阿叔久唔久都會一個人食晚飯,除咗快餐、拉麵、壽司外,近日又多一個好選擇!位於銅鑼灣耀華街嘅呢間日式餐廳,店內主打關西風壽喜燒,就算一個人嚟都可以一爐獨享。加上價錢大眾化,一人前套餐包前菜、野菜盛合、日本產黑毛A4和牛、米飯或烏冬同甜品都只不過係 $168 起,CP值相當唔錯。關西風壽喜燒煮法傳統,先以牛脂起鍋,再按個人口味加入自家製嘅壽喜燒汁烹煮。如果怕耐咗味太濃嘅話,亦可加入昆布汁調淡。個人覺得相比關東風,呢種煮法嘅牛肉會較香口,更能突出牛肉原汁原味。🥘極上肉眼壽喜燒套餐 ($238)今次阿叔揀咗套餐嘅正常牛肉份量,大約120g 左右,一共有3大塊。用上嚟自日本嘅薩摩牛,雪花紋理分明,肉質柔軟,雖油脂未算好重,但牛味依然濃郁,沾埋蛋汁一齊食,口感更滑。野菜盛合份量十足,有豆腐、大蔥、日本菇、芋絲等等,最後配埋用日本米煮成嘅白飯,飽足又滿足。☝🏽順帶一提,為慶祝餐廳一週年,宜家只要追蹤佢哋社交平台、影相出Story兼Tag番佢哋,就可以免費獲得生啤一或40g和牛赤身一客!…Read More

平日中午時份走入中環蘇豪區,嚟到呢間位於士丹頓街、充滿北歐風情嘅西餐廳食宴。呢度空間寬敞,裝修簡約。店內以純白色作主色調,另配上原木色嘅傢俱,加上樓底夠高,採光度十足,令人感覺恬靜舒適。如果天氣唔太熱,建議坐出出面,一邊享受日光,一邊嘆番個靚lunch,更添悠閒感架!餐廳除咗全日早餐、沙律、麵包、窩夫等外,更以多款手工意粉作主打,螺絲粉、蝴蝶粉、貝殼粉等都食得到。Pesto Cream Chicken Fusilli ($138)手工螺絲粉配上味道濃郁嘅香草青醬同嫩雞肉!值得一讚係螺絲粉口感真係好有嚼勁,非常掛汁,連埋松子一齊食,口感層次更添豐富。實屬阿叔嘅個人推介!Butter Cream Seasonal Mixed Seafood Conchiglioni ($158)手工長意粉伴有帶子、青口同大蝦,賣相吸睛!相對上一款,呢款意粉就較粗身,口感較硬,Butter Cream 醬汁就有香醇嘅奶香味,口感creamy。…Read More

雖然阿叔唔太好甜品,但唯獨對著日式布甸🍮同班戟🥞就好難抗拒!就好似呢間位於佐敦廟街嘅日式梳乎里班戟店咁,一直都喺阿叔嘅to-go-list入邊。趁住自己暫休生活,就繼續平日嚟探店一吓先。班戟店2021年開業,短短4年間就連大圍、元朗都有佢分店。呢度由法國藍帶廚師主理,店內除咗提供唔少主食外,更主打日式梳乎里班戟同窩夫等甜品,款款都非常IGable,難怪開業無耐就火速成為網紅店。🥞宇治抹茶梳乎里班戟 ($138)店內每日限量供應嘅班戟,抹茶控人士值得一試!3層高嘅梳乎里班戟唔單止蛋香味濃郁,而且空氣感十足,震吓震吓咁,非常有治癒感。配埋抹茶忌廉、自家製蕨餅、紅豆蓉、白玉一齊食,味道、口感層次再豐富。🍝帆立貝明太子蟹肉扁意粉 ($128)甜品幾好,估唔到主食都唔差。大大份嘅意粉,2大粒帆立貝、滿滿嘅明太子、蘑菇,非常足料,而且味道濃郁,口感creamy。🥤草莓番石榴乳酸配草莓果乾 ($38)食完啲濃味主食,飲番呢杯特飲就剛剛好中和番。佢味道清新,唔會太酸,又唔會太甜,仲要夠凍,夏天飲啱晒!…Read More

香港地一街都係日式料理店,要突圍而出,唔單止要保留食物水準,宜家更要攪啲gimmick吸吓人嚟打卡!就好似呢間位於旺角、新開無耐嘅上樓日式料理店。佢都算係阿叔近期去過,最有心思、最有誠意嘅一間。呢度以達摩為主題,由一入門口嘅裝修設計、到坐低食野檯面嘅擺設,以至食完抽公仔、祈福許願等,通通都見到達摩嘅蹤影,盡見店主嘅心思。除咗主題夠鮮明兼場內多個打卡位外,佢哋嘅食物由五星級酒店前總廚主理,所以水準都唔差,特別係佢哋嘅擺盤設計,絕對值得一讚,打卡一流。🦞達摩天丼 ($198)店內其中一款嘅招牌丼飯!以經過鰹魚昆布湯烹煮嘅米飯做底,面頭加上原隻澳洲龍蝦、極厚切炙燒帶子同大量吞拿魚蓉,賣相非常邪惡,絕對份量十足,一個人真心係會食唔晒架!建議可加多$10 加埋日本夢王蛋,撈埋吞拿魚蓉、蛋汁連飯一齊食,更添蛋香味。🥟明太子雞翼 ($78)一客有4隻,隻隻都塞滿明太子,脹卜卜咁炸到金黃色,真正外脆內軟,值得一食。🍮伯爵茶布丁 ($38)賣相的的骰骰,好可愛!口感彈滑之餘,亦食到淡淡嘅伯爵茶味。…Read More

位於鰂魚涌海光街嘅呢間新啡店,不知不覺原來已經開咗3個月有多,今次到訪後先知係由深水埗楓樹街開到過嚟。比起原店,雖然兩者同樣以日式裝修設計,不過呢度就用上深木色色系,感覺帶點沉實穩重之餘,仲滲出淡淡復古味道添!聽店員講,呢度為顧及附近返工人士,特別提供多款午市套餐。當中,居然俾阿叔發現有近期喺Threads同IG都大熱嘅捲捲意粉。一場嚟到,唔係唔叫嚟試呀嘛!香煎海蝦龍蝦汁捲捲意粉 ($148)Fusilli Lunghi Bucati (捲捲意粉),以長螺旋造型見稱,有啲似直版嘅公仔麵。佢咁特別嘅螺旋中空設計原來能令意粉更掛醬汁,加上口感煙韌嚼勁,所以火速網上大熱。今次啡店用上自家製嘅龍蝦汁,另配多隻香煎海蝦可以話係完美嘅結合。海蝦爽口結實,龍蝦汁味道濃郁,加埋捲捲意粉一齊食,一食就真係停唔到口架!日式焦糖布丁 ($48)相對主食,呢度布甸蛋味唔差既,賣相亦非常可愛吸睛,不過阿叔略嫌佢口感太結實,整體就不過不失啦!…Read More
