌食物:醬爆拉絲菠蘿包$20,菠蘿包是港式麵包,在這裏加了新元素,中間釀入奶黃和芝士,加熱變成流心,切開每一口都可以有芝士拉絲感覺,香甜美味!雖然要等位排隊,這裏仍然人氣旺盛,可想而知,這裏很受遊客和附近上班族歡迎,食物性價比高,值得一再光顧的。…Read More

在西環辦完事,肚餓了,回程路上見到雞廠,在其他分店吃過雞廠的雞好味,二話不說就進去吃個下午茶。椒鹽雞翼三隻加碗仔翅$20,這個套餐超值!三隻雞翼炸得皮脆肉滑,一打開已經聞到孜然香,咬下脆皮口感,配合孜然和五香粉,吃得很惹味。碗仔翅用料足,蛋花、肉絲、木耳絲煮在湯裏,濃稠又爽口,味道調得十分好,本身湯味微咸,灑上胡椒、麻油、醋,拌勻後帶酸香味道,少少一碗,作為下午茶,吃著很滋味!套餐加$7可配飲品,點了蜜桃冰茶,非常香甜的蜜桃味,配茶底清新,吃完煎炸食物,喝一口非常舒適。一瓶膠樽的份量,值得加配。其他下午茶餐都非常超值,絕對是街坊福利!下次見到都一定再試其他食物。…Read More

放假約朋友午餐再逛街,荃新天地這裏食肆超多選擇,我們選了泰國菜茶泰。湯粉麵、炒粉麵飯等泰式套餐及小食都有,總能滿足不同口味。加配的小食泰式酸辣鳳爪$34,酸辣味道非常適中會太難辣,爽口開胃,稍嫌鳳爪份量太少,吃不夠癮。很多洋蔥墊底,連洋蔥都吃光。泰式雜錦船粉$69,喜歡有炸豬皮,浸在湯裏再吃,吸收湯味,咬下煙韌有嚼勁;這裏的船粉,是河粉加粉絲,又吃出不同風味,因為河粉和粉絲都很能吸收湯的精華,非常入味。配料還有通菜、芽菜、牛丸、豬肉丸、扎肉,都是爽口的,豬肉丸細細粒,Q彈又有豬肉香,好吃!飛天通菜$66,喜歡有蒜子一粒粒的,吃著非常香,醬汁清而濃味,通菜鮮嫩無渣,非常爽口好吃。泰式金不換炒金邊粉$68,醬汁比較多不夠乾身,但味道酸酸甜甜,還是很開胃。有幾隻鮮蝦裝飾得漂亮,而且裏面配料豐富,最喜歡有炒蛋碎香口,金邊粉煙韌口感不錯。泰式特飲芒芒椰椰,跟餐加$8,味道非常好,拌勻杯底的芒果,椰汁味道香甜,又有果肉吃。跟餐熱奶茶不用加錢,味道是正宗港式茶餐廳的,雖然這裡是泰菜,但也有港式味道呢!迷你芒果糯米飯$22,椰汁拌糯米飯絕對香甜,煙韌好口感,價錢來說是值得一試,美中不足就是芒果不夠甜。焦糖椰子雪糕$18,椰子雪糕很香椰子味,又不會太膩,有紅豆、涼粉、寒天三色拌著吃,味道清新,好好味!加配價錢,推介要試。…Read More

在華心商場覓食,見到“雞廠”門外的餐牌多姿多彩,除了招牌海南雞、炸雞,還有人參雞湯飯,忍不住要進去醫肚。這裏以快餐自助形式,先購票付款,等叫號取餐。座位簡潔,午飯時間有很多學生和上班族用餐。點了人參雞湯飯套餐$59,有泡菜附送,可以另加飲品或小食,見到有碗仔翅加$12,是我最愛的小食,碗仔翅雖說是港式食物,但配韓國菜其實也很普遍。人參雞湯有半隻小雞,份量算很多了,別忘記湯底用料還有糯米飯、紅棗、杞子、人參,全都能吃,人參雞湯熱辣辣的上桌,聞著香濃的人參味,真的是冬日補身首選。吃完半隻雞已經超飽肚,白飯真的吃不完,下次要點少飯。有泡菜拌飯,微微酸辣,吃得比平時更多呢!碗仔翅十分推介,要試!用料非常充足,木耳、蛋花、肉絲等配料滿滿的一小碗,其實份量也不少。吃著碗仔翅,每口都爽口酸香,麻油、醋、胡椒粉拌勻令香味揮發更好,醒神開胃!有人參雞湯和碗仔翅,飲品也不用加了,喝得整個人暖呼呼的,抵食又養生。見到有很多街坊來買外賣,都點招牌海南雞,說最抵食又好味,下次要來試試。…Read More
