新開的一家雲南米線,在Musea 5樓,曾在雲南生活的老婆總結是很不錯,我亦認為性價比十分高,惟有點太遷就港人口味,這有點可惜。一碗六步,葷素分成9+6=15小板 (圖3), 另有黃耳羊肚菌隨湯與米粉上。在香港很少見黃耳 (我們稱之素花膠), 而黃耳與羊肚菌成本不低,$68性價比很可以。惟除此以外沒太多其他雲南珍菌,顯然遷就了香港人的口味。米線比譚仔更有彈性,相對正宗;招牌湯頭近似胡椒豬肚湯,酸湯則似冬陰公;檸茶奶茶明顯是來香港開店才加的,水加得有點多,可以skip; 小酥肉與滷拼不過不失,只可惜晚上去時其他小食都售罄了。對比過它的銅銀金米,建議選銅米另加特色小吃(如有). 比Musea foodcourt便宜很多,15小板逐碟自己放儀式感堆滿,性價比滿分。…Read More

紅磡最被低估的粉面店

如果不是紅磡沒有好吃的牛腩,可能也不會迫到我走進這家亳不起眼,外表殘破的粉面店。上次第一次吃,因為不抱期待,所以沒有拍照。這次7點40分到,被告知崩沙腩要等到8點才算勉強燜好,且要8點半才算軟嫩。難得遇見誠實負責的"主理人", 就決定等一回再回來。沒有爽腩坑腩就只有崩沙腩,很喜歡這類少招牌菜少SKU的店。崩沙腩8點新鮮出爐,雖不算軟嫩,但牛味很足很香,當然對比下的確是軟嫩的會好吃一點。驚喜是咖哩汁滿滿椰香,很對胃口,難怪店家說最好賣也是它。鄰桌阿叔同樣咖哩崩沙腩飯,還有煎雙蛋。蛋黃鮮橙色,看起來就很好吃,但menu看了一輪都找不到,最後問了一下才告知$8/隻,不算便宜。但看著蛋黃液混著椰香咖哩,下次一定要跟阿叔試試。…Read More

本人很喜歡面食,可惜黃埔的特色面食不多。雖然小面和刀削面很火,但感覺滿滿的預制味,口味也不很習慣。最近和老婆走過來黃埔A口的這個小片區,才發現烏冬沒有了,烏蠅館換串燒,陳記位置開了家海南雞,烤魚變了這家台灣面食。主打福建老婆的當然對後者最有興趣。一入去和小面差不多的茶記裝修,加上內地感滿滿的食物照。點的紅酸湯和沙茶面,雖然連鎖味很重,但還是各有特色。紅酸湯類似酸菜魚那種,但酸香中多了一分蕃茄的甜味;沙茶很重花生香,比敏華的少一份蒜味,但絕對勝過普通茶記的死鹹沙茶醬。湯底有香港餐廳少見的白菜,菇菌,還有羊肚菌,一碗下來感覺很健康。70元吃得到崩沙腩,平的53元就有一碗面,可以了。…Read More

見美麗華eshop $880有四手聯乘晚宴連茶介加一,當然要馬上下單。Fine dine級數當然是十分出色,所以這次不想說它好吃的地方,反而想說我邊吃邊想的一些改進點:前菜三弄:改銀魚乾配粥油,想必十分香口;梅子荔芋法蘭鵝片:梅子醬改梅子凍,鵝片梅子凍荔芋,形成三夾層,包起或串起,一口大小;静岡蜜瓜佛跳醬:一口爵士湯分裝,更顯佛跳牆層次;陳皮拔絲虎蝦球:直接用荔枝蜜可能效果更好;西檸汁吊燒香煎一夜麒麟魚:口味問題可能我比較慣西式忌廉汁的點綴,老婆反而很喜歡這種西檸汁,所以就不評了;20年古月龍山三黃脆皮雞:同樣食材做法,可以演繹成類似片皮雞二食;砂鍋蝦籽XO蟹肉炒飯:如果可以當面堂弄一下就更好了;鐵觀音綠茶大煎堆:表面可以再加茶粉,那茶香就可以更出一點;最後是梅子與荔芋這個元素分別覆用了兩次,雖然是好吃但也應該避免。雖然說了很多,但也是真的好吃,尤其佛跳牆乾鮑海參魚翅花膠鹿筋大元貝羊肚菌静岡蜜瓜,足料到不行,$880pp是超級划算。…Read More

心血來潮突然很想吃粢飯,就到附近滿堂樂點了一個外賣,付完錢才想起為什麼自己很久沒來。30元一個粢飯,M記都可以吃到一個餐了,而坊間的粢飯往往才12-18元。多支付了50%, 那麼好吃本身就是應份的。只是香港人太有錢了,對低價餐飲的價格敏感度很低,往往只要100元以下,質素好一點,拿到Michelin, 香港人就很容易趋之若鹜,覺得很划算,忘記了食物本身的價值。對餐廳而言,只要卡好50元上下的街頭小食,100元的心理關口,或者400元3-course的必比登推介,把10元的粢飯堆砌到30元,把50元的車仔面堆砌到100元,那就離大排長龍不遠了。…Read More
