鯛魚丼二食配白鯛魚湯鯛魚剌身好多片啊~ 店員姐姐教我地先點日本豉油同wasabi,好似平時食剌身丼咁,食到咁上下再加鯛魚湯,就可以食出兩種唔同口味。鯛魚剌身幾新鮮爽口,配合飯素已經好好食! 我估因為啲珍珠米要適合魚湯嘅關係,所以係暖暖的,同剌身丼嘅凍飯好唔同,每一啖都要先腦補「飯係暖嘅,飯係暖嘅」,係一個有趣新嘗試。食到半路開始加湯,魚湯清甜完全無腥味,微微嘅鹹味又帶出返魚片嘅鮮味,後悔應該早啲加湯食。嫰雞煨日式拉麵外觀睇落似上海湯麵,的確職員姐姐都話係上海湯麵的煮法,但改配上了拉麵,可以試試個口感。白雞湯有淡淡清香,唔似平日的拉麵濃湯咁膩,有清甜嫩滑雞肉,配上硬度適中的拉麵,令到食物重心落返去雞肉度。加上滿滿的菜粒,完全係健康之選~飲品我地揀咗non-alcoholic ~兩杯都賣相好靚~ 加埋環境燈光好有feel~Fuji Mountai外表好靚啊~ 真係有那種富士山的藍~ 如果奶泡再厚啲更好~ 味到好清爽, 有檸檬+菠蘿汁的酸甜,如果溝埋酒一定再上一個層次。我見到bar枱哥哥係先用冰凍杯再上飲品, 欣賞細緻的製作~Matcha Mint Latte呢杯係偏奶味較重的抹茶,加咗薄荷提升清爽感,平衡返。…Read More

撞啱香港人冰室休息,滿月又轉咗手,喺天悅廣場附近都唔知食咩好… 行行下見到有間神石燒,入面好多日式掛畫同旗仔,比佢個裝修吸引咗,又即管試下。門口有日式自助點餐機,自己真係搞唔掂都可以搵店員落單既~職員叔叔個樣好似好嚴肅咁,但其實係好細心既,提你點樣燒,又介紹自助bar,仲叫你食多啲添~我自己叫咗肉眼,因為怕生但又唔想食太硬嘅牛肉,叫肉眼呢啲本身較淋、較多汁嘅就好啲。跟住舖頭指示,切開再燒晒四邊,可以睇實佢嘅生熟度,又唔會搞到佢全熟,效果唔錯。佢地嘅燒肉汁配肉眼真係幾好!老公要西冷200g,大大塊午餐實夠食,肉質比較實,但係肉味濃啲,佢就懶醒原塊燒,低估咗塊熱石嘅威力,原本想半生熟,最後變咗medium well,益咗我~ 同時買到個經驗,神石燒真係好考你快唔快手,同埋有無基本燒牛扒嘅經驗~ 如果無乜,就乖乖地聽舖頭指示,切住燒。好彩佢嘅肉夠新鮮,overcooked 少少都唔會咬甩牙,就咁加黑胡椒已經夠晒味。午市有套餐,除咗沙律吧、飯湯任食呢啲基本之外,仲有一份薯條同粟米,又包嘢飲,比其他神石燒體貼,唔洗食完再出去買廢水。薯條夠熱夠脆,唔係萬年薯條,好食!粟米有少少牛油,幾香~ 如果呢兩樣都有得無限添就更好喇!自助吧的沙律菜係一盒盒入好的,可以加醬後shake shake沙律~食完兩塊肉,又夾一啖蘋果醋的沙律菜,即時無咁肥膩。最後凍奶茶收尾,食到飽飽先過去黃金同人迫。…Read More

老公話抄牌抄到怕,見到呢間石燒店可以方便睇到車,咁方便就即管一試~御燒特級牛小排比呢個價錢,食得到呢個價值嘅食物。雪花平均得嚟,又唔會去到和牛嗰種成口油,好快膩嘅感覺,比足12塊,算幾有誠意。老公話放上去石台燒幾下(每邊慢慢數6秒),就食得~我就燒到完全見唔到紅色先食。的確,燒嘅時間短啲,淋身啲食口感;燒耐啲,肉味又會出啲,神石燒就係有呢樣好處,大家可以按自己嘅喜好去處理。蒲燒原條鰻魚鰻魚夠肥,加埋鰻魚汁基本上唔會炒車。反而係佢個流心蛋同飯素飯做得幾好。糖心做得啱啱好,少少甜味唔會過鹹,滿分。飯素、糖心蛋汁再加一啖鰻魚去送飯,滿足~~可能我地食得慢,食到仲有2-3塊就無咩火喇~ 職員姐姐好細心呀~我地都未講,佢就留意到我地燒到無咩火,好快就即時補燃料~ 繼續享受美食~有種去日本餐廳的細心服務~…Read More

油香無筋拖羅~入口溶化了~

同朋友睇完戲,食埋過早飯先返家~ 食完真係好滿足極盛四色剌身丼三大隻赤蝦,底下仲有兩大粒帶子剌身,兩樣嘢都又肥美又鮮甜,一啖咬落去又有厚實感,相當有誠意。吞拿魚蓉好重手,唔洗就住就住,都可以保證你食到尾都仲有剌身,唔會得返啲飯。最後隆重介紹大拖羅~ 油香,無筋,入口即溶,放入口妹下妹下最食得真佢嘅味道,真係好好食。我好奇到底呢碗身丼點解只係兩舊水多啲,再上網翻查餐牌,見到其他人啲相話係配中拖羅,唔知係轉咗餐牌?定係師傅免費升級?又或者係我將中拖羅當係大拖羅咁食?總之今次真係食到好嘢賺晒特盛醬油濃雞白湯拉麵一見到四大塊肥瘦均勻、燒得香香嘅叉燒,又香口又入味,再次感到呢間嘢嘅誠意。流心蛋、紫菜呢啲基本配置都正常,反而佢嘅湯真係好特別,除咗食到濃郁嘅雞湯味,佢仲有一陣淡淡嘅粟米味,令到個湯底無咁膩,好好入口鐵板蒜香和牛粒和牛真係好適合切粒上,燒過嘅和牛少咗啲肥膏油,但又沾上牛油本身嘅香味,一啖一粒真係享受。美中不足係佢始終板上,最底下嗰兩粒和牛太長時間受熱熟得濟,顯得無疊最上層嗰啲咁出色梅酒柚子雪芭叫嘅時候有啲擔心柚子雪芭會好酸,估唔到佢嘅柚子係帶有幾重嘅柚子甘香,微微甘苦嘅味道,再加上甜甜嘅梅酒,比我地帶住清爽嘅感覺結束呢個有誠意嘅晚餐特別要提一提,呢度啲服務員又有禮貌又細心,加茶加得又快,收碗嘅時候又會好細心留意湯麵碗底啲湯汁唔好滴到人,有heart…Read More

今日同老公去荃灣行街街,打算唔打邊爐,試下朋友分享過的日本菜~龍卷風沙律一上枱見佢外表,真係好似龍捲風咁高呀~滿滿嘅蟹柳、蟹籽、沙律菜同海藻,配埋少少酸辣嘅醬汁,再落咗啲脆片落去,的確係開胃之餘,又有啲得意嘅口感~宮崎味鹽牛舌串一嚟到就聞到好香嘅燒烤味,配合燒烤必落嘅孜然粉,基本已經唔會衰。牛舌燒得唔錯,唔乾身,好爽口,係最頭嗰一粒熟咗少少要扣分~忍者雙辣作為吞拿魚愛好者,又想試下啲出面餐廳無嘅款式,我地叫咗呢個忍者雙辣。佢賣相好似加州卷,但係將外層炸成一層簿簿嘅脆片,配以唔多辣嘅醬,最頂再加上一點沙律醬,一啖一件咁食,可以食得好斯文。脆片實淨得嚟唔會油淋淋,令到飯卷多咗一個好好嘅口感,少少辣味又有返沙律醬中和返,係有特色得嚟又好食嘅~如果再多啲沙律醬就更好喇~煙花作為吞拿魚愛好者,又想試下啲出面餐廳無嘅款式,梗係再揀多一款啦!見到佢牆身有張大poster推薦,即管叫埋。重手嘅吞拿魚mix三文魚蓉,少少蟹籽同脆片,點返少少wasabi,照舊一啖一件,真係停唔到手而且賣相都幾靚,散落的脆片+蟹籽真係幾似煙花,仲加咗花點綴呢個“煙花”食得又睇得~雜錦天婦羅天婦羅最緊要啲炸粉唔好油,呢樣佢做得到。蝦大大隻,秋葵仲有釀肉入去,有口感~我略嫌佢炸粉厚咗啲啲,不過老公就覺得無問題,總之襯熱食就好了。…Read More

我同朋友係為打咭而嚟嘅之前睇食評見門口有個韆鞦,店內成間粉紅色,諗住黎影靚相~可惜韆鞦無左,依家擺咗枱.... 無緊要,坐呢度有一大個花花background,都好鬼靚煙花女手工意大利粉見個名咁特別,就叫呢款黎試下~佢係一種"睇落無肉"嘅意粉,主要材料係橄欖、蕃茄、蒜頭、鯷魚、蘑菇,因為煮醬汁時鯷魚會慢慢溶化,所以食落有鯷魚的香,但"睇落無肉",唔係素食黎架。醬汁帶點酸幾開胃~手工意粉值得一讚,有口感,有份量~//Google一下 煙花女意粉:原來係由20世紀50年代由著名的伊斯基亞餐廳和夜總會「Rancio Fellone」的共同所有者桑德羅·佩蒂(Sandro Petti)發明。//蒜香大蝦意粉大蝦煎得香口,仲有5隻咁多~呢個醬汁帶少少辣,無咁多橄欖油,感覺係爽D嘅!打卡就當然要叫酒精飲品啦,佢地嘅酒都係用Gin做底。Love Hug 比較甜,好啱女仔,好易入口,一個唔覺意就會飲得太快,都飄飄地Pink Lychee Martini 就同佢嘅賣相好相反,外觀非常少女,入口酒味超濃,不愧係martini行入餐廳發現,原來入面有間房可以做yoga架…Read More

爛心情中的慰藉

近來心情爛到貼地,唯有搵D好D嘅嘢食自己平衡一下,見到呢間好似幾好坐,又有"ALL YOU CAN EAT FRIES"無限薯條添食,就縱容一下自己。坐低一陣,侍應哥哥就問我地食過未?我話我地唔係有重大事件都唔過海,哥哥仔知道之後就開始介紹佢餐牌嘅食物。雖然聽完哥哥仔介紹就已經過眼雲煙,但係好欣賞佢遂樣遂樣細心詳述,無論餸菜平定係貴,哥哥仔都會介紹係用牛嘅邊個部件,點樣煮、用咩配料、口感大約係點,講真係好貼心嘅。我最後揀咗medium嘅「客席主廚平鐵牛扒」,牛扒煎得好好,面頭唔會太燶,而切開唔會有血水流出嚟,連怕生嘅我都食得好放心。肉味好足,淋得嚟唔會有任何鬆肉粉或者雪味,滿意。另一份我地叫咗「美國390日谷飼 Prime級平鐵牛扒」,因為哥哥仔話係用慢焗嘅方法做,仲推介medium rare就夠,講到咁自信一定要試下。以medium rare嚟講,佢真係做得出色,唔會因為生而咬唔開,成口渣,而且Keep到好重好重嘅牛肉味,雖然佢有比D牛湯汁我地,但其實只要用少少鹽已經可以完全提出牛嘅鮮味,係正嘅。不得不提佢嘅薯條,完全唔係老麥水平,外脆內綿,最緊要係佢鮮炸,食到重薯味~真係食到停唔到手!肥都要添多次~Handcrafted cocktail mojito(右),都係比較常見嘅味薄荷檸檬味,酒味唔會太重易入口,配熱氣薯條啱晒。至於dirty lemon tea(左),唔係隊片檸檬落去咁簡單,而係將檸檬加焦糖烤香,飲落唔會好酸,帶點甘甜~ 幾fresh~甜品熱情果芒果批,有點酸,但食清清油膩,不錯。環境:裝修簡潔現代, 坐位舒服,枱與枱距離有點近~待應:熱情專業介紹,殷勤有禮~上菜收碟速度合理。採用紙飲管,支持環保,抵讚!…Read More

嚐不一樣米紙卷 份量級蝦餅

同同事天后收工,在附近逛逛食晚飯。佢話近排有平既越南機票,個期夾唔到,無得去,食返個米紙卷平復心情。我地叫咗1飯1檬1米紙卷,1人1杯野飲,叫完有點擔心吃唔哂。食物: 先上蝦膏海鮮炒飯。賣相唔錯,色澤幾均勻,炒得幾乾身,食落蝦膏味不重,同事話剛好,我就想重手多啲,我好愛蝦醬。配料都幾多,扎肉、蝦、青口、鮮魷,我幾喜歡有扎肉,食落有口感,咁先係有越南特色嘛份量都幾多,每人都最少食到2碗。蝦餅凍檬,蝦餅都算幾大塊,炸得香脆,裡面肉爽口彈牙,見得到好多蝦肉。檬粉爽,未落汁時都唔黏身,易夾。P.S. 落酸汁時要留意,偏辣,要先試少少。我自己重手咗,有點辣。軟殼蟹米紙卷終於上喇!睇賣相就無menu相中吸引,但食落都唔錯。炸得唔會太油膩,包得幾實正,唔易散,都係啖啖有肉既。同事話同響越南食既唔同,之前食的米紙卷只係香草味重,但酸味不多。可能不同地域有不同既米紙卷特色?今次食到酸菜(酸蘿蔔?)既味道,中和軟殼蟹油膩咁。仲配結身既甜酸醬,唔係配水啲既蒜青檬醋汁,同事話幾喜歡,我就喜歡水啲既汁。椰汁紅豆冰超濃椰汁,紅豆起沙,好飲,但同事話飲得很飽,飲唔晒,可惜。薄荷青檬冰相較紅豆冰,我個杯就清淡得多,淡淡薄荷同酸味,啱晒送晚餐,減膩之選。環境:店不大,8-10張4人枱,牆上張貼越式漫畫公仔,簡約時代風。服務:下單添水回應都有禮親切,上菜頗快手,效率不錯。同事俏俏話:加上職員哥哥年輕俊俏,服務額外加分。…Read More

扺食半圍菜 服務殷勤

提早在平日同媽媽慶祝母親節飯,在家附近找到這新開酒樓,菜單實惠,還有半圍選擇,就試一試佢我選了這個"任意選"圍餐,十個菜都有得自選,客人可以多啲選擇,欣賞食物:燒味乳豬併盤乳豬脆,有肉地,唔太肥,爸爸勁喜歡下次可以叫乳豬全體,食多幾件乳豬其他燒味都中規中矩,乳豬下面原來仲有燒肉,份量十足。蝦伊麵帶濃牛油味,蝦爽彈牙,老公最愛份量都夠每人半碗到,未算好多,剛好,因為較油膩,都不宜吃太多花姿豬頸肉我覺得豬頸肉較少,花姿+甜豆都夠,味道較清,我幾鍾意。炸蝦球睇落炸得幾好,但可惜我未病好,無食到... 老公話ok,不錯。花膠海皇燴燕液份量幾足架,啖啖都有海鮮,掛住食無影到相粉絲蒸扇貝size中等,味鮮,蒜味不算很重。碎蒸海龍躉味鮮肉爽,啖啖肉,其實分開一件件易爽易食,幾好丫脆皮燒雞無影到相,一上枱大家已好快清晒皮脆,肉算嫩,不錯。鮮蝦楊洲炒飯炒得乾身,勁多蝦,足料,份量都足夠,照相前已經分咗幾碗,自己多手整個心形俾媽媽。蒸大壽桃賣相唔太吸引,有點失色,以為再大粒啲...蓮蓉饀略少... 味道ok既。整體黎講,大部份份量都足夠,海鮮都算新鮮,炒燒炸技巧都不錯,絕對對得住個價錢。環境:以不是大集團的酒家來說,裝修算不錯,光猛乾淨,特別留意到有不同款的掛燈,幾modern。店不大,有10多圍細枱,大枱約2-3張。服務:主要招呼我們的待應大哥,超殷勤細心,上菜收碟時間剛好,快捷亦安放得到位 ,一流。圍餐價錢已包茶芥及服務費,扺食。…Read More

行行下街落大雨,見金百利成堆姨姨塞住,話樓上乜乜乜好食...是但啦,避雨順便食個晚飯,入到lift,見到個個都係上8樓...好丫,又跟下風睇下有咩食。最後出lift,8樓有川菜同泰國嘢,我地就去咗呢間泰式食。佢門面好吸引,放咗架tuk tuk喺度,tuk tuk係唔食得,但真係令人情不自禁入咗去。食物:先嚟芋頭焗飯,一嚟到見到:煲仔飯嚟嘅?唔係呱…當堂嚇一跳。咁煲仔飯我都鐘意食嘅,馬上試一啖,嘩!喜出望外。雖然佢係煲仔炒飯嚟,但係個飯超好食,乾身得嚟有蝦醬香,少少飯焦,芋頭又焗得夠淋,而且啖啖海鮮同雞肉,味道完全收貨,只係被個名呃到啫,咁就算數啦。紅咖喱焗南瓜海鮮呢,就真係焗啦~咖喱唔會話好辣,而且充滿耶香,真係好正。個南瓜入面塞滿咗魚塊同蝦,青口都有三隻,算係落足料,刮埋D南瓜肉嚟食,爽。其實咖喱撈飯真係無敵,不過一場嚟到無理由唔試下個naan,熱辣辣好脆口,記住千萬唔好放太耐,凍咗變硬就真係嘥料。環境:真係無得輸除咗門口個tuk tuk,餐廳整個環境都好靚,好有泰式風情的山石園林,有卡位、四人座,亦有隱若VIP包廂。置身在遊閒的泰式園林,望住樓下繁忙街景,路人匆匆忙忙地避雨,自己可以嘆住咖啡naan,係爽既,明智選擇~服務:下單上菜的時間合理,待應們都親切友善,特別欣賞會殷勤添水,細心留意顧客需要…Read More

同老友約咗去觀塘打波,打算去附近食個晚餐,老友話有間傳統上海菜館幾出名,想去試下。我地6pm幾進店,店內人不多。叫左個二人套餐,兩款小菜+湯。試左兩個招牌菜:時菜獅子頭、糖醋排骨,同酸辣湯。食物:我開頭以為會係一個大大粒既獅子頭,原來係兩粒上,咁又幾好,同朋友一人一粒,唔駛爭~獅子頭食落好有驚喜~!外面有少少脆身, 裡面既肉好嫩滑呀! 醃味夠,而且帶點薑味,去了肉腥和膩感~ 正呀!之前我食過既都係"鞋"+乾, 好需要沾出面D汁中和下...呢個獅子頭自己已經好好食, 醬汁只係錦上添花~糖醋排骨,唔止份量足,而且食落好爽口彈牙! 加埋甜甜酸酸,好開胃呀~~~我朋友特別喜歡個洋蔥,話好甜好好味,食清光~酸辣湯,對唔太食辣既我黎講,辣少少,但仍係可接受的程度,喜歡個濃稠度剛好,唔會水水的,飲得實在~而且份量都幾多,我地應該飲到四小碗以上~好飽呢.....最後送上八寶茶,味道清甜,一解飽膩感~同朋友慢慢聊,感覺悠閒滿足呢....走的時候,在門口看到一個開店年份, 數數手指... 應該有40多年歷史了~吃到傳統老風味,厲害~環境:店不大,主要是卡位,中間亦有4人方枱。牆上掛有木餐牌及手寫廚師推介菜式,亦掛有不少觀塘區街道速畫圖及雜誌介紹,佈局傳統懷舊,光猛乾淨。剛開始晚飯時,人流不多,但之後愈食愈多人進店,平日也有6-7成滿座,果然老字號。服務:下單上菜收碟速度很快,態度直率友善,有效率。…Read More

情人節,老公話同我上慈雲山,重拾過去兒時的食店... 但去到好似搵唔到... 可能已經搬左/執左了....逛下商場睇下有咩食,見到呢間麵店,門口幾多人等位...老一輩教落,食嘢要跟紅頂白,就試試佢啦~食物:先嚟小食魚酥皮蛋豆腐,比較大路唔會失手,佢勝在個汁唔係一味得麻辣,而有幾分甜味,加埋魚酥木魚香香地,又有D嘅咬下,幾樣嘢撈埋都幾得意。主食一係滷肉鹽酥雞便當,雞炸得好香脆,雞肉唔會炸到乾晒,仲有好多肉汁,加上滷肉汁提供少少甜味,好開胃,如果比多D汁我撈飯就更好。小驚喜,個飯係.... 心形架.... 我仲問老公係咪因為情人節特備既...主食二係椒麻牛三寶拌麵。因為我唔鐘意麻辣,原本諗住老公自己食晒,點知見廚師只係將麻辣醬放喺碗邊,而唔係一早撈晒落去,立即嗌住老公唔好撈,比我食幾啖先。拌麵好好食,D汁本身已經好重牛肉味,未拌麻辣醬已經有微辣,好惹味~而牛三寶全部都炆得好入味,夠稔。最好笑係隔離伯伯見到碗麵嘅時候,嘩咗一聲,跟住問我地叫咗咩,話D牛一睇就知OK,下次佢都叫返碗,結果證明伯伯都係高手,一睇就知好嘢。黑糖薑母茶,大路正正常常,啱晒作病既我,舒喉暖胃。反而胚芽朱古力,胚芽多到食唔完,朱古力又濃,加多半杯水沖嚟飲都仲得,正。環境:店不小,有十多張4人枱,大部份有靠背椅、半卡位,亦有張8人長枱,空間感不多....設計以木為主,帶台灣古早風味~服務:正常食飯時間,客很多,枱面職員不多,忙到不可開交,但服務仍有禮快速,讚! …Read More
