I’m Katie and together with my partner, Phil we have setup www.SaltpigCanteen.com; a blog/ street food/ restaurant project which we hope to grow over the coming years. We don’t just love eating it, we love the story of food; where it comes from, what’s in it, how it’s been prepared and the people involved in getting it from the source to your table. Currently we are travelling around the world, or eating around the world more like, and our goal is to learn as much as we can about the true culture in each country.
